Digestive Acids 1. Following four golden principles of drinking water is the key to all stomach issues and they are:- (a) Always drink water which is at body temperature, neither chill nor hot. (b) Always sit down before drinking water. (c) Always sip water like a bird, never gulp it down. (d) Drink water 40 minutes before meals and two hours after meals. No water during meals. 2. हेलो, कारण - थायराइड एक प्रकार की एंडोक्राइन ग्रंथि (नलिकाहीन ग्रन्थियां) है, जो हार्मोन बनाती है। इस में विकार उत्पन्न होने से ऐसा होता है। हाजमा खराब होने के कारण थायराइड ग्रंथि में विकार उत्पन्न होता है। चयापचय प्रणाली अद्वितीय तरीके से काम करती है। कुछ की कुशल और तेजी से काम करने वाली चयापचय प्रणाली होती है जो वसा को जमा नही करती है, जबकि कुछ धीमी गति से कार्य करती है, जो वजन बढ़ाने की ओर ले जाती हैं। यह लंबे समय तक खराब हाजमा होनेे के कारण होता है। प्राकृतिक चिकित्सा पद्धति में इसका समाधान है। समाधान - 1. चार भिंडी को लंबा काटकर एक गिलास पानी में डाल दें और सुबह खाली पेट नेचुरल मोशन होने से पहले उसको पी लें। पीते वक्त इस बात का ध्यान रखें कि पानी को मुंह में रख रख केपीए।2. सूर्य की रोशनी में 20 मिनट का स्नान सूर्य की रोशनी से करें 5 मिनट सामने 5 मिनट पीछे 5 मिनट दाएं 5 मिनट बाएं भाग में धूप लगाएं। धूप लेट कर लेना चाहिए धूप की रोशनी लेते वक्त सर और आपको किसी सूती कपड़े से ढक ले। सूर्य नारी मंद होने पर इन्फेक्शन अधिक होता है अतः आप जब भी सोए अपना दायां भाग ऊपर करके सोए। 3. प्रतिदिन अपने पेट पर खाने से 1 घंटे पहले या खाना खाने के 2 घंटे बाद गीले मोटे तौलिए को लपेटे एक तौलिया गिला करके उसको निचोड़ लें और हूं उस तौलिए को 20 मिनट तक अपने पेट पर लपेटकर रखें ऐसा करने से आपका पाचन तंत्र दुरुस्त होगा। 4. हर 3 घंटे में लंबा गहरा श्वास अंदर लें उसको थोड़ी देर रोकें और फिर सांस को खाली करें। खाली करने के बाद फिर से रुके और फिर लंबा गहरा सांस ले। यह एक चक्र है ऐसा दिन में 10 चक्र करें केवल एक शर्त का पालन करें जब आप लंबा गहरा सांस ले रहे हैं तो अपनी रीढ़ की हड्डी को सीधा रखें ऐसा करने से आपके शरीर में ऑक्सीजन की मात्रा का बढ़ेगी और ऑक्सीजन का संचार सुचारू रूप से हो पाएगा। 5.सुबह खीरा 1/2 भाग धनिया पत्ती (10 ग्राम) पीस लें, 100 ml पानी मिला कर पीएँ। यह juice आ कई प्रकार के ले सकते हैं। पेठे (ashguard ) का जूस लें और कुछ नहीं लेना है। नारियल पानी भी ले सकते हैं। पालक पत्ते धो कर पीस कर 100ml पानी डाल पीएँ। दुब घास 25 ग्राम पीस कर छान कर 100 ml पानी में मिला कर पीएँ। कच्चे सब्ज़ी का जूस आपका मुख्य भोजन है। 2 घंटे बाद फल नाश्ते में लेना है। फल को चबा कर खाएँ। इसका juice ना लें। फल सूखे फल नाश्ते में लें। दोपहर के खाने में सलाद नट्स और अंकुरित अनाज के साथ सलाद में हरे पत्तेदार सब्ज़ी को डालें और नारियल पीस कर मिलाएँ। कच्चा पपीता 50 ग्राम कद्दूकस करके डालें। कभी सीताफल ( yellow pumpkin)50 ग्राम ऐसे ही डालें। कभी सफ़ेद पेठा (ashgurd) 30 ग्राम कद्दूकस करके डालें। ऐसे ही ज़ूकीनी 50 ग्राम डालें।कद्दूकस करके डालें।कभी काजू बादाम अखरोट मूँगफली भिगोए हुए पीस कर मिलाएँ। लाल, हरा, पीला शिमला मिर्च 1/4 हिस्सा हर एक का मिलाएँ। लें। बिना नींबू और नमक के लें। स्वाद के लिए नारियल और herbs मिलाएँ। रात के खाने में इस अनुपात से खाना खाएँ 2 कटोरी सब्ज़ी के साथ 1कटोरी चावल या 1रोटी लेएक बार पका हुआ खाना रात को 7 बजे से पहले लें। 6. एक नियम हमेशा याद रखें ठोस(solid) खाने को चबा कर तरल (liquid) बना कर खाएँ। तरल को मुँह में घूँट घूँट पीएँ। खाना ज़मीन पर बैठ कर खाएँ। खाते वक़्त ना तो बात करें और ना ही TV और mobile को देखें।ठोस भोजन के तुरंत बाद या बीच बीच में जूस या पानी ना लें। भोजन हो जाने के एक घंटे बाद तरल पदार्थ ले सकते हैं। हफ़्ते में एक दिन उपवास करें। शाम तक केवल पानी लें, प्यास लगे तो ही पीएँ। शाम 5 बजे नारियल पानी और रात 8 बजे सलाद लें। 7. उपवास के अगले दिन किसी प्राकृतिक चिकित्सक के देख रेख में टोना लें। जिससे आँत की प्रदाह को शांत किया जा सके। एनिमा किट मँगा लें। यह किट ऑनलाइन मिल जाएगा। इससे 200ml पानी गुदाद्वार से अंदर डालें और प्रेशर आने पर मल त्याग करें। ऐसा दिन में दो बार करना है अगले 21 दिनों के लिए। ये करना है ताकि शरीर में मोजुद विषाणु निष्कासित हो जाये। इसके बाद हफ़्ते में केवल एक बार लेना है उपवास के अगले दिन। टोना का फ़ायदा तभी होगा जब आहार शुद्धि करेंगे। धन्यवाद। रूबी, प्राकृतिक जीवनशैली प्रशिक्षिका व मार्गदर्शिका (Nature Cure Guide & Educator)

Hello User, The reason for your weakness and nutritional deficiency is the slow functioning of your thyroid. I have severe gastric problem with whatever I eat. I eat mostly home cook food and still I feel gas. I drink fenugreek water in morning still no relief from it. Clean the gut. Eat fruits majorly and drink veg juices. Flush the stomach with raw juices slowly and then start solids in the form of fruits first , greens and then veggies. Have juicy vegetables for most of the day for juicing . Quit all kinds of animal products like dairy eggs meat fish and anything that contains them in any form. Avoid and quit sugar, maida wheat oils outside foods or ready to eat meals, Your gut will heal in 1-2 months and get better n better as days progress . Apply a cold wet cloth for 1 hr daily twice or thrice a day on ur stomach . Do not eat outside. Constant outside eating habits have deteriorated the stomach causing the status inflammation of the gastrointestinal tract. As much as possible have one quick meal per day for dinner that does not have Gluten and oil. Don’t eat excessively. rest of the Day start with juices have fruits and stay on raw food to improve the condition of your stomach. There are many causes of bloating. Apart from the acidic foods described above, due to constant exposure to acidic foods, the stomach could have gastroparesis ( symptoms of paralysis of some the muscles that open to the small intestines). In such cases the chyme is not released in time to the small intestines and stays in the stomach. By the time that releases, you would be having another meal. Reduce emotional and physical stress in your life. Join a yoga and pranayama class and spend time doing physical exercises. Connect with nature expose yourself to sunlight 30 minutes per day. हेलो, कारण - लकवा मारना इस बात का सूचक है कि ऑक्सीजन और रक्त का संचार ठीक प्रकार से नहीं हो पा रहा है। रक्त और ऑक्सीजन के संचार में कमी होने का मुख्य कारण पाचन तंत्र में अम्ल का बढ़ना है। जैसे वायुमंडल में हवा दूषित होने पर ऑक्सीजन की मात्रा कम हो जाती है उसी तरीके से शरीर में अम्ल की मात्रा बढ़ने से ऑक्सीजन और रक्त की संचार में कमी आती है। यह लंबे समय तक खराब हाजमा होनेे के कारण होता है। प्राकृतिक चिकित्सा पद्धति में इसका समाधान है। प्राकृतिक जीवन शैली को अपनाकर इसे पूर्ण रूप से ठीक किया जा सकता है इसको ठीक होने में 8 से 10 महीने का समय लग सकता है। समाधान - 1. चार भिंडी को लंबा काटकर एक गिलास पानी में डाल दें और सुबह खाली पेट नेचुरल मोशन होने से पहले उसको पी लें। पीते वक्त इस बात का ध्यान रखें कि पानी को मुंह में रख रख केपीए।2. सूर्य की रोशनी में 20 मिनट का स्नान सूर्य की रोशनी से करें 5 मिनट सामने 5 मिनट पीछे 5 मिनट दाएं 5 मिनट बाएं भाग में धूप लगाएं। धूप लेट कर लेना चाहिए धूप की रोशनी लेते वक्त सर और आपको किसी सूती कपड़े से ढक ले। सूर्य नारी मंद होने पर इन्फेक्शन अधिक होता है अतः आप जब भी सोए अपना दायां भाग ऊपर करके सोए। 3. प्रतिदिन अपने पेट पर खाने से 1 घंटे पहले या खाना खाने के 2 घंटे बाद गीले मोटे तौलिए को लपेटे एक तौलिया गिला करके उसको निचोड़ लें और हूं उस तौलिए को 20 मिनट तक अपने पेट पर लपेटकर रखें ऐसा करने से आपका पाचन तंत्र दुरुस्त होगा। 4. हर 3 घंटे में लंबा गहरा श्वास अंदर लें उसको थोड़ी देर रोकें और फिर सांस को खाली करें। खाली करने के बाद फिर से रुके और फिर लंबा गहरा सांस ले। यह एक चक्र है ऐसा दिन में 10 चक्र करें केवल एक शर्त का पालन करें जब आप लंबा गहरा सांस ले रहे हैं तो अपनी रीढ़ की हड्डी को सीधा रखें ऐसा करने से आपके शरीर में ऑक्सीजन की मात्रा का बढ़ेगी और ऑक्सीजन का संचार सुचारू रूप से हो पाएगा। 5.सुबह खीरा 1/2 भाग धनिया पत्ती (10 ग्राम) पीस लें, 100 ml पानी मिला कर पीएँ। यह juice आ कई प्रकार के ले सकते हैं। पेठे (ashguard ) का जूस लें और कुछ नहीं लेना है। नारियल पानी भी ले सकते हैं। पालक पत्ते धो कर पीस कर 100ml पानी डाल पीएँ। दुब घास 25 ग्राम पीस कर छान कर 100 ml पानी में मिला कर पीएँ। कच्चे सब्ज़ी का जूस आपका मुख्य भोजन है। 2 घंटे बाद फल नाश्ते में लेना है। फल को चबा कर खाएँ। इसका juice ना लें। फल सूखे फल नाश्ते में लें। दोपहर के खाने में सलाद नट्स और अंकुरित अनाज के साथ सलाद में हरे पत्तेदार सब्ज़ी को डालें और नारियल पीस कर मिलाएँ। कच्चा पपीता 50 ग्राम कद्दूकस करके डालें। कभी सीताफल ( yellow pumpkin)50 ग्राम ऐसे ही डालें। कभी सफ़ेद पेठा (ash guard) 30 ग्राम कद्दूकस करके डालें। ऐसे ही ज़ूकीनी 50 ग्राम डालें।कद्दूकस करके डालें।कभी काजू बादाम अखरोट मूँगफली भिगोए हुए पीस कर मिलाएँ। लाल, हरा, पीला शिमला मिर्च 1/4 हिस्सा हर एक का मिलाएँ। लें। बिना नींबू और नमक के लें। स्वाद के लिए नारियल और herbs मिलाएँ। लकवा के स्थिति में सलाद को चबा पाना मुश्किल हो सकता है तो उस स्थिति में सलाद के सभी सामग्री को चम्मच की मदद से पीसकर खिलाया जा सकता है। रात के खाने में इस अनुपात से खाना खाएँ 2 कटोरी सब्ज़ी के साथ 1कटोरी चावल या 1रोटी लेएक बार पका हुआ खाना रात को 7 बजे से पहले लें। सब्जियों को डालकर one pot meal बनाए जा सकता है जैसे खिचड़ी और दलिया इसमें खूब सारी सब्जी डालकर के बनाए और वह चम्मच के मदद से खिलाए। 6. एक नियम हमेशा याद रखें ठोस(solid) खाने को चबा कर तरल (liquid) बना कर खाएँ। तरल को मुँह में घूँट घूँट पीएँ। खाना ज़मीन पर बैठ कर खाएँ। खाते वक़्त ना तो बात करें और ना ही TV और mobile को देखें।ठोस भोजन के तुरंत बाद या बीच बीच में जूस या पानी ना लें। भोजन हो जाने के एक घंटे बाद तरल पदार्थ ले सकते हैं। हफ़्ते में एक दिन उपवास करें। शाम तक केवल पानी लें, प्यास लगे तो ही पीएँ। शाम 5 बजे नारियल पानी और रात 8 बजे सलाद लें। 7. उपवास के अगले दिन किसी प्राकृतिक चिकित्सक के देख रेख में टोना लें। जिससे आँत की प्रदाह को शांत किया जा सके। एनिमा किट मँगा लें। यकिट ऑनलाइन मिल जाएगा। इससे 200 ml पानी गुदाद्वार से अंदर डालें और प्रेशर आने पर मल त्याग करें। ऐसा दिन में दो बार करना है अगले 21 दिनों के लिए। ये करना है ताकि शरीर में मोजुद विषाणु निष्कासित हो जाये। इसके बाद हफ़्ते में केवल एक बार लेना है उपवास के अगले दिन। टोना का फ़ायदा तभी होगा जब आहार शुद्धि करेंगे। धन्यवाद। रूबी, प्राकृतिक जीवनशैली प्रशिक्षिका व मार्गदर्शिका (Nature Cure Guide & Educator)

As the stressors in today's lifestyle have increased be it for a person working at home or corporate lifestyle everything needs to be tackled in a healthy manner. A lifestyle filled with green vegetables, fruits, exercise, and meditation will sort your issues. With the following advice, we are sure you will be able to treat everything in a holistic way. Eat: Start the day with two-three glasses of warm water, this will help in flushing out the toxins and improve the state of metabolism by increasing it. Hello, Avoid spicy, oily and sour foods. Eat fresh, unprocessed food. Increase the use of herbs that have cooling effects on the body like fennel, coriander seeds, Indian gooseberry (amla) and aloe vera. Increase intake of water to about 8-10 glasses per day. Wash your face frequently with mild herbal soaps. Avoid irritant cosmetics. Do not squeeze the acne lesions, it spread more. Prepare a powdered mixture of coriander seeds, fennel, basil, turmeric and Indian gooseberry (amla) in equal parts. Take ½ teaspoon of this powder 15 minutes before lunch and dinner. Have 1 teaspoon of powdered Indian gooseberry fruit (amla) in morning and evening with water.

Talking from my own experience, I can say making the much needed lifestyle change towards natural living was what helped me address my dandruff issues. For many years starting in my late teens I had dandruff issues. My answer always was try out a different dandruff CONTROL shampoo. With dandruff came flaky and itchy scalp, and acne prone skin. Needless to say all the remedies were topical and provided relief but never eliminated the root cause. Then as I increased my fruits, veggies, cut out processed and dairy my body responded and so did my skin and hair. The dandruff issue has not recurred. My hair and scalp does get itchy at times or even flaky, and I have noticed that happens more cause of excessive shampooing now. When it does happen, I ensure I go back to more raw foods and and an active lifestyle. I don't use any shampoos now.. even if I do I use only shikakai powder.Overall improvement of health will improve scalp issues too.
Hey there I have operated my right eye before 3yrs for retenal detactmant and now it is all right now. But the left eye causes infections continuosly around per 2 or 3 months , doctors suggests that as a infection and they will prescribe a eye drop. Hello Krishna, Eye health greatly depends on our diet, lifestyle and sleeping pattern. Using excessive electronic equipments like computer, laptops, TV, etc, pollution, dust and stress may lead to eye problems. For healthy eyes, some lifestyle and dietary changes are necessary. Diet Start the day with a glass of warm water. This will help to remove the toxins out of the body. Include Vitamin C in your diet like have lemon juice or orange or amla. Have soaked nuts, dry fruits and sprouts to get the easily absorbable nutrients. Have carrots, fresh green leafy vegetables like spinach and fresh fruits. Drink plenty of water throughout the day to be hydrated. Habits Put gulab jal in your eyes. Wash the eyes with cold water 3 to 4 times a day. Make a habit of doing exercise or yoga daily. Perform ardha shirsha asana, parvat asana as they will improve the blood circulation. Avoid excessive use of electronic devices like mobiles, laptops, tv, computers, etc. Walk barefoot on grass early in the morning. Soak sunrays early in the morning. Sleep Lack of sleep and stress may cause eye issues like burning, itching. Hence, have a proper sleep of at least 7-8 hours daily. Sleep early at night and also wake up early in the morning.
