Hello Ankita, Irregularity in the period when happens, our body becomes insulin resistant, due to the action pancreas which releases insulin becomes sluggish. The lifestyle which is filled with complex food items, a sedentary lifestyle, and toxic food habits leads to hampering our normal physiological cycle. During irregular periods, we tend to miss out on our ovulation days where the egg is completely ready to fertilize with sperm and automatically our conceiving chances reduce. That is why we have to correct the menstrual cycle to conceive. Taking a step holistically increases our metabolization and helps in strengthening our bodies. Eat: Starting your day with something light in nature and easy to digest is what your breakfast should be. Even the early morning ritual should include the consumption of two-three glasses of warm water will help in flushing out all the toxins. Take one teaspoon of methi seeds in the morning with warm water to increase insulin sensitivity which will help in regularising the menstrual cycle. Have two dates every time with your breakfast to increase the iron content and one glass of jaggery water with one tablespoon of lemon. Beetroot is a very good source of folic acid. Have them with your salad an hour before a meal. Folic acid increases the rate of conceiving. Spinach and tomato juice is also a good idea for increasing folic acid content. Exercise: Surynamakar helps in increasing blood circulation doing 12 sets will help, start with 6 if you are a beginner. Squats help in strengthening your uterine muscle, 10-15 times at one time will help in increasing uterus muscle tonicity. Cobra pose helps increase blood circulation in the pelvic region. A brisk walk in the early morning sun from 30-45 minutes, helps in treating your body to its level best. Meditation: In any kind of disease, stress comes complementary to it, but with our assurance and positive attitude, we can treat anything. The best thing to start with is breathing mindfully before sleep with the help of music to stay positive. A positive attitude will help you to deal with everything in life.15-minute relaxing meditation with the help of light music before sleep will help you in relaxing. Pelvic massages are very helpful in conceiving, massage your pelvic region with coconut or almond oil for 10-15 minutes to increase the conceiving rate. Sleep: Sleeping for at least 7-8 hours is helpful in dealing with any problem, sleep is our body's natural response and helps the body to heal. Sleep relaxes the muscles and strengthens our bodies. Hopefully, these suggestions will help you Thank you.

Hello Narsingh, Weight gain results due to a sedentary lifestyle, lack of physical activities, and high fatty diet. For reducing the weight, it is necessary to remove the excess fats from the body, and along with this following a natural lifestyle and correct eating habits is also important. Diet Start the day with a glass of warm water with a few drops of lemon juice in it. This will help to improve the metabolism and also to flush the toxins out of the body. Drink green tea twice a day, one in the morning on an empty stomach and the other at night before sleeping. Soak the cumin seeds in a glass of water overnight. In the morning, boil the water and add a slice of ginger to it. Strain the water and drink it. This water will be beneficial for reducing fat. Always eat only plant-based natural foods. Drink freshly prepared homemade fruit juices with fibers. Have sprouts, nuts, and beans. Eat fresh, seasonal, and locally available fruits and vegetables. Exercise Daily exercising and yoga are also important to improve the metabolism and also to improve blood circulation. Start the day with a short morning walk or jogging for at least 30min. Do 12 sets of suryanamaskar daily. Practice pranayam regularly, like bhastrika, kapalbhati and anulom-vilom pranayam. Take sunrays early in the morning regularly for 15-20min. Sleep Sleeping patterns and quality of sleep also matter. Sometimes lack of sleep may also result in weight gain. So, take proper sleep of at least 7-8 hours daily. Sleep early at night at around 10 pm and also wake up early in the morning at around 6 am. Thank you

Hello Rakesh, If our body is continuously getting exposed to an environment that is filled with toxins it will start showing its result in a manner that will have prolonged effects. Continuous consumption of fatty diet and highly spiced food leads to the accumulation of toxins that are the primary cause of any health issue. What needs to be taken care of now is the fact that a major change in a lifestyle and diet is to be made to cure the problem. The lighter the food in its nature the easier it is to absorb but what we do is load ourselves with a lot of high-fat diets and a sedentary lifestyle which results in the accumulation of toxins which results in skin issues. Skin is the first reflection of any problem in the body. By making changes in our lifestyle, we will not only cure the disease at this stage but will also prevent it. Now let us understand what changes we can make: Eat: The first thing in the morning is to start your day with something light in nature and easy to digest is what your breakfast should be because they are the kind of nutrients that get absorbed easily. The next thing is including fibre-rich food items which help in adding bulk to the stools, for example having apples, bananas, nuts, etc.that has a good amount of fibre in them, the healthier the GUT, easier the absorption of nutrients and hence a healthy body. The ideal diet should be to depend more on fruits and raw vegetable intake at least for one month and refrain from something oil-based. Have fruit salad in the afternoon time and vegetable salad as evening snack this will be light on your stomach. Take a raw clove of garlic crushed, this will help in treating any fungal issues, have it two hours after your meals. Consumption of citric fruits like lemon, oranges, berries will help treat skin problems. Drink plenty of water. You can have one inch of ginger and one tablespoon lemon with warm water during evening time, this is a great home remedy for fungal infection. Application of aloe vera gel after cleaning the lesion. Apply tea tree oil, 2-3 drops with one teaspoon of coconut oil, on the infected part three times a day. Exercise: A brisk walk in the early morning sun from 30-45 minutes, helps in treating your body to its level best. Sun is a great source of Vitamin D that is why walking in the sun and connecting with the sun also help in activating our cells and rejuvenate us for the whole day. Meditation: In any kind of disease, stress comes complementary to it, but with our assurance and positive attitude, we can treat anything. Hello User, With our age, our body goes into degeneration and our sedentary lifestyle in addition to that, the knees which become the weight-bearing joint of our body get extra-loaded and this happens to make our body very weak and vulnerable. In order to protect our body to get more damages, we have to protect it with a healthy lifestyle. The reason our body works in harmony is because of the fact that the fluid is present in the body, this acts as grease in the body which tends to make sure that all the organs have a smooth flow in function. The knee cap gets disturbed due to the fact that the cartilage is not getting a sufficient amount of fluid in the knee region. So, our main focus is to make sure that our body gets fluid. Eat: A good amount of water is needed in the body, 5-6 liters of water is at least needed in the body, the blood is there 5-6 liters so at least that much water is needed in the body. Start storing the water in copper bottles so as to make sure we get a good amount of copper. Copper is the required mineral that helps in treating fluid. Calcium is another mineral which is needed in this stage to make sure our bones are working in harmony, calcium helps in treating all the disease related to growth and wear tear of our tissues, good source of calcium are green leafy vegetables because not only they are easily absorbed in the body but also we can rely on the plant vegetables for not producing toxicity in the body. Seeds are another good source of calcium, for example, flax seeds. When we eat the right kind of food at the right time we make sure that it is easily absorbed. Let us start your day with a good amount of water, 2-3 glasses of warm water help in flushing out the toxins. These toxins which come and make our immunity vulnerable to diseases need to be flushed. Your breakfast should comprise something light, a fruit bowl and after some time a vegetable juice is easy to digest. This will help in the absorption of nutrients easily. Exercise: Let us start with dealing with the exercise part in a broader spectrum, exercising will not only help you in bringing back the comfort but also get a good amount of exercise. 1. After sitting on a chair, raise your legs at a right angle one by one and do it continuously, for 25 times. Do it with one long breath at a time. 2. A brisk walk is something that you can do daily without getting knee pain. 3. By sleeping on your back, you do leg raise alternately, this will put more pressure on the muscles. With the help of these guidelines, you will surely be able to work on your knee gap and your exercises will be fruitful without discomfort or pain. Meditation: Practice mindful meditation. Deal with your stress. Allow positivity to be part of your life. Doing a 15-minute exercise before sleep like deep breathing will help in relaxing your mind, you can use music also for relaxation. A calm mind will lead to a healthier body. Sleep: Getting 7-8 hours of sleep is very essential for the body, during sleep our body repairs itself and rejuvenates us for the whole day. Hopefully, these suggestions will help you. Thank you

What is the diet chart and exercise routine for hypothyroid and pcod?
Dr. Khushbu Suthar
12:58 PM | 09-08-2021
Hello User, Hypothyroid and PCOD both come from the same source of imbalance in our hormonal activity. In both conditions are hormones are not working actively in a way that they can help our body achieve the state of homeostasis. Hypothyroid happens due to what we have been putting in our body, which is eating a tamasic diet (adulterated, rotten and unhealthy junk is considered as tamasic). In this case, when we load our body with this kind of food, our metabolism becomes sluggish, "hypo" thyroid happens. Here, our body starts pushing on more to reach an optimal level of functioning. Now as our boy already in a sluggish state, the immunity is weakened. Our metabolism is surely going to become slow leading to low metabolism and difficulty in losing weight. as well as PCOD comes in the picture. The main thing to treat this multidimensional illness should be about everything, food, meditation, sleep, and exercise which amalgamate for good health and reach your optimal solution. High selenium diet which is peanuts, almonds, mushroom, etc helps to increase the function of the thyroid. Exercise: Pranayam helps in detoxifying the body. Hello Sujata, High blood pressure is caused due to our blood vessels get constricted and the flow of blood is obstructed which causes pressure to increase, this is a long term effect of all the accumulation of toxins. The chronic diet of high fat and sedentary lifestyle is the cause of this. The new-age corporate glass building is a new hub of all the diseases to enter as with air conditions we lock our space with altered air supply rather than natural places that inhibit our healthy growth. What makes a major difference is by changing lifestyles, that we are not only curing the disease at this stage but also preventing it. Hello User, The main cause when we deal with hair loss is when we get exposed to pollution and chemical products. Yes, our digestion and bad eating habits are also part of the same as the hair is made of nutrients itself. The main thing to take care of, in diet is to increase our protein intake. Our body has the power to regenerate only if we provide our body with the right type of nutrients, by following a natural lifestyle you not only correct the hair fall problem but also treat yourself well with correct nutrients. Hair is made out of protein named keratin, by eating the right kind of food items, we can increase the protein intake and deal with the same. Hair and nails are made up of some type of protein, so you can also co-relate when your hair is in bad shape even your nails become brittle. So here are a few things which need to be corrected. So let us focus on what lifestyle changes we can make: Eat: Eating food that has a high amount of proteins are legumes, green leafy vegetables, nuts like almonds, walnuts, etc. Seeds like chia, pumpkin, and flax seeds are also necessary. Coconut water and even eating shredded coconut are found to be very beneficial for hair health. Regular massaging of hair is important to take care of pigmentation. Here are a few hair packs which you can try to deal with hair loss problems. 1.Methi seeds, methi seeds powder two tablespoons mixed with rose water it helps in getting the hair stronger and thicker with greying issues cured and help from hair to roots. Before applying the methi seeds pack make sure you apply the oil at night, so the pack does not stick to your hair. 2. Onion juice paste is another beneficial thing for hair health. This will ensure to deal with the hair fall. 3. There is one more way of coconut oil massage, where you warm the coconut oil and add curry leaves to it, let it splutter, and then use it for massage. Exercise: Here is some exercise that you can start for your hair and scalp health. Rubbing your nails with each other helps in the treatment of hair health as it boosts the blood circulation to the scalp, hair, and nails have the same type of protein involved. Chakrasana is another asana that would be recommended for healthy hair. Meditation: While massaging your hair what you can do is close your eyes, and visualize your hair becoming stronger and shinier making it healthy. You can take a deep breath, start healthy music in the background you can feel the blood circulation getting a boost. This will help in relaxation and ensuring healthy hair health. Sleep: Having a sound 7-8 hours of sleep is helpful in treating anybody's problem, a healthy sleep leads to a healthy mind and body. So make sure you are free your room from any gadgets an hour before sleep so you get a radiation-free room and a good tension-free sound sleep. Hopefully, this will help you Thank you
