Hello Bhagyashri, It's good that your father doesn't have any disorders like bp and diabetes. The health issues that your father is facing are related to each other. Hence, the root cause which is improper digestion can be cured by following a natural lifestyle and eating habits : Diet to follow- Drink 3 to 4 glasses of warm water on an empty stomach in the morning. This will help to flush the toxins out of the body. Have Vitamin C rich foods like blueberries, orange, etc. Eat soaked raisins on an empty stomach in the morning. Have sprouts, nuts, beans, and salads. Eat fresh, seasonal, and locally available fruits and vegetables. Drink freshly prepared homemade fruit juices with fibers. This will add bulk to the stool and will aid in the movement of the stool. Drink plenty of water during the day. Have your dinner 3 to 4 hours before your sleeping time. Foods to avoid- Avoid dairy products and animal foods. Avoid processed, packaged, oily, and spicy foods. Avoid refined oils and refined grains. Avoid tea, coffee, and other caffeinated drinks. Avoid carbonated drinks. Exercise Start the day with a brisk morning walk of at least 30min. Do 12 sets of suryanamaskar daily in the morning. Perform pranayam, specially anulom-vilom and bhastrika pranayam. Take sunrays early in the morning. Take short walks after every meal. Sleep A proper sleeping pattern is very important for a healthy digestive system. Hence, take proper sleep of at least 7-8 hours daily. Sleep early at night and also wake up early in the morning. This will help a lot in calming you. Sleep: Sleep is a very important part of treating any mental symptom, a sleep cycle of 90 minutes should be completed in order to get a sound body. Hello Ankita, Irregularity in the period when happens, our body becomes insulin resistant, due to the action pancreas which releases insulin becomes sluggish. The lifestyle which is filled with complex food items, a sedentary lifestyle, and toxic food habits leads to hampering our normal physiological cycle. During irregular periods, we tend to miss out on our ovulation days where the egg is completely ready to fertilize with sperm and automatically our conceiving chances reduce. That is why we have to correct the menstrual cycle to conceive. Taking a step holistically increases our metabolization and helps in strengthening our bodies. Eat: Starting your day with something light in nature and easy to digest is what your breakfast should be. Even the early morning ritual should include the consumption of two-three glasses of warm water will help in flushing out all the toxins. Take one teaspoon of methi seeds in the morning with warm water to increase insulin sensitivity which will help in regularising the menstrual cycle. Have two dates every time with your breakfast to increase the iron content and one glass of jaggery water with one tablespoon of lemon. Beetroot is a very good source of folic acid. Have them with your salad an hour before a meal. Folic acid increases the rate of conceiving. Spinach and tomato juice is also a good idea for increasing folic acid content. Exercise: Surynamakar helps in increasing blood circulation doing 12 sets will help, start with 6 if you are a beginner. Squats help in strengthening your uterine muscle, 10-15 times at one time will help in increasing uterus muscle tonicity. Cobra pose helps increase blood circulation in the pelvic region. A brisk walk in the early morning sun from 30-45 minutes, helps in treating your body to its level best. Meditation: In any kind of disease, stress comes complementary to it, but with our assurance and positive attitude, we can treat anything. The best thing to start with is breathing mindfully before sleep with the help of music to stay positive. A positive attitude will help you to deal with everything in life.15-minute relaxing meditation with the help of light music before sleep will help you in relaxing. Hello User, Everything has one answer which is the nutrients in the body that are not showing its effects due to malabsorption when the nutrients are compiled in a diet that is complex high in gluten and fat-full diet then it is difficult for nutrients to seep in the body. Protein intake being low is the cause for decreased hair growth, as our hair is made up of proteins and it is the same answer for accelerating weight gain. Eating a low-quality diet with complex carbs also does not allow protein in the food to get absorbed. If you improve your hair and skin and start exercising. Hence we need a multidimensional solution, in order to treat hair growth problems, it should be about everything, food, meditation, sleep, and exercise which amalgamate for good health. Eat: The first thing in the morning is to start your day with something light in nature. Easy to digest is what your breakfast should be because they are the kind of nutrients that get absorbed easily. Even the early morning ritual should include consumption of two-three glasses of warm water will help in flushing out all the toxins. Proteins in the form of fruits and vegetables, seeds like chia and flax also have good proteins, and will be light on the stomach and will help in complete absorption of nutrients. Make your breakfast raw with a glass of juice (vegetable) and boiled sprouts) Snacking on Vitamin C rich fruit after your breakfast like oranges, mosumbi, sweet potatoes will help in improving skin texture. Before an hour of your dinner consume one tablespoon of chia seeds soaked in one glass of water with a tablespoon of lemon will help increasing vitamin C intake and your skin will improve. Hair packs which you should try for hair fall and grey: 1. Onion juice helps in increasing hair quality. 2. Massage hair with coconut oil with aloe vera gel natural extract to improve blood circulation in hair. 3. Methi seeds powder mixed in water helps in giving shiny hair and treat the hair greying effectively. Application of neem powder one tablespoon with one teaspoon of turmeric and mix in rose water will make your skin glowing. Exercise: Rubbing nails of both hands with each other tends to increase blood circulation in the scalp. This leads to show healthy effects on hair. Pranayam helps in detoxifying the body. Practicing it early morning in an area that has good sunlight will help in improving blood circulation. Meditation: In any kind of disease, stress comes complementary to it. But with our assurance and positive attitude, we can treat anything. The best thing to start with is breathing mindfully before sleeping with the help of music to stay positive. In a room take a bowl of water and add two-three drops of orange or lavender essential oil. This will help in soothing you and the aroma will relax you and keep you away from any kind of disease. Use a 15-minute relaxation technique before sleep by hearing a piece of soothing music and deep breathing will help in relaxing your mind. A positive attitude will help you to deal with everything in life. Sleep: Sleeping for at least 7-8 hours is really helpful in dealing with any problem. Sleep is our body's natural response and helps the body to heal. Sleep relaxes the muscles and strengthens our body. During sleep, our body goes into a repair mechanism where it heals itself. Hopefully, these suggestions will help you. Thank you.

Hello User, Mental health is equally important just like our physical health for a healthy body. Anxiety, tachycardia, headache, acidity all these problems of yours are inter-related. The reason for these problems is the accumulation of toxins in the body which is due to the consumption of high fatty foods, high-stress levels and the wrong lifestyle. By making some changes in lifestyle and eating habits, you can achieve good mental and physical health. Diet to follow- Drink 3 to 4 glasses of warm water in the morning on an empty stomach. This will help to flush the toxins out of the body. Include Vitamin C in your diet like have blueberries, oranges, lemon, amla, etc. Eat soaked raisins, dry fruits, and sprouts to get them easily absorbable nutrients. Have a fibre-rich diet. Eat salads, fresh fruits, and vegetables. Also, drink freshly prepared homemade fruit juices with fibres. This will help in the movement of stool and will add bulk to the stool, so that, it can be removed easily from the body. Drink plenty of water throughout the day. Exercise Doing exercise or yoga daily will help to improve the blood circulation in the body and also to improve the metabolism of the body. Take a brisk morning walk of at least 30min. Perform pranayam regularly, specially anulom-vilom and bhastrika pranayam. Do suryanamaskar daily. Perform paschimottan asana, trikona asana, gomukha asana and padahasta asana. Sleep Sleeping is important to maintain the circadian rhythm, it also maintains our metabolism and reduces stress levels. Therefore, take proper sleep of at least 7-8 hours daily. Sleep early at night at around 10 pm and also wake up early in the morning at around 6 am. Read books before sleeping for a good quality sleep. Thank you

In the start of the day, it is essential to have breakfast and breakfast should be heavy in nutrition. You can have a light dinner. But skipping breakfast or lunch may lead to health issues like acidity, flatulence, lack of energy, etc. Here are some tips to follow. Diet Start the day with 3 to 4 glasses of warm water on an empty stomach. This will help to flush the toxins out of the body. Drink green tea twice a day, one in the morning on an empty stomach and the other at night before sleeping. Eat sprouts in your breakfast as they are light in nature and are rich in nutrients also. Drink freshly prepared homemade fruit juices. Have fresh, seasonal, and locally available fruits and vegetables. Don't use refined oils for cooking. Instead, use cold-pressed oil for cooking. Have Vitamin C rich diet like include lemon, oranges, amla, blueberries, etc in your diet. Drink plenty of water throughout the day. Exercise Physical activities are also essential for good digestion as it improves the blood circulation in the body and also the metabolism of the body. Start the day with a brisk morning walk of at least 30min. Do plank for 5min. Perform yoga asanas like bhujanga asana, trikona asana, paschimottan asana and padahasta asana. Do pranayam regularly for 15-20min, specially anulom-vilom and bhastrika pranayam. Sleep Good quality of sleep is also needed for good metabolism. Sometimes lack of sleep or bad quality sleep also leads to digestive issues like acidity, anorexia, etc. So, proper sleep is required. Take proper sleep of at least 7-8hours daily. Sleep early at night and also wake up early in the morning. Avoid using electronic gadgets like mobiles, tv, computers, laptops, etc at least 1hour before sleeping for an improved quality of sleep. Thank you

Hello, Acidity is a common digestion related problem that is faced by many people nowadays because of the sedentary lifestyle and wrong choices of food. Intake of a high fatty diet, oily, and spicy foods results in improper digestion which ultimately leads to digestive issues like acidity, burping, etc. Being on an empty stomach for too long or very long gaps between the meals is also the reason for acidity. So, fasting is not a good idea if you have acidity problem. If you still want to do fasting, then following steps will be helpful. Diet Start the day with 3 to 4 glasses of warm water on an empty stomach. This will help to flush the toxins out of the body. Have fresh fruits or freshly prepared homemade fruit juices in every 3 to 4 hour. Drink green tea twice a day, one in the morning on an empty stomach and the other at night before sleeping. Say no to tea and coffee as these drinks will further increase the problem. Drink plenty of water throughout the day. When you don't do fasting then also have only plant-based natural foods in your diet. Exercise Physical activities are also essential for good digestion as it improves the blood circulation in the body and also the metabolism of the body. Start the day with a brisk morning walk of at least 30min. Thank you

Hello User, Protein is the first thing that will help in increasing weight. Getting a toned body with an increase in weight should be helpful. Weight gained in a natural manner helps in improving the quality of life accordingly. Weight gain done in the right way will only help in treating digestive issues rather than increase. It should be about everything, food, meditation, sleep, and exercise which amalgamate for good health. Eat: The first thing in the morning is to start your day with something light in nature. Easy to digest is what your breakfast should be because they are the kind of nutrients that get absorbed easily. Even the early morning ritual should include consumption of two-three glasses of warm water which will help in flushing out all the toxins. Breakfast should have a glass bottle guard juice with an inch of ginger with one bowl of raw sprouts. After two hours one fruit, especially a seasonal fruit like banana, apple, mango, etc as they aid in weight gain. Lunch should have two buckwheat flour roti with any oil-free vegetable. Snack in the evening should have dates, prunes, apricots as these too, help in gaining weight. Dinner should be done by 7 with soup, a bowl full of raw vegetable salad and legumes bowl. This will help a lot, continue for a month to see results. Exercise: Pranayam helps in detoxifying the body. Practicing it early morning in an area that has good sunlight will help in improving blood circulation. Suryanamaskar, daily 12 sets will help in increasing the blood circulation of your body. Pull-ups, pushups are all helpful in increasing muscle mass and help weight gain. Thank you.

Hello User, Acidity is a common problem in day to day life. It usually happens when the excess acid from the stomach escapes and irritates the oesophagus and the throat. As you said you get acidity only after you start your diet. The main cause of it can be an imbalanced or an improper diet a diet which lacks in foods that eliminate the stomach acid or worse, increase it. 1. Dietary advice: Drink warm water with a few drops on lemon in the morning and whenever you feel that you have acidity. Lemon even though acidic in nature has been known to fight acidity and its symptoms. Having Basil leaves daily or Basil extract in water will help you fight acidity. Fennel seeds have been known as a natural cooling agent. Fennel seeds can be chewed after meals to avoid acid reflux. Drink water with fennel seeds and jaggery as it will aid digestion and help with acidity. Cardamom and cloves will aid in digestion but don't overuse it. 2. Physical advice: Walking daily for 30-40 minutes in sun is advisable. Mild to moderate exercise has been known to be effective in acidity. Try not to sleep or lie down for at least 2 hours after eating the food as this is one of the leading causes of reflux. Yoga like Surya Namaskar has been proven to strengthen the digestive system and the muscles supporting it. 3. Mental advice: Mental anxiety and stress are also factors which slowly precipitate to acidity. Calm down using some essential oils before sleep will help you a lot. Pranayam or any breathing exercise will help you both in acidity as well as your weird thoughts. 4. Routine and lifestyle advice: Quit smoking and drinking. Avoid dairy and caffeine as they are known to trigger acidity. Avoid high-fat food. Avoid tomatoes or any food that triggers acidity in the diet. I hope I have covered all the points. Do let me know in the comments if you have any doubts. Thank you. Dr. Sukan M. Rajpurohit M.P.H (Gandhinagar)
