Kindly remove dairy ( even powder milk is milk in another form, ghee, paneer, butter, curd ) sugar meat from his lifestyle. Ulcers are an elimination of an acidic stomach and inefficiently digested meal over long periods of time. His constipation is a big reason that he has mouth ulcers. U have to remove him from dairy immediately and meat or eggs. Does she have rashes on her hands and foot by any chance? Is the ulcer white in color in the mouth? Does she have fever too ? I understand it can be painful, but taking any form of medication irritates and oral mucosa by upsetting the work of the digestive system as a whole. Kids who are off acidic animal foods and medications usually don’t get ulcers of the mouth. Constipation’s means that he has been storing a lot of old poop in his body and his blood is also carrying toxins and inflammation of stomach or mouth and other parts are happening.’ Give the child lots of coconut water. Bananas are ok. Avoid citric juices for now. Gargle the mouth with ashgourd juice 3-4 times a day. If this is not available then snake gourd juice can be used to gargle or rinse the mouth. If you see the Durva grass or the one they use for Ganesh Pooja, u can grind and use that for rinsing too. This is only for the relief of pains of the ulcers. To remove constipation’s which is the cause, like I said go off diary, add soft fruits and juices for few days until he poops. Give raw spinach and grapes mix juice. U can filter spinach if you want but keep the green grapes unfiltered. If he continues to be constipated he can develop fissures. So be careful and remove this issue asap. Apply a cold abdominal wet pack for the child 3-4 times. Once the cloth becomes warm, dip in cold water and repeat the process for 10 mins. If meds are given this time, then kindly do this process anyways and for future please avoid all kinds of animal foods and medications for your child. He will slowly detox and wilL not get into such situations again. Body can only take so much toxins and once it’s topped off, it throws out in such forms. He can get similar issues in future if care is not taken to let the body release it naturally. Be blessed

Cereals are tough on vitality conservation. Ideally we should never exceed 10% (consumable) of our meals with semi-concentrated foods including cereals. It means, altogether potato, legumes, grains including cereals etc. should not be more than 10% of our total meals of the day measured in consumable weight only after cooking/steaming. 85-90% of our meals should consist fruits and vegetable, primarily, in raw form to attain optimum vitality conservation. That 10% is, again, not dependent on the cereals primarily. Hence, you may choose to ignore the botheration about the types of cereals to attain better health state. There is not superfood exists. Even if you stop consuming cereals you will end up conserving more vitality* and a better health.. Instant Kambu dosa (Bajra or Pearl millet dosa)
Kambu (or known as Bajra in North India) is the most widely grown millet variety in India. It is easy to digest and high in nutrition – having almost 8 times the iron content found in polished rice. Add a nutritious variety to your dosas by using kambu instead of normal rice. The traditional method of making it is time consuming as it requires fermentation. When in a rush, try this no-fermentation version of making this dosa!

Natural Cure to any wellness problem comes through a holistic approach. The fluppy eyes is definitely a problem of accumulated toxins which increases after the sleep more, because during sleep the body extracts the toxins more to throw away from the body. Post the sleep, the toxin build-up increases in the body. This can only be normalised sustainably through conscious consistent conservation of VITALITY* in all domains of life. Ultimately, your eliminations needto get improved to reverse this issue of TOXAEMIA*. CONSCIOUS CONSISTENT CONSERVATION OF VITALITY is the only route towards holistic wellness. This can happen in the following adoption. RIGHT INPUT HABITS - MORE TIME IN SUN, FRESH AIR, EATING A LOT OF RAW FRUITS AND VEGETABLE. BALANCED PHYSICAL ACTIVITIES INCLUDING QUALITY SLEEP, UNDERSTANDING OF SENSE OF SEX and STRESS-FREE MENTAL ENVIRONMENT. Hi. Hypothyroidism, also called underactive thyroid or low thyroid is a condition in which your thyroid gland doesn't produce enough of certain important hormones. It upsets the normal balance of chemical reactions in your body. While we commonly refer to 'thyroid' as a health issue, it is actually the body’s way of indicating to us that the hormones are out of balance. Our body always works for us to be in good health. We just have to support it correctly & this can be done by staying in-sync with nature. Hence avoid all foods and all products that are unnatural. Chemicals are a key reason for hormonal imbalance because chemicals are hormone disruptors. Where do these chemicals come from? These chemicals come in our food when we eat non-organic food. Chemicals come in packaged food as preservatives & other artificial agents. We unknowingly put chemicals in or on our body when we use toothpaste, mouth wash, shampoos, soaps, make-up, perfumes and talcum powders. Chemicals are also all around us in our houses when we use air fresheners, pest control and cleaning agent. Another cause of hormonal problems is the hormones that we are taking in…in the form of dairy & dairy products, eggs & flesh food. The food suppliers inject hormones in all these animals in our food chain so that they grow faster and yield more. What can you do? Eat whole plant-based foods. Try to eat organic if you can know the source of your food in a credible manner. Say no to animal products. Avoid packaged foods Shift to natural personal & home care products. I'll also suggest you watch this video by Sadhguru - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3VZF-F6LRwU&t=743s I would like to close by saying that thyroid - hypo or hyper - is definitely not something that you have to live with. Give it some time & disciplined effort, you will be healed for life. If you would like to know more, please send me a message one-on-one through my profile.....Best wishes dear!!

Hi. First & foremost, forget about the miscarriage. Mother Nature knows it best and she did what was right for the baby's health. Take out the fear from your mind & enjoy the beautiful journey of this pregnancy. Eat Natural Foods, eat as per the circadian rythm, eat the right combinations. You can read all these blogs to know more. Overall, have lots of fruits first thing in the morning. Eat lots of veggies, raw or lightly steamed in your lunch & dinner. Have vegetable juices twice a day, coconut water twice a day, soaked raisins every morning, soaked almonds every night. Avoid tea & packaged products like biscuits, bread, namkeens, etc. Reduce white sugar as much as you can. Oil - as little as possible, cold pressed is better. Milk & milk products, nonveg - avoid. Let me know if you would like to connect one on one. There is more to health than just foods. I had a fairly healthy pregnancy and a normal delivery too at the end of it. This was a great top up to my health journey of conceiving. You can read my story here. All the best dear. Just be at ease & enjoy.
Bajra Roti - gluten free dinner option!
Explore alternatives to having just wheat roti for most meals. Nature provides for varied options of grains and each one contributes to our nutritional intake as well as diversifies taste for our palate. Go for locally grown and easily available grains as per your taste preference. Bajra flour could be used to make rotis to replace your regular wheat roti and goes well with most sabzis and curries. It may initially require some time to get the hang of making rotis with these flour options, but all it takes is a little practice! Do try especially if wanting to get off gluten.
Jowar Roti - add variety to your grains!
Explore alternatives to having just wheat roti for most meals. Nature has provision for ample variety when it comes to grains. Rotis made out of millets, for example, are not only a healthier option owing to their high fibre content, but they also have high nutritional content. Jowar flour could be used to make rotis to replace your regular wheat roti and goes well with most sabzis and curries. It may initially require some time to get the hang of making rotis with these flour options, but all it takes is a little practice! Do try especially if wanting to get off gluten.
My 75year old Father-in-law has a severe case of sciatica accompanied with varicose veins. He gets plenty physical exercise through the day. He has been a complete non-vegetarian all his life. It will be tough for him to give that up. Any suggestions on what can be added to his diet to support healing? Right now he is on anti-inflammatory and pain killer medicines.
Anchal Kapur
09:01 PM | 05-01-2019
Sciatica Pain and varicose veins can be cured through a clean diet and positive attitude. Removal of non veg is a must infact!! In the meanwhile you can do the below: 1. If he can’t give up non veg, source the best for him, such that it’s hormone free. Evaluate your vendors. Choose organic. 2. Give him vegetable salad before his non veg meal as enzymes of raw veggies will help in digesting the non veg. If possible add veggies in non veg too, lightly steamed ones. 3. Ideally eat non veg alone, don’t combine with any grains. Or replace rice with samak rice (barnyard millet) and wheat roti with amaranth atta roti. 4. Eat only fruits till noon everyday to support cleansing of body. 5. Ensure at least 50% of lunch and dinner is raw.

Any skin ailment is clearly a sign of toxic accumulation... little wonder then that you are constipated as well.Strike at the root cause which is your compromised elimination issue . Find out why is it .... your acid alkaline ratio is imbalanced .... are you sleep deprived?Repair / rejuvenation / healing occurs only in our 3 rd body cycle that is from 8pm to 4 am. Therefore it’s Mandatory to get quality 8 hour sleep more so in your case. Elimination occurs from 4am to 12pm .During this time it’s best to either fast or eat fruits ONLY but refrain from any cooked breakfast.Make cold pressed green leafy juice a lifestyle change . It’ll help you detox well.Do not use any deo/ perfume / anti perspirants on the body . Movement is very essential to get the lymph system going .Dry air brushing is also helpful. Include lots of raw in your diet. it goes without saying that gluten / oil / sugar / dairy should be avoided . My sister was a classic case of chronic ultricaria for years. With due respect to all the “pathy’s” nothing worked until she changed her lifestyle. Her ultricaria was life threatening it was so bad ... She used to literally get disfigured with the rashes . Now she’s Ultricaria free only because of adopting a holistic lifestyle and rid of all medications.
My daughter has recurring sinusitis. Am administering homoeopathic medicine and steam inhalation. Are there any other natural cures that I can give her as well?
Anchal Kapur
10:00 PM | 28-12-2018
Hi. Sinusitis is inflammation of the sinus caused by accumulation of toxic material. Body has an innate self healing mechanism, all you have to do is support your daughter's body in cleaning up these toxins. Toxins accumulate in an acidic body environment. You have to focus on increasing alkalinity in her body. Give her a diet rich in fruits, fruit juices and smoothies (only fruit based, no dairy), veggie salads, coconut water, lemon water. Give her veggie juices - Carrot spinach or carrot beetroot. Dairy, maida and white sugar are mucous forming and aggravate sinusitis. Completely eliminate these. Steaming is good. How often is she doing it? Try 3-4 times a day, add eucalyptus oil drops in water while steaming. You can also pour a few drops in pillow for inhalation while sleeping. Hope this helps. Take care dear. It might need a bit of effort and discipline to implement what I said, but we have to do it for our kids. They eat so much of processed food and live in polluted air, we have to make an extra effort to help their bodies regain their balance.
Hi… I think I am gaining weight due to water retention. What should I do?
Mayuri Goswami
11:46 AM | 27-12-2018
Relook at your salt intake (especially iodised, chemical salt). Salt entered our food systems, more for taste and offers no nutrition. In fact in terms of natural health, it is considered a foodless food. The manufacturing process and iodisation of salt has further complicated the various elements that enter our system along with salt. In today’s world, after sugar, this is a leading additive in every processed food item (as it works as a preservative & stabilizer) so much that even after reading the labels, it difficult to eliminate this. Salt is caustic to the sensitive inner tissues of the body & the cell structure hence water is retained within the body to neutralize its acidic effect. The body works furiously to eliminate the salt, but when is unable to do so deposits across body fluids. This actually artificially creates the signal of thirst too (Not sure if you getting that yet). Water retention thus can be construed as the presence of salt in the body which it is unable to flush out. Here is what you can do: What to eliminate: Processed packaged foods, outside meals, bottled sauces, pickles just about everything has a very high dose of salt – reduce them drastically (if not completely) Replace white salt at home with Sendha namak, and Himalayan pink salt. Reduce dairy, non-veg and grains intake – these heavy digesting foods hinder significantly with the process of elimination and make our body overwork.
Hi. My baby is 6. 5 months old. He has got cough n cold since more than 15 days. What natural remedies can I use to cure him?
Yachna Midha
10:31 AM | 24-12-2018
Focus on the baby’s rest and sleep during this time. Do know that the body does a great job of cleaning and repairing when it is rested well. So if the stuffy nose is keeping him awake, do steam 3-4 times a day to allow for comfortable sleeping. Do expose to early morning and evening sun. You will see what a difference it will make to the stuffy nose and congestion. Sun is a natural anti-congestion remedy, and I do that diligently with my child whenever going through a bout of fever, cold or cough. Ensure he is is sleeping earlier than usual in evenings. Massage him well each night with warm mustard oil and garlic …soles, head, nose and chest and back. Giving lukewarm water bath also helps with the congestion.
I have been on a diet of mainly fruits and vegetables over the last 1 month. I eat fruits for breakfast and take a lot of raw veggies salad with cooked food in lunch and dinner. Also take veggie juices and soup, and few soaked nuts. Cooked food includes veggies or pulses. I haven't been taking rice or wheat. So my wife is worried that i'm not eating anything 'solid'!!! Is her concern valid? I feel quite e energetic and light, my bowel movements are better than before.

Body is the boss. Just listen to it. Sharing my personal experience - when I was in the healing stage, I was put off rice/wheat for a while because they are acidic in nature. Any disease/illness occurs due to acidic environment in the body. Fruits and veggies are alkaline. So yes what you are doing is definitely the right way to go, especially when u r in a healing stage. However I also feel ‘peace’ of mind or family is very important. So once in a while, let’s say 1 meal a day, you can include grains in your diet. Have them with a lot of veggies, raw or lightly steamed. But keep the focus on whole grains, less processed. And try to add variety - millets is a good introduction.
Millet khichdi - add diversity to the grains you consume
I get very excited when I am able to feed something healthy to my toddler son. He has been enjoying eating this millets khichdi. Its a good grain replacement for the regular rice based khichdi. You can use any millet rice to make it. I used barnyard millet, also called vrat ke chawal or sama rice. You can also add mixed veggies to it. This is a great way to add diversity to the grain intake of kids....adults too ;-), else we keep eating only wheat & rice which is highly processed these days!! Try & let me know how it was.

Basically any issue needs to be addressed holistically. The root cause of the VV could be anything. Lifestyle changes with natural foods, exercises as we heal or how much ever we can, proper rest will help. Animal foods, refined , fried, sugary, processed foods to be totally avoided
