Hello Tanvi, White patches on your skin are a common type of depigmented skin lesion associated with an infection, allergy or autoimmune disorder. Rarely, skin cancers and precancerous changes can cause white patches on the skin, but these serious causes are much less common. One common cause of white spots, or hypopigmentation, is a fungal infection of the skin known as tinea versicolor. This fungal infection is not contagious and can be treated easily. Tinea versicolor is sometimes associated with other symptoms, such as itching or dryness on or around the white patches. Another important cause of white patches on the skin is vitiligo, an autoimmune disorder that leads to the destruction of melanocytes, the cells that make the pigment that gives your skin color. White patches from vitiligo may come and go or they may be permanent. Here are some remedies for white patches. Drink water and consume foods from vessels that are made from copper. Especially drink water from a copper vessel that is kept overnight. Do not stress out much and try relaxing when you encounter a stressful moment. Do not use chemical-based bathing soaps that drain all of your body oil. Bath every day for a minimum of 20 days. Stand in the early morning sun for at least 15 to 20 minutes. Do not use chemical-based creams and cosmetics or the ones which are allergic to you. Add foods that are rich in iron such as cereals, beans and leafy vegetables. Avoid consumption of dairy foods, animal foods and seafood. Avoid coffee, tea and other caffeinated drinks. Avoid alcohol. It is a common condition that occurs when the acid in the stomach flows back to the food pipe. It is also known as acid reflux. The most common symptom of acidity is burning sensation in chest and pain. Usually, people don't realize the fact that the wrong lifestyle and wrong eating choices are the reasons for this acidity. By making small changes in our lifestyle and eating habits, we can manage the problem. Foods to eat Start the day with 3 to 4 glasses of warm water. This will help to eliminate the toxins out of the body. Eat one amla daily as it will help to keep your digestive system good. Drink green tea twice a day, one in the morning on an empty stomach and the other at night before sleeping. Drink freshly prepared homemade fruit juices. Include salads, sprouts, nuts, and beans in your diet. Eat fresh fruits and green leafy vegetables. हेलो, कारण - विटिलिगो एक ऐसा विकार होता है, जिससे शरीर के विभिन्न भागों की त्वचा पर सफेद दाग बनने लगते हैं। यह इसलिए होता है क्योंकि त्वचा में वर्णक (रंग) बनाने वाली कोशिकाएं नष्ट हो जाती हैं, इन कोशिकाओं को मेलेनोसाइट्स (Melanocytes) कहा जाता है।यह ऑटोइम्यून डिसऑर्डर के कारण हो सकता है मगर इसका मूल कारण पाचन तंत्र का स्वास्थ्य बिगड़ने से जुड़ा हुआ है। त्वचा हमारे शरीर का सहज ज़रिया है अम्ल (acid) को प्रतिबिम्बित करने का। शरीर (elimination)निष्कासन की प्रक्रिया में लगा है। हम उसको आहार शुद्धि से मदद करें। समाधान - 1. खीरा, गुड़हल के फूल (hibiscus) का पल्प का पेस्ट वंहा लगाएँ जंहा परेशानी है। 20मिनट के लिए लगाएँ। 2. त्वचा को गुलाब जल बेसन और हल्दी से साफ़ करें। साबुन या कोई भी क्रीम का प्रयोग बंद कर दें। 3. खाना खाने से एक घंटे पहले नाभि के ऊपर गीला सूती कपड़ा लपेट कर रखें या खाना के 2 घंटे बाद भी ऐसा कर सकते हैं। 4. मेरुदंड (स्पाइन) सीधा करके बैठें। हमेशा इस बात ध्यान रखें। हफ़्ते में 3 दिन मेरुदंड का स्नान करें। मेरुदंड स्नान के लिए अगर टब ना हो तो एक मोटा तौलिया गीला कर लें बिना निचोरे उसको बिछा लें।अपने मेरुदंड को उस पर रखें। 5. बार बार कुछ भी खाने से बचे फल के बाद 3 घंटे का अंतराल (gap) रखें। क्षार (alkaline) जूस के बाद 1घंटे का अंतराल रखें। कच्चे सब्ज़ियों के सलाद के बाद 5 घंटे का अंतराल रखें। अनाज और पकी हुई सब्ज़ी अगर तेल रहित (oil free) के बाद 8 घंटे का तेल घी का प्रयोग किया गया हो तो 12 से 13 घंटे का अंतराल रखें। रोज़ाना 15 घंटे का उपवास करें जैसे रात का भोजन 7 बजे तक कर लिया और सुबह का नाश्ता 9 बजे लें। 6. त्वचा या शरीर के किसी भी हिस्से को स्वस्थ प्रदान करने के लिए ज़रूरी है।सुबह लंबा गहरा स्वाँस अंदर भरें और रुकें फिर पूरे तरीक़े से स्वाँस को ख़ाली करें रुकें फिर स्वाँस अंदर भरें ये एक चक्र हुआ। ऐसे 10 चक्र एक टाइम पर करना है। ये दिन में चार बार करें। 7. सूर्य उदय के एक घंटे बाद या सूर्य अस्त के एक घंटे पहले का धूप शरीर को ज़रूर लगाएँ। सर और आँख को किसी सूती कपड़े से ढक कर। जब भी लेंटे अपना दायाँ भाग ऊपर करके लेटें ताकि आपकी सूर्य नाड़ी सक्रिय रहे। 8. सुबह ख़ाली पेट आधा खीरा 5 पुदीने या करी पत्ते के साथ पिस कर उसमें 100ml पानी मिला कर पिएँ। यह juice आप कई प्रकार के ले सकते हैं। पेठे (ashguard ) का जूस लें और कुछ नहीं लेना है। नारियल पानी भी ले सकते हैं। पालक पत्ते धो कर पीस कर 100ml पानी डाल पीएँ। दुब घास 25 ग्राम पीस कर छान कर 100 ml पानी में मिला कर पीएँ। जूस को मुँह में रख कर एक बार सहज स्वाँस लें फिर घूँट अंदर लें।2 घंटे बाद कोई भी एक तरीक़े का फल नाश्ते में लें।फल को ठीक से चबा कर खाएँ। कोई नमक या चाट मसला या चीनी, दूध मिक्स ना करें। दोपहर 12 बजे सफ़ेद पेठे (ashguard) 20 ग्राम पीस 100ml पानी मिला कर लें। नमक सेंधा ही प्रयोग करें। नमक की पके हुए खाने में भी बहुत कम लें। सब्ज़ी पकने बाद उसमें नमक डालें। नमक पका कर या अधिक खाने से शरीर में (fluid) की कमी हो जाती। सलाद दोपहर 1बजे बिना नमक के खाएँ तो अच्छा होगा क्योंकि नमक सलाद के गुणों को कम कर देता है। सलाद में हरे पत्तेदार सब्ज़ी को डालें और नारियल पीस कर मिलाएँ। कच्चा पपीता 50 ग्राम कद्दूकस करके डालें। कभी सीताफल ( yellow pumpkin) 50 ग्राम ऐसे ही डालें। कभी सफ़ेद पेठा (ash guard) 30 ग्राम कद्दूकस करके डालें। ऐसे ही ज़ूकीनी 50 ग्राम डालें।कद्दूकस करके डालें।कभी काजू बादाम अखरोट मूँगफली भिगोए हुए पीस कर मिलाएँ। लाल, हरा, पीला शिमला मिर्च 1/4 हिस्सा हर एक का मिलाएँ। शाम 5 बजे नारियल पानी लें।रात के खाने में इस अनुपात से खाना खाएँ 2 कटोरी सब्ज़ी के साथ 1कटोरी चावल या 1रोटी लें। रात 8 बजे के बाद कुछ ना खाएँ, 12 घंटे का (gap) अंतराल रखें। 8बजे रात से 8 बजे सुबह तक कुछ नहीं खाना है। 9.एक नियम हमेशा याद रखें ठोस(solid) खाने को चबा कर तरल (liquid) बना कर खाएँ। तरल को मुँह में घूँट घूँट पीएँ। खाना ज़मीन पर बैठ कर खाएँ। खाते वक़्त ना तो बात करें और ना ही TV और mobile को देखें।ठोस भोजन के तुरंत बाद या बीच बीच में जूस या पानी ना लें। भोजन हो जाने के एक घंटे बाद तरल पदार्थ ले सकते हैं।जानवरों से उपलब्ध होने वाले भोजन वर्जित हैं। तेल, मसाला, और गेहूँ से परहेज़ करेंगे तो अच्छा होगा। चीनी के जगह गुड़ लें। हफ़्ते में एक दिन उपवास करें। शाम तक केवल पानी लें, प्यास लगे तो ही पीएँ। शाम 5 बजे नारियल पानी और रात 8 बजे सलाद लें। 10. उपवास के अगले दिन किसी प्राकृतिक चिकित्सक के देख रेख में टोना लें। जिससे आँत की प्रदाह को शांत किया जा सके। एनिमा किट मँगा लें। यह किट ऑनलाइन मिल जाएगा। इससे 200 ml पानी गुदाद्वार से अंदर डालें और प्रेशर आने पर मल त्याग करें। ऐसा दिन में दो बार करना है अगले 21 दिनों के लिए। ये करना है ताकि शरीर में मोजुद विषाणु निष्कासित हो जाये। इसके बाद हफ़्ते में केवल एक बार लेना है उपवास के अगले दिन। टोना का फ़ायदा तभी होगा जब आहार शुद्धि करेंगे। धन्यवाद। रूबी, प्राकृतिक जीवनशैली प्रशिक्षिका व मार्गदर्शिका (Nature Cure Guide & Educator)

Hello Raju, With subclinical thyroid in the background having thoughts and sleeping problems can be relatable. In nature cure, nothing becomes impossible, because nature has designed our body in harmony, in sync with nature. Insomnia is large, due to over-thinking. We generally think our mental issues are caused by the mind, but our food also has a special role to play in it. The kind of food we eat is the way we think. There are three types of food described in yoga which have its effect on the mind. Sattvic food, eat light, stay calm. Rajasik food is highly spiced making us overactive in everything and the mind feels uncertain. Tamasik food which makes our body lethargic. Negative thoughts are caused by stimulants such as tea, coffee, which give our body less sleep. By taking an initiative in a holistic way, you can overall help yourself. That is why, by taking a step towards holistic health, you can effectively treat yourself in nature's way. Eat: Start the day with two-three glasses of warm water, this will help in flushing out the toxins and improve the state of metabolism by increasing it. The next thing is the inclusion of vegetable juice in your breakfast as this will help in giving the right amount of energy for the day. Keep at least two hours gap between your food and your sleep timing at night. Mineral-rich food sources like seeds for example in evening soak chia seeds in a glass of water for an hour, soak them and add one tablespoon of lemon juice. Consume it two hours after the meal, this will help in preventing insomnia. Exercise: Taking a brisk walk in the early morning sun rays helps in treating all the problems, as the sun helps in treating the mood and freshens us for the whole day, it stimulates our system and strengthens our immunity. An early morning walk is recommended. Suryanamaskar will help in treating the health issues and will help in dealing with all problems, 12 sets a day is recommendable. If you are a beginner start with 6 and increase it. Sukhasana, Balasana, Shavasana are very much helpful. Practice each pose for 5-10 seconds after the session of Suryanamaskar. Do under expert guidance. Meditation: Stop using the gadget on hour before sleep, you can use a fragrant diffuser where you can use essential oils, and then with the smell itself, you will start feeling calm. Rosemary and lavender oil will be helpful. During the episode of anxiety, you can inhale it by putting two-three drops on a handkerchief. Take 10 long deep breaths, and allow your body to relax, any thought which comes, let it go do not resist. Say the affirmation, "I am healthy and happy" with each breath. It is a common disorder which is characterized by repetitive episodes of nocturnal breathing cessation due to upper airway collapse.
