I have problem in opening and closing of my mouth and have several neck spasms from last 3 years which is resulting in severe dizziness and vertigo. Is this caused by tetanus?
Nikita Mishra

Hello Kanhaiya, Vertigo is a sensation of feeling off-balance. Vertigo is often caused by an inner ear problem. It may also occur due to problems in some parts of the brain. Some cases of vertigo improve over time without treatment. However, some people have repeated episodes for many months or even years. Depending on the cause of vertigo, there are things that you can do by yourself to get relief. Do some simple exercises or sukshma vyayama like rolling wrists and ankles clockwise as well as anti-clockwise. Sleep with your head slightly raised on two or more pillows. Get up slowly when getting out of bed and sit on the edge of the bed for a minute or before standing. Avoid bending down for picking up items. Avoid extending your neck like for reaching out to a high shelf. Move your head carefully and slowly while doing daily activities. Apart from these tips, it is important to follow the correct lifestyle and diet also. Diet- Have only plant-based natural foods. Include sprouts, salads, beans, nuts, dry fruits in your diet. Have coconut water and fresh homemade fruit juices. Avoid dairy foods and also avoid animal products. Cook oil-free or use cold-pressed oil. Avoid tea and coffee. Hello. I am 25 I live in Mumbai as the climate is very hot and humid I feel thirsty & if I even drink one glass of cold water my neck starts itching and cold & cough start accumulating. I can't have ice creams or anything cold. What should I do?
Nikita Mishra
03:02 PM | 03-05-2021
Hello Mansoor, Drinking cold water when you are thirsty may make you feel good but it is not good for the body. It is always best to drink water at room temperature. Our body is made up of five elements i.e. akash, vayu, agni, jal and prithvi. Feeling thirsty indicates that the jal mahabhuta is getting out of balance and it needs to be balanced. The best way to maintain your body's jal mahabhuta in equilibrium is to drink water with gratitude towards it in a certain way. Keep the water in a copper vessel and that vessel should be kept at a place where it is not surrounded by anything. Whenever you drink water from it, have a gratitude towards it for keeping your body healthy. Drinking water from copper vessel is best as it has many benefits. Itching in neck, cough and cold indicates that you have allergies to some food products. Food allergy results due to our immune system malfunction. Our immune system considers some foods as pathogens and reacts to them resulting in allergies. Certain foods become intolerant for the body in this condition. Common symptoms that a person experiences are tingling in the mouth, burning sensation in mouth and lips, skin rashes, itching, etc. Foods to eat Start your the day with 3 to 4 glasses of warm water. This will help to flush out the toxins out of the body. Eat only plant-based natural foods. Drink green tea twice a day, one in the morning on an empty stomach and the other at night before sleeping. Have whole grains like barley, millets, oats, etc in place of refined grains. Avoid refined grains, refined oils, and refined sugars as they may trigger the allergic reaction and are also not good for the health. Avoid dairy foods and animal products as they may also be the reason for allergies since they are not for the human digestive system. Drink plenty of water throughout the day. Say no to alcohol, tobacco, and smoking. Drink freshly prepared homemade fruit juices. Exercise Start the day with a short morning walk of at least 30 min. This will help to increase blood circulation in the body. Perform 12 sets of suryanamaskar daily. It involves 12 asanas and is very beneficial for the whole body. Do plank for 5 minutes. Perform anulom-vilom and kapalbhati pranayam. Take early morning sun rays daily for 20 minutes. Sleep Sleeping pattern affects the circadian rhythm. Hence, it is essential to have proper quality sleep daily. Take proper sleep of at least 7-8 hours daily. Sleep early at night and also wake up early in the morning. Read books before sleeping for an improved quality of sleep. Thank you
Can a natural diet reverse Autoimmune. Disease like Mysenthia Gravis?
Nikita Mishra
04:14 PM | 26-04-2021
Hello User, Autoimmune disorders are disorders in which the body's immune system attacks its own cells, tissues and organs because it fails to differentiate between the body's cells and foreign cells or agents. This attack of the immune system on its own body cells results in several autoimmune disorders like myasthenia gravis, rheumatoid arthritis, sclerosis, lupus arythematous, inflammatory bowel disease, etc. Improving the lifestyle, diet and adding following things in your routine will help to cure it naturally. Diet Adding the following foods in the diet will help you to cue the problem. Include turmeric, coriander, ginger and cumin in your diet. Have fresh vegetables in your diet. Include sweet gourd, bottle gourd, ridge gourd, pumpkin, bitter guard, onion, garlic and broccoli in your diet. Include whole grains in your diet like barley, oats, millets, etc. Boil the water and consume it in room temperature. Have fresh coconut water. Include nuts such as almonds, raisins, dates and apricots. Include pulses like green moong and toor dal in your diet. Avoid late dinners. Yoga and pranayam Practice 12 sets of suryanamaskar daily. Do yoga asanas such as bhujanga asana, gomukha asana, paschimottan asana and padahasta asana regularly. Pranayam should be practised daily for at least 20 min. Perform anulom-vilom, kapalbhati and bhastrika pranayam. Sleep A correct sleeping pattern is very important for maintaining the circadian rhythm and hence the hormonal balance. So, take proper quality sleep daily for at least 7-8hours. Sleep early at night and also wake up early in the morning. Thank you
Do You Need Folic Acid For A Healthy Pregnancy? Or Is it Something Else?
On your prenatal wellness journey, the one nutrient you'll repeatedly come across as being essential is the water-soluble Vitamin B9 -aka- folic acid. Wondering why this is a highly recommended vitamin for your fertility? Read this blog to understand the role, functions & natural sources of folic acid so that you can increase your chances of having a healthy pregnancy! Firstly, let's understand what is folic acid...or is it folate that you really need? A group of chemically and functionally similar B vitamins that occur in nature are called “folates”. Folic Acid is the term used to signify the synthetic form of this. All the unnatural sources found in fortified cereals & supplements contain folic acid. Being an “essential” vitamin, it cannot be produced within the body and must be taken through dietary sources only. Although folic acid and folate are used interchangeably, their effect on your body is quite different. While folic

How to reduce cholesterol?
Wellcure
05:20 PM | 17-03-2021
Dear Parvez, Let us begin by first understanding what is cholesterol. Cholesterol is a wax-like fatty substance that is produced by the liver. Cholesterol is produced to assist our body in building its cell membranes, many hormones like testosterone and estrogen, fat-dissolving bile acids and vitamin D. The body produces the amount of cholesterol that it needs for its functioning. The blood gets its cholesterol from two sources - one is produced by the liver and the intestines itself and the other source is any food that we consume, be it seeds, nuts, meat, poultry, dairy etc. Like with all other functions and components, our body has mechanisms to maintain the desired level of cholesterol. However, when our body is overloaded with toxins it is unable to eliminate excess cholesterol from the bloodstream. One can definitely reverse high levels of cholesterol to normal by adopting a natural lifestyle. We suggest you take a personal consultation with our Natural Health Coach who can understand your background better & give you an action plan. You can explore our Natural Health Coaching Program for the same. We will guide you on diet, sleep, exercise, stress, etc to correct your existing routine & make it in line with Natural Laws. I have hair fall problem. Pls suggest what to do?
Nikita Mishra
08:46 AM | 10-03-2021
Hello User, Health of our hair is the reflection of our body's internal health. Improper lifestyle, eating wrong foods, lack of sleep, increased stress levels are the reasons which lead to toxic accumulation and result in issues like split ends, hairfall, etc. External factors like exposure to dust, chemicals and pollution are also the reason for hairfall and damaged hairs. Foods to eat- Start the day with 3 to 4 glasses of warm water early in the morning on an empty stomach. This will help to eliminate the toxins out of the body. Drink green tea twice a day, one in the morning on an empty stomach and the other at night before sleeping. Eat soaked dry fruits and sprouts in the breakfast to get easily absorbable nutrients. Eat fresh, seasonal, and locally available fruits and vegetables. Include salads, nuts, and beans in your diet. Have whole grains like barley, millets, oats, etc. Use cold-pressed oil to cook instead of refined oils. Local application Mix amla powder with warm water. Keep it for around 2 hours. Then, apply it on your hair and leave it for half an hour and then wash your hair. Don't use any chemical-based products on your hair. Apply fresh aloe vera jel on your hairs. Protect your hair from dust, smoke, etc. Sleep A correct sleeping pattern is important for the circadian rhythm. It also helps to reduce stress. Hence, taking a proper quality of sleep is very important. Take proper sleep of at least 7-8 hours daily. Sleep early at night and also wake up early in the morning. Avoid using electronic gadgets atleast 1hour before sleeping. Read books before sleeping to improve the quality of sleep Thank you
I have developed DPN on my face and neck. Doctor has suggested for laser therapy. Is there any other home or Ayurvedic way to get rid of this issue? As internet says its non curable.
Smitha Hemadri
09:16 AM | 21-11-2019
There are journeys of people who have healed from skin issues in wellcure. Use the keyword and search. DPN is also similar to skin tags and is usually a result of suppression of simple skin issues for a prolonged period of time. It’s an advanced chronic skin condition and it will take a few months to heal. If you have had food that’s consistently poor in nutrition and life, how will the skin breathe? Dominance of cooked foods, dairy, meat, eggs, fish etc will tax the skin. So when the body is overloaded with toxins, skin as an excretory organ will be asked to do more work than it can handle. Other channels might either be blocked or sluggish. Hence the skin. When the body is exceedingly acidic from accumulated wastes, the lymphatic system tries to eliminate via the skin. Virus come to eat rotting foods in the body. Although everyone breathes pathogens daily, people who have infections, only means that the body is polluted beyond control. 1) wear clothes of loose cotton where skin can breathe and light can enter. 2) remove or avoid touching any chemicals and use chemical free items http://www.wellcure.com/recipes/455/natural-moisturiser http://www.wellcure.com/recipes/163/healthy-and-natural-hair-wash use this for the body too Take bath only with cold water the head alone in all weathers. And Lukewarm for the body in cold weathers. 3)Sunbath for 1 hr in the early morning first rays of the sun 4) Avoid all forms of plastic usage in foods, microwave, Teflon, aluminium and such things, avoid all forms of cosmetics. Just plain water wash and my body wash will do which is what I do too. I have healed from urticaria a similar skin condition. 5)coming to diet - You need to flood your body with tender coconut water/veg juices for all your day if itching is severe. Fast on liquids for one full day every week. Switch to juices upon waking followed by fruits for breakfast and raw salads for lunch. Dinner 2-3 hrs before bed cooked with millets made oil-free and gluten-free. Avoid all forms of cooked salt oil for 6-8 weeks for all the raw food for complete cleansing of the system. Avoid itching. Switch to liquids when it is unbearable. That’s your mantra on skin issues. You must say goodbye to all forms of animal products - dairy, meat eggs fish, sugar, wheat, maida, oil, outside packed foods, fried food etc. So remember you can’t have food in functions when your healing. Once completely healed, you still cannot have animal products wheat fried and sugar. These were the reasons for your condition - slow poisons. 6) water enema can be taken daily till you heal. Buy a kit and look for videos and do it daily after your morning potty. Consult an expert as needed 7)You can use some coconut oil and apply a wet thick cloth in places where you think u can’t bear. 8) get off all forms of suppressions and instead switch to juices for the whole day when the eliminations are severe. You have to learn to heal with the above only and trust the body. Suppressors are enemies of the body. 9) you have to develop a positive attitude for everyone around you. You cannot have hatred in your heart. It literally burns u. You have to listen to people like bk Shivani / Sadguru / Louise hay and such people and remove all negativity and burden ur carrying. Learn to live like flowing water. Forgive everyone around you 10) yoga and majorly pranayama is a must to make ur cells breathe You will continue to get lesions on and off for months too. By that time you will know how to manage if it happens. The tank has to become empty to be free forever. Skin is the largest organ and takes time to heal. Focus on clean eating and living habits and skin will slowly reflect that in few years. There are no external short shots. Healing is always inside out. Some journeys for your reference as all skin issues are the same in various severities https://www.wellcure.com/health-journey/tags/psoriasis Get back with questions if u have any doubts Be blessed Smitha Hemadri ( Educator of natural healing practices)

Nikita Mishra
01:00 PM | 01-03-2021
Hello Priya, Acidity is the most common problem nowadays. The changes in lifestyle and eating habits are mainly responsible for acidity and it also becomes the reason for migraine. A person is said to have migraine when there is sharp shooting pain in the head which may be associated with nausea or vomiting. This results due to an improper blood supply to the brain which results in an improper oxygen supply and hence it results in pain. The accumulation of toxins in the body and in the blood results in this problem. Reasons for migraine: Excessive stress. Lack of sleep. Being on an empty stomach. Genetic factors. Excessive use of electronic devices. Diet to follow: Have overnight soaked raisins in the morning. Have 2 glasses of warm water on an empty stomach in the morning. Avoid spicy and deep fried foods. Avoid refined sugars. Avoid refined grains. Avoid tea, coffee and other caffeinated drinks. Avoid carbonated drinks. What is the difference between grains, pulses and legumes? Which ones are more acidic?
Smitha Hemadri
08:36 AM | 24-02-2021
Grains - Grain examples are rice millets ( ragi jowar bajra etc) quinoa corn all are grains If you are having doubt regarding are pulses grains, then I should tell you that pulses are part of the legume family (any plants that grow in pods), but the term “pulse” refers only to the dry edible seed within the pod. Beans, lentils, chickpeas and split peas are the most common types of pulses. Sprouts and microgreens - any pulse or seed that can be germinated into a small shoot is a sprout. It has the qualities of the seed Microgreen is the next step and grows 2 true leaves . These leaves are inside the seed and they are the first 2 leaves that are formed. Beyond this the seed does not have the nutrition for that plant. This microgreens are better than the sprouts bcoz it has been doing photosynthesis in addition to carrying the quality of the seed. ———— Grains - Grains first of all are not human foods bcoz we can’t really chew and eat it. We need to process it further to consume it. One might ask that ancestors lived healthy on grains and why is it that grains are the bad food now. Grains especially like wheat corn for example are favourite foods for some of the pathogens that cause havoc in the body. The pathogens did come bcoz one carried toxins due to a lifestyle, but the grains such as above makes it worse. They are food for the pathogen and the pathogen releases neurotoxins to make the inflammation worse. If someone does not have this pathogen which is quite rare in the recent generations then even if they eat the grain they may not see an adverse effect. So it’s quite possible that the ancestors first off did not have as much toxic living conditions as we do.. so they did eat things like breads or rice or wheat and still lived a 100 in some cases. If they caught a problem in their later stages then their living conditions invited the pathogen and the food habits added fuel to them. So if you are suffering from a chronic or a destructive disease then you have to avoid foods that become food to the pathogen. The grain itself does not have any poisons to kill us. So diabetes thyroid neuralgia eczema cancer osteoporosis gut issues autism adhd tics things like this are usually chronic to destructive toxaemic conditions and are already home to the pathogens and hence its best to avoid the grains. We say it’s acidic bcoz it causes an unfavourable condition for the body .. so it’s not a positive food. If the condition is acute and you have issues on and off, then it’s best to make a 70-30 with 70 raw and 30 cooked including whole grains. The pathogens may not be strong enough to fight that 70%. Body will have enough vitality reserves to fight back. Among grains the best to consume are millets and next is rice and in USA quinoa / millets. If it’s inorganic it’s quite possible that the pesticides like ddt might carry arsenic. So it’s best to go for organic ones if one can afford. Again, we need the fibre to be intact . So it’s best to eat it whole if at all we have. Fruits - fruits are the best thing that has happened to mankind. If one lives on more fruits in their life their health and longevity is guaranteed on a bond paper by god . They have starch fats carbs everything we need to survive . They detox the body very well Vegetables help in the building of the body. They are more complex compared to fruits, but we need them in our daily life. They have everything to make our survival complete. Greens - are again the next best. Rich in suns energy. They have all the beneficial bacteria on them to improve our microbiome in the gut. Probiotics and fermented foods are nothing in front of these. Legumes - fresh in season right off the pod is great. Next best is to soak it and eat it. If steamed then soak it and prepare it for germination and steam it Pulses - are dried legumes, processed and made to halves. Soaking also won’t germinate them. So they are incomplete.. but it’s ok and not as bad to avoid relatively. Again can be steamed and had.. but not all pulses can be consumed after germination or steaming as is. So in a nutshell. Food quality and what body can take is always relative. When compared to something , something else is better . So what you choose as your food is always relative based on the toxicity you carry in the body at any point when you got this awareness. We may ask someone to eat a whole food plant based meal with grains included once, bcoz for them it’s ok to just quit the negative foods they eat or living conditions and still heal. So always make that priority based on your condition and not bcoz some food will give some benefits. Food does not act on body.. body chooses to act on food and derive the best or not from it. Thumb rule is to see if it’s as close to natural and can be consumed as is.

Hello Harsha, Fissure and piles, both are a result of improper metabolism and sedentary lifestyle. Blood in stool is a symptom of fissure. It can be cured by following a correct lifestyle and by having a correct diet. Some reasons that may cause fissure Taking fatty foods. Having spicy foods. Eating packaged and processed food items. Tea and coffee. Not taking proper sleep. Stress Wrong sleeping pattern. Sedentary lifestyle. What should be done to cure fissure naturally? Avoid milk and all the milk based products. Have whole grains in place of refined grains. Avoid animal based products. Have brown sugar in place of refined sugar. Use coconut oil in place of refined oil. Physical activity Take a 30min walk daily in the morning. Indulge yourself in some physical activities like football, basketball, running, jogging, skipping. Quality and duration of sleep, both are equally very important. It also reduces stress and maintains mental balance. So, take good quality sleep for at least 6-8hours a day.
