Hi I am suffering from hypothyroid for last 16 years. It happened right after giving birth to my son. My thyroid over time has gone up and so now I am taking 150 mcg everyday. Hi. Hypothyroidism, also called underactive thyroid or low thyroid is a condition in which your thyroid gland doesn't produce enough of certain important hormones. It upsets the normal balance of chemical reactions in your body. While we commonly refer to 'thyroid' as a health issue, it is actually the body’s way of indicating to us that the hormones are out of balance. Our body always works for us to be in good health. We just have to support it correctly & this can be done by staying in-sync with nature. Hence avoid all foods and all products that are unnatural. Chemicals are a key reason for hormonal imbalance because chemicals are hormone disruptors. Where do these chemicals come from? These chemicals come in our food when we eat non-organic food. In nature cure there is no concept like this m. This is the language of the medical field which unfortunately all of us are used to either understanding or speaking. Depends on how bad the kidney has deteriorated at this point . Is it at the level of dialysis - basically acute or chronic. High bp must usually be also a symptom of kidney issues. I would advice anyone to be on full raw without any nuts or seeds. Raw includes only fruits veggies and green leaves in this context. Ofcourse doctors say no banana mangoes etc, but have in moderation. Once a week dry to water fasting Daily 16 hrs fasting - from dinner to next lunch. Kidneys basically needs a break from work to focus on healing. For this to happen fasting is the best mode to heal. Eliminations of toxins will happen, headaches fever cold coughs pains in abdomen etc can happen, but sticking to raw is the best. Ask yourself why did creatinine go down in the first place.. this is just a side effect. Fixing the root cause - kidney malfunctioning, why is kidney malfunctioning, because there is so much toxin and protein in the 1-1.5 gallons of blood which goes through cleansing in the kidney 20 times each hour. There are millions of filters in the kidney and when each of them start to clog bcoz of the viscous blood and toxic blood, they stop filtering. If you don’t wash your tea filter daily, over time the filter has to be soaked in water, burnt over the fire and then dusted or cleaned. Likewise, the poor kidneys needs to have clean blood to purify. For the blood to be clean, the body needs to be leading a healthy lifestyle eating foods that heal, that body recognize more ( raw ). If we are not mindful about this fact, I am sure body ceases to function normally. Please fix the lifestyle instead of just reactively eating foods that keep the creatinine low. This latter approach is short lived .

Pcos is a result of the body malfunctioning due to lifestyle. Once the lifestyle is corrected and back to track, the body gets back to normal too. Whether it was emotional stress or physical stress and wrong food choices, sedentary lifestyle, they all help each other mess the body’s normal functioning. I believe that people who are disciplined can reverse it in 3-4 months. But this is a lifestyle and not a diet. Morning on empty stomach Celery juice 250 ml filtered / ash gourd juice / cucumber juice Followed by - Green juice with any watery vegetable like ashgourd / cucumber / ridge gourd / bottle gourd / carrot / beet with ginger and lime filtered More hunger - tender coconut water or more pure veggie juice Afternoon from 12 - answer hunger calls A bowl of fruits - don’t mix melons and other fruits. Eat melons alone. Eat citrus alone A bowl of salad which includes coconut / flax or sesame in any form More hunger - tender coconut water or coconut pieces with some dates or seed balls with dates 2-3 Dinner 2 hrs before sleep Gluten free unpolished grains or dals 30% and 70% veggiesPlease take enema for 30 days with Luke warm water and then slowly reduce the freq. this is not a substitute for daily nature call . Do you eat three hours before bedtime? If you eat just before bedtime, body is busy digesting food and it may be uncomfotable to get into sleep mode. Are you on your electronic device before sleep? The blue light is known to interfere in sleep patterns. So try to be off your gardgets atleast an hour before you sleep. Sleep on time. Body likes regularity. Offload your worries by journaling before bedtime for a restful sleep. My grandmom applies some sesame oil to her feet and covers with socks before sleeping. Try it, it may help you Hope you feel well soon.
My 4 year old son is snoring a lot at night. There is no congestion or nose block. He also tends to breathe from mouth. Overall he is sleeping fine and no obvious change in day time activities; at times gets restless at night. Should I be worried?

Hello hello. A natural diet comprising of whole plant based diet is easy for the body to digest & also gives body the desired nutrients to perform its functions. One of the key functions of the body is eliminating accumulated toxic waste. When body gets rest from digestive work (because you are eating easy to digest foods) & also the right ammunition (because you are eating nutritious food), the body starts eliminating toxic waste efficiently. This process is popularly called 'detox'. To my mind, a detox diet sounds like a 'cool' fad, but is infact the whole plant based diet eaten in everyday routine. Its not the same as fasting - fasting means you are not eating!! Safe for kids - ofcourse!! These are our natural foods, nature designed them for us to eat, why would they not be safe? But always listen to your body, give it time to adjust to any changes you do. Take it slow.

Hi… Our bodies have an amazing healing capacity mainly as nature has designed it innately within all organisms. Growth, repair and reproduction are the basic functions of any living cell. When we provide inputs to our body, which is in line with how nature meant it body does a wonderful job of reversing the illness. However, pls note that Cancer by itself has manifested after years of the body trying to cope with the wrong inputs. Many times infact most times these wrong inputs are not just food, emotions, and thoughts play a huge role. So reversing cancer requires a very deep and 360 degree approach – but the most important aspect for the person undergoing it, to be the one believing in the immense power of the body. Food wise the changes to be done requires one to cut off all processed packaged foods and introduce fresh, raw whole natural foods. Cutting out dairy and non veg, would be another major step towards this. This in itself is a significant change for the person undergoing cancer. In addition, it will also need the person to work on the emotional blockages, as the thoughts which also feed our internal toxicity. Thus working with a holistic health practitioner who understands this well, and can guide during these trying times is always better. Hi. Sinusitis is inflammation of the sinus caused by accumulation of toxic material. Body has an innate self healing mechanism, all you have to do is support your daughter's body in cleaning up these toxins. Toxins accumulate in an acidic body environment. You have to focus on increasing alkalinity in her body. Give her a diet rich in fruits, fruit juices and smoothies (only fruit based, no dairy), veggie salads, coconut water, lemon water. Give her veggie juices - Carrot spinach or carrot beetroot. Dairy, maida and white sugar are mucous forming and aggravate sinusitis. Completely eliminate these. Steaming is good. How often is she doing it? Try 3-4 times a day, add eucalyptus oil drops in water while steaming. You can also pour a few drops in pillow for inhalation while sleeping. Hope this helps. Take care dear. It might need a bit of effort and discipline to implement what I said, but we have to do it for our kids. They eat so much of processed food and live in polluted air, we have to make an extra effort to help their bodies regain their balance.

If you are on a healthy detox diet then hair fall is very common . It will pick up in a year or two. Hair is not essential for life or it’s not one of the vitals for living and hence hair falls and regrows as healing is happening and when body finds surplus resources and vital force to pay attn to hair, it will. However, if you are on a sedentary,stressful non vegan lifestyle then toxins are catching up. Please look up other posts here to see how you can get back to a healthy lifestyle. But there is no immediate fix for hair fall. I have posted a recipe for a natural hair wash. Please do that consistently and given healing from within and outside with this hair wash, the hair fall will slowly stabilise. Few key points to remember Massage your hair scalp with cold pressed coconut oil twice or thrice a week and then wash ur hair. Drink enough water Comb slowly Get ur b12 and d3 checked

First of all, congrats on deciding to detox. Can i ask what steps have you taken to detox ? Is this a lifestyle change / diet for sometime ? When you go healthy in whatever way you have chosen, your body eliminates the toxins you wanted to shed. However, how and when it will shed is not known to anyone. This is called the healing crisis period and you must expect all the unexpected issues including emotional outbursts at this time. The advice is to not think "medicinal" and supress that with herbal / any form of drinks. Instead continue the healthy lifestyle and let the body do its job. When we decide to detox, we must also decide to stop thinking "medicine" that relieves the discomfort. In the continual process of removing such discomforts, our bodies become abused and collect toxins. So we must get out of this mindset of stopping the elimination.
