Two percent of body weight will give your approximate intake of fruits and raw vegetables daily. If one is 60 kg then the 2% is 1200 grams, this means one must have 600 grams fruits and 600 grams raw vegetables daily. 7. Simple stretching exercise or yoga asanas for Spinal Cord. 8. Hi, you can boil few leaves of kadi patta in coconut oil. After it cools down, you can add baal jhad herb to it. Apply it overnight and shampoo the next day. Apply it thrice a week.
My husband has diabetes (type 2) for last 10 years and hypertensive for last 20 years. He gets mouth ulcers frequently. This is a problem since childhood but now aggravated. How can i take special care for diet to keep him and his heart healthy?

Please tell him to exercise daily. He should do light exercise, based on his comfort. Deep breathing is very good as it helps eliminate toxins through breath. Also sufficient amount of oxygen reach all the cells of the body & that promotes cellular health. If cells are healthy, they can do all body functions properly & then we are healthy.
Is it ok to add Splenda in my tea?

Absolutely not. It’s an artificial sweetener. Anything that’s artificial and not natural interferes with the body functions and creates a toxic load. Toxicity is the cause of all diseases, big or small. Try adding jaggery instead.
