Diet Adding the following foods in the diet will help you to cue the problem. Include turmeric, coriander, ginger and cumin in your diet. Have fresh vegetables in your diet. Include sweet gourd, bottle gourd, ridge gourd, pumpkin, bitter guard, onion, garlic and broccoli in your diet. More than a weight gain powder going for a healthy plant-based diet is your solution. It should be about everything, food, meditation, sleep, and exercise which amalgamate for good health. Eat: The first thing in the morning is to start your day with something light in nature. Easy to digest is what your breakfast should be because they are the kind of nutrients that get absorbed easily. Even the early morning ritual should include consumption of two-three glasses of warm water which will help in flushing out all the toxins. Breakfast should have a glass bottle guardjuice with an inch of ginger with one bowl of raw sprouts.
