I'm suffering from Cardio phobia, due to which I have death anxiety. My heart reports are normal, Dr said I have tachycardia due to anxiety and stress. But still I have chest tightness (due to acidity Dr said) , high pulse rate, headache and dizziness. Due to anxiety I'm also facing digestive issues and mental health is declining. I always feel like this is my last breath. How do I recover from this?

Digestive Acids 1. Following four golden principles of drinking water is the key to all stomach issues and they are:- (a) Always drink water which is at body temperature, neither chill nor hot. (b) Always sit down before drinking water. (c) Always sip water like a bird, never gulp it down. (d) Drink water 40 minutes before meals and two hours after meals. No water during meals. 2. Always eat 50% of your meal as salad and raw vegetables. 3. Minimum five hours of gap between two meals. Ideal is to have only two meals a day. 4. Dinner two hours before you sleep, best is 7.30 PM. Taking antacids will worsen the problem in long run though momentarily they will provide relief.

Hello Amit, Overthinking can often lead us to sleep deprivation. Good sleep is a reaction of a healthy body, eating a light meal. When we eat something heavy it does not allow our body to relax as it makes our body tired by the metabolism process. Eating light is healthy for body and mind. External sources of stress are also the cause of not getting sound sleep. We have to work here in all the ways to heal our sleeping pattern. The main thing here is, it should be about everything, food, meditation, sleep and exercise which amalgamate for good health. Eat: The first thing in the morning is to start your day with something light in nature. Easy to digest is what your breakfast should be because they are the kind of nutrients that get absorbed easily. Even the early morning ritual should include consumption of two-three glasses of warm water will help in flushing out all the toxins. The ideal diet would be to depend on fruits and raw vegetable intake for at least one month and refrain from something oil-based. One inch of ginger boiled in two cups of water with one tablespoon lemon, boil them for 5-10 minutes before hitting the bed, as this helps in soothing nerves and relax your mind. Eating mineral-rich food like flax seeds, chia seeds, walnut and almonds make our brain stronger and prevent neuro-degeneration which overthinking causes. Exercise: Pranayam helps in detoxifying the body. Practising it early morning in an area which has good sunlight will help in improving blood circulation. I m 51 years of age. Female. I have cold, cough, sinus issues since I was a teenager. The chronic problem is so deep that I have a bit of deviated septum. Hii, To treat constipation problem you should avoid starchy dairy spicy n undigestive food. you should include papaya,ash gourd, coconut water, citrus fruits, beetroot, cucumber pomegranate in your diet. Do meditation n exercise to maintain good health. eat only when you feel hungry. chew your food more times n feel the taste n aroma of food can increase your metabolism n digestion process.
