8 Natural Ways To Quit Tea & Coffee
Tea and coffee have become a part of daily life. Many of us are attached to them because of memories associated with the whole ritual of making them and sipping them with friends and family Unfortunately, these are not health-supporting drinks. They are extremely acidic to the body and when consumed in the morning break the cycle of cleansing resulting in a backup of wastes and toxin accumulation. Toxin accumulation reduces the ability of the body to fight back and invites pathogens to feed on them. The feeling of freshness or energy obtained from the coffee or tea is because the body's inner vital energy is drawn out to process the drink. It is a stimulating action. As per nature cure's laws, every stimulating action will also be followed by the opposite – a crash in energy. Tea and coffee cause good bowel movements. This is because the body treats it as a toxin and tries to get it out as soon as possible. Even the good food still in the intestine is pushed
Will Eating Too Many Fruits Put My Blood Glucose In Trouble?
Medical science has made immense progress yet the world over, numbers of ailing people continue to rise. Exhausted and tired of guzzling down medicines and later dealing with their side effects, people are now adopting a natural lifestyle to heal from health issues. Hence, they shy away from eating fruits or eat only a few selected fruits. Let's debunk the most common misconceptions around fruits & delve a little deeper. Food of our ancestors We are living in a time when habits & practises that our great ancestors followed are making a grand reappearance with science-backed claims of their glories and efficiency. Dear health seeker Jayasree, Diabetes is a mother of all disease, and India is a world capital of this dreaded disease, not for nothing, our eating habits combined with our socialistic obligations of treating our guests with tea, coffee and snacks at any time contribute largely towards its vast clientele. Diabetes is confessedly not cured by allopathy. To manage the situation, they supply insulin from an external source- an animal product in a state where the pancreas fails to secrete it. In this case, they are at a loss not to pin it down on some bacilli, bacteria, germ etc. Nor do they care to study the cause and remove it. In general, the causes of this can be any or a group of the following;- 1. The pancreas has been so much overworked that it has struck work.- 2. The basic material out of which the pancreas can produce insulin is not available in the body tissues and fluids- 3. That centre in the brain that controls the activities of the pancreas is damaged either owing to degeneration or trauma[ injury] Whatever be the case, our universal Medicine, maybe either Bilva Patra [leaves] or grass. A regular daily intake of any of these or alternatively, the trouble would be totally relieved. Every grain [ whole ] contains insulin in its germ [ger ], but it is lost to the modern eater. In Polished rice, atta this valuable part is lost, secondly it is lost in cooking, even if it be the whole grain, because it is destroyed at a temp. of 50 Deg c and 55 deg c and cooking, the simplest boiling, it is at a temp. of 100 deg c. Other methods of cooking subject the food to a higher temp. and obviously that natural source of insulin is unavailable to the eater. To rule out any shortfall, coarse grains millet, ragi, jowar, oats may be taken in very small amounts along with 80 % vegetables raw and cooked, without oil spices and condiments as per the law of Vital Economy. Combined with other Nature Cure tenets like brisk walking, sunbathing ,spinal baths , non-violent pranayama, the disease of diabetes is radically curable in quick little time, but faith, fearlessness and Grace of God is an integral part. Be well that you may be good be good that you may be well Be healthy and happy! V.S.Pawar Member Indian institute of natural therapeutics 1980

Hello Snehal, Diet is very essential for a healthy body and mind but along with this, physical activity, correct lifestyle and sleeping habits are also equally important. Eating correctly is essential but along with a correct diet, appropriate absorption of the foods that we eat is also important, so that our body can utilise the nutrients present in the foods. Diet to follow- Start the day with a glass of warm water with a few drops of lemon juice in it. This will help to boost the metabolism as well as to flush the toxins out of the body. Eat only plant-based natural foods. Drink freshly prepared homemade fruit juices. Have soaked dry fruits and sprouts in the morning on an empty stomach to get the easily absorbable nutrients. Eat fresh fruits and green leafy vegetables. Drink almond milk. Have whole grains like barley, millets, oats, etc. Use cold-pressed oil for cooking. Drink plenty of water throughout the day to be hydrated and remove the toxins out of the body. Foods to avoid- Avoid animal foods and also avoid dairy products. Avoid processed, packaged foods. Avoid carbonated drinks. Avoid white sugars. Avoid refined oils and refined grains. Exercise Exercising is very important for a well functioning digestive system so that the nutrients can be absorbed efficiently from the food. Do suryanamaskar daily. Do kapalbhati pranayam. Do plank for 5min daily. Take sunrays early in the morning for 15 to 20 minutes. Sleep Sleep deprivation may also lead to certain issues like weakness, digestive problems, etc. Hence, take proper sleep of at least 7-8hours regularly. Hello User, Tinnitus or any Hearning issue has two important causes structural which are due to the accumulation of ear wax and function mainly related to psychological stress. By taking an initiative in a holistic way you can overall help yourself, that is why by taking a step towards holistic health you can effectively treat yourself in nature's way. Eat: Start the day with two-three glasses of warm water, this will help in flushing out the toxins and improve the state of metabolism by increasing it. The next thing is the inclusion of vegetable juice in your breakfast as this will help in giving the right amount of energy for the day. Keep at least two hours gap between your food and your sleep timing at night. You can also choose to have vegetable juice in your breakfast, it is an easier way to absorb all the nutrients. Mineral-rich food sources like seeds for example in the evening soak chia seeds in a glass of water for an hour, soak them and add one tablespoon of lemon juice. Consume it two hours after the meal, this will help in increasing your nerve strength in the ears. A high potassium-rich diet like papaya, bananas and pears are highly recommended in your diet to treat tinnitus as it will help in building auricle-neural pathway. Locally apply mustard or coconut oil in ears 2-3 drops for clearing of wax. Exercise: Taking a brisk walk in the early morning sun rays helps in treating all the problems, as the sun helps in treating the mood and freshens us for the whole day, it stimulates our system and strengthens our immunity. An early morning walk is recommended. Suryanamaskar will help in treating the health issues and will help in dealing with all problems, 12 sets a day is recommendable. If you are a beginner start with 6 and increase it. Sukhasana, Balasana, Shavasana are very much helpful, practice each pose 5-10 seconds after the session of Suryanamaskar for improving earring strength. Meditation: Stop using the gadget an hour before sleep, you can use a fragrant diffuser where you can use essential oils, and then with the smell itself you will start feeling calm. Rosemary and lavender oil will be helpful in the treatment of tinnitus. During the episode of tinnitus, you can inhale it by putting two three drops on a handkerchief. Take 10 long deep breaths, and allow your body to relax, any thought which comes, let it go do not resist. Say the affirmation, "I am healthy and happy" with each breath. This will help in curbing all your issues even in the long run. Sleep: The sleep is a very important part of treating any mental symptom, a sleep cycle of 90 minutes should be completed in order to get a sound body. This sleep cycle should be repeated 5 times. This makes 7-8 hours of healthy sleep. This will make your body and mind strong and refreshing. Make sure your room is gadget-free an hour before sleep. Hopefully, these suggestions will help. Thank you.

Naturally Iron Rich Foods For a Healthy Pregnancy
From the first week of getting pregnant to the last day when your baby is about to be born, why is there a constant check on this component of blood? Why is there a need to get your haemoglobin in range? Iron in pregnancy is a very important mineral. Blood in baby and mother is shared hence having an optimum amount of haemoglobin will ensure a healthier pregnancy for the mother and there would be no complication or growth retardation for babies. Even before pregnancy, iron helps in the healthy fertilization process which promotes easy conception and growth of a healthy foetus. Why is there a need for iron? Iron is an essential element for blood production. About 70 per cent of our body's iron is found in the red blood cells of our blood called haemoglobin and in muscle cells called myoglobin. Nikita Mishra
06:30 PM | 15-06-2021
Hello User, We always work in curing the root cause naturally and you yourself said that the reason for your hair loss is the medicines that you are taking for your other health problems. So, instead of focusing on any temporary tips and tricks, focus on improving your overall health. Acne is a skin condition which results in pimples, rashes, etc. It usually occurs on forehead, neck, upper chest but it may also occur in other parts of the body. Acne results when skin pores are blogged by the dirt or oil whereas Vitiligo is a condition in which white patches appear on the skin. It occurs when the cells forming melanin are damaged or stop functioning. Diet Start the day with 3 to 4 glasses of warm water. This will help to flush out the toxins out of the body. Drink coconut water. Vitamin C is essential as it has antioxidant properties. Have lemon juice or orange juice or amla regularly. Drink freshly prepared homemade fruit juices. Eat soaked nuts and raisins. Cook oil free. Avoid alcohol. Say no to deeply fried, spicy, processed and packaged foods. Avoid tea and coffee. Local application Mix besan and turmeric to make a paste. Apply this paste on the effected part. Keep it for 10 minutes and then rinse it with cold water. Apply fresh aloe vera jel and gulab jal on the effected part. Avoid using any chemical based products. Protect yourself from dust and dirt. Exercise Exercising is essential for an improved metabolism which will help to flush out the toxins out of the body. Start the day with a short morning walk. Do plank for 5min. Practice pranayam regularly specially anulom-vilom and kapalbhati pranayam. Sleep Sometimes stress also triggers the acne issues and a proper sleep is important to relieve the stress. So, take a proper sleep of atleast 7-8hours daily. Sleep early at night and also wake up early in the morning. Thank you

My grandfather is his 80s and he has pain in his knees and ankles. Can you please tell me oil or something like that which gives relief to him?
Dr. Khushbu Suthar
04:32 PM | 07-06-2021
Hello Bhawan, With our age, our body goes into degeneration and our sedentary lifestyle in addition to that, the knees which become the weight-bearing joint of our body get extra-loaded and this happens to make our body very weak and vulnerable. In order to protect our body to get more damages, we have to protect it with a healthy lifestyle. The reason our body works in harmony is because of the fact that the fluid is present in the body, this acts as grease in the body which tends to make sure that all the organs have a smooth flow in function. The knee cap gets disturbed due to the fact that the cartilage is not getting a sufficient amount of fluid in the knee region. So, our main focus is to make sure that our body gets fluid. Eat: A good amount of water is needed in the body, 5-6 liters of water is at least needed in the body, the blood is there 5-6 liters so at least that much water is needed in the body. Start storing the water in copper bottles so as to make sure we get a good amount of copper. Copper is the required mineral that helps in treating fluid. Calcium is another mineral which is needed in this stage to make sure our bones are working in harmony, calcium helps in treating all the disease related to growth and wear tear of our tissues, good source of calcium are green leafy vegetables because not only they are easily absorbed in the body but also we can rely on the plant vegetables for not producing toxicity in the body. Seeds are another good source of calcium, for example, flax seeds. When we eat the right kind of food at the right time we make sure that it is easily absorbed. Let us start your day with a good amount of water, 2-3 glasses of warm water help in flushing out the toxins. These toxins which come and make our immunity vulnerable to diseases need to be flushed. Your breakfast should comprise something light, a fruit bowl and after some time a vegetable juice is easy to digest. This will help in the absorption of nutrients easily. Exercise: Let us start with dealing with the exercise part in a broader spectrum, exercising will not only help you in bringing back the comfort but also get a good amount of exercise. 1. After sitting on a chair, raise your legs at a right angle one by one and do it continuously, for 25 times. Do it with one long breath at a time. 2. A brisk walk is something that you can do daily without getting knee pain. 3. By sleeping on your back, you do leg raise alternately, this will put more pressure on the muscles. With the help of these guidelines, you will surely be able to work on your knee gap and your exercises will be fruitful without discomfort or pain. Meditation: Practice mindful meditation. Deal with your stress. Allow positivity to be part of your life. Doing a 15-minute exercise before sleep like deep breathing will help in relaxing your mind, you can use music also for relaxation. A calm mind will lead to a healthier body. Sleep: Getting 7-8 hours of sleep is very essential for the body, during sleep our body repairs itself and rejuvenates us for the whole day. Hopefully, these suggestions will help you. Thank you
