सुप्रभात, शुगर कोई बीमारी नहीं है। ख़राब हाज़मा और ग़लत आदतों के वजह से शरीर इस रूप में प्रतिक्रिया कर रहा है। शरीर को नहीं अपनी आदतों को जाँचे। जब तक प्राण सकती है तब तक शरीर के अंदर का कोई भी अंग जो की निष्क्रिय हो गया वो सक्रिय हो सकता है। सही खुराक जो की शरीर की ज़रूरत है। शरीर पाँच तत्व से बना हुआ है प्रकृति की ही तरह। आकाश, वायु, अग्नि, जल, पृथ्वी ये पाँच तत्व आपके शरीर में रोज़ खुराक की तरह जाना चाहिए। पृथ्वी और शरीर का बनावट एक जैसा 70% पानी से भरा हुआ। पानी जो कि फल, सब्ज़ी से मिलता है। आपका मुख्य आहार ये हुआ तो बहुत अच्छा हो जाएगा। 1 आकाश तत्व- एक खाने से दूसरे खाने के बीच में विराम दें। रोज़ाना 15 घंटे का उपवास करें जैसे रात का भोजन 7 बजे तक कर लिया और सुबह का नाश्ता 9 बजे लें। 2 वायु तत्व- लंबा गहरा स्वाँस अंदर भरें और रुकें। इसके बाद फिर पूरे तरीक़े से स्वाँस को ख़ाली करें, रुकें, फिर स्वाँस अंदर भरें। ये एक चक्र हुआ। ऐसे 10 चक्र एक समय पर करना है। ये दिन में चार बार करें। खुली हवा में बैठें या टहलें। 3 अग्नि तत्व- सूर्य उदय के एक घंटे बाद या सूर्य अस्त के एक घंटे पहले का धूप शरीर को ज़रूर लगाएँ। सर और आँख को किसी सूती कपड़े से ढक कर। जब भी लेंटे अपना दायाँ भाग ऊपर करके लेटें ताकि आपकी सूर्य नाड़ी सक्रिय रहे। 4 जल तत्व- खाना खाने से एक घंटे पहले नाभि के ऊपर गीला सूती कपड़ा लपेट कर रखें या खाना के 2 घंटे बाद भी ऐसा कर सकते हैं। नीम के पत्ते का पेस्ट अपने नाभि पर रखें। 20मिनट तक रख कर साफ़ कर लें। मेरुदंड स्नान के लिए अगर टब ना हो तो एक मोटा तौलिया गीला कर लें बिना निचोरे उसको बिछा लें और अपने मेरुदंड को उस स्थान पर रखें। मेरुदंड (स्पाइन) सीधा करके बैठें। हमेशा इस बात ध्यान रखें और हफ़्ते में 3 दिन मेरुदंड का स्नान करें। 5 पृथ्वी- सब्ज़ी, सलाद, फल, मेवे, आपका मुख्य आहार होगा। आप सुबह खीरे का जूस लें, खीरा 1/2 भाग + धनिया पत्ती (10 ग्राम) पीस लें, 100 ml पानी मिला कर पीएँ। यह juice आप कई प्रकार के ले सकते हैं। पेठे (ashguard ) का जूस लें और कुछ नहीं लेना है। नारियल पानी भी ले सकते हैं। बेल का पत्ता 8 से 10 पीस कर I100ml पानी में मिला कर पीएँ। खीरा 1/2 भाग + धनिया पत्ती (10 ग्राम) पीस लें, 100 ml पानी में मिला कर पीएँ। बेल पत्ता 8 से 10 पीस कर 100 ml पानी में मिला कर लें। दुब घास 25 ग्राम पीस कर छान कर 100 ml पानी में मिला कर पीएँ। कच्चे सब्ज़ी का जूस आपका मुख्य भोजन है। जो की आपको ज़बर्दस्त फ़ायदा करेगा। 2 घंटे बाद फल नाश्ते में लेना है। फल को चबा कर खाएँ। इसका juice ना लें। दोपहर में 12 बजे फिर से कच्चे सब्ज़ी जूस को लें। इसके एक घंटे बाद खाना खाएँ।शाम को 5 बजे सफ़ेद पेठे (ashguard) 20 ग्राम पीस कर 100 ml पानी मिला। 2 घंटे तक कुछ ना लें। रात के सलाद में हरे पत्तेदार सब्ज़ी को डाले। ताज़ा नारियल मिलाएँ। रात का खाना 8 बजे खाएँ। लाल, हरा, पीला शिमला मिर्च 1/4 हिस्सा हर एक का मिलाएँ। इसे बिना नमक के खाएँ, बहुत फ़ायदा होगा। पृथ्वी तत्व को शरीर में डालने का एक नियम हमेशा याद रखें ठोस (solid) खाने को चबा कर तरल (liquid) बना कर खाएँ। तरल (liquid) को मुँह में घूँट घूँट पीएँ। खाना ज़मीन पर बैठ कर खाएँ। खाते वक़्त ना तो बात करें और ना ही TV और mobile को देखें। ठोस (solid) भोजन के तुरंत बाद या बीच बीच में जूस या पानी ना लें। भोजन हो जाने के एक घंटे बाद तरल पदार्थ (liquid) ले सकते हैं। ऐसा करने से हाज़मा कभी ख़राब नहीं होगा। जानवरों से उपलब्ध होने वाले भोजन छोड़ने से ज़्यादा लाभ होगा। तेल, मसाला, और गेहूँ से परहेज़ करेंगे तो अच्छा होगा। एनिमा किट मँगा लें । यह किट ऑनलाइन मिल जाएगा। इससे 100ml पानी गुदाद्वार से अंदर डालें और प्रेशर आने पर मल त्याग करें। ऐसा दिन में एक बार करना है अगले 21 दिनों के लिए। ये करना है ताकि शरीर में उपस्थित विषाणु निष्कासित हो जाये। धन्यवाद। रूबी, प्राकृतिक जीवनशैली प्रशिक्षिका व मार्गदर्शिका (Nature Cure Guide & Educator)

hii, Nothing hurts more than unhealthy body. First of all if you really love your life then you should take care of your body in right way. Dont Eat for pleasure .we have cravings for glucose sweets becoz when our our brain dont get enough energy they send you a signal in form of cravings, so first you should take care of brain health also for that you should learn to relax your mind n body choose healthy food n chew it more times so that your brain can get the signal n your digestive system can properly to convert the food into energy. stay away from that food which are highly acidic starchy and undigestive . Stay away from refined sugar ,flour ,boiled potato ,non veg,salt,oils,butter,peanut butter. start eating lotus seeds ( makhana) use musrard oil or seeds in your diet, eat pinaaple (little amount), citrus fruits,plum,peach,kiwi, strawberry,salads, green leafy veggies, Do breathing exercise stretching,n meditation. walk barefoot into green grass can help you a lot .

नमस्ते नीलम जी, इस बीमारी का मूल कारण हाज़मा और क़ब्ज़ है। शरीर पाँच तत्व से बना हुआ है प्रकृति की ही तरह। आकाश, वायु, अग्नि, जल, पृथ्वी ये पाँच तत्व आपके शरीर में रोज़ खुराक की तरह जाना चाहिए। पृथ्वी और शरीर का बनावट एक जैसा 70% पानी से भरा हुआ। पानी जो कि फल, सब्ज़ी से मिलता है। शरीर को चेक ना करे बल्कि आदतों को चेक करें। 1 आकाश तत्व- एक खाने से दूसरे खाने के बीच में विराम दें। रोज़ाना 15 घंटे का उपवास करें जैसे रात का भोजन 7 बजे तक कर लिया और सुबह का नाश्ता 9 बजे लें। 2 वायु तत्व- लंबा गहरा स्वाँस अंदर भरें और रुकें फिर पूरे तरीक़े से स्वाँस को ख़ाली करें रुकें फिर स्वाँस अंदर भरें ये एक चक्र हुआ। ऐसे 10 चक्र एक टाइम पर करना है। ये दिन में चार बार करें। खुली हवा में बैठें या टहलें। 3 अग्नि तत्व- सूर्य उदय के एक घंटे बाद या सूर्य अस्त के एक घंटे पहले का धूप शरीर को ज़रूर लगाएँ। सर और आँख को किसी सूती कपड़े से ढक कर। जब भी लेंटे अपना दायाँ भाग ऊपर करके लेटें ताकि आपकी सूर्य नाड़ी सक्रिय रहे। 4 जल तत्व- खाना खाने से एक घंटे पहले नाभि के ऊपर गीला सूती कपड़ा लपेट कर रखें और खाना के 2 घंटे बाद भी ऐसा करें। नीम के पत्ते का पेस्ट अपने गर्भाशय (uterus) पर रखें। 20मिनट तक रख कर साफ़ कर लें। मेरुदंड स्नान के लिए अगर टब ना हो तो एक मोटा तौलिया गीला कर लें बिना निचोरे उसको बिछा लें और अपने मेरुदंड को उस स्थान पर रखें। मेरुदंड (स्पाइन) सीधा करके बैठें। हमेशा इस बात ध्यान रखें और हफ़्ते में 3 दिन मेरुदंड का स्नान करें। 5 पृथ्वी- सब्ज़ी, सलाद, फल, मेवे, आपका मुख्य आहार होगा। आप सुबह सफ़ेद पेठे 20ग्राम पीस कर 100 ml पानी में मिला कर पीएँ। 2 घंटे बाद फल नाश्ते में लेना है। दोपहर में 12 बजे फिर से इसी जूस को लें। इसके एक घंटे बाद खाना खाएँ।शाम को 5 बजे सफ़ेद पेठे (ashguard) 20 ग्राम पीस कर 100 ml पानी मिला। 2घंटे तक कुछ ना लें। रात के सलाद में हरे पत्तेदार सब्ज़ी को डालें, ताज़ा नारियल पीस कर मिलाएँ। रात का खाना 8 बजे खाएँ लाल, हरा, पीला शिमला मिर्च 1/4 हिस्सा हर एक का मिलाएँ। इसे बिना नमक के खाएँ, बहुत फ़ायदा होगा। पृथ्वी तत्व को शरीर में डालने का एक नियम हमेशा याद रखें ठोस (solid) खाने को चबा कर तरल (liquid) बना कर खाएँ। तरल (liquid) को मुँह में घूँट घूँट पीएँ। खाना ज़मीन पर बैठ कर खाएँ। खाते वक़्त ना तो बात करें और ना ही TV और mobile को देखें। ठोस (solid) भोजन के तुरंत बाद या बीच बीच में जूस या पानी ना लें। भोजन हो जाने के एक घंटे बाद तरल पदार्थ (liquid) ले सकते हैं। ऐसा करने से हाज़मा कभी ख़राब नहीं होगा। जानवरों से उपलब्ध होने वाले भोजन वर्जित हैं। तेल, मसाला, और गेहूँ से परहेज़ करेंगे तो अच्छा होगा। हफ़्ते में एक दिन उपवास करें। शाम तक केवल पानी लें, प्यास लगे तो ही पीएँ। शाम 5 बजे नारियल पानी और रात 8 बजे सलाद लें। जिस दिन उपवास है उस दिन और इसके अगले दिन एनिमा लें। सहज रूप से मल त्याग करने के बाद। एनिमा किट मँगा लें। यह किट ऑनलाइन मिल जाएगा। इससे 100ml पानी गुदाद्वार से अंदर डालें और प्रेशर आने पर मल त्याग करें। ऐसा दिन में दो बार करना है अगले 21 दिनों के लिए। ये करना है ताकि शरीर में उपस्थित विषाणु निष्कासित हो जाये। रूबी, Ruby प्राकृतिक जीवनशैली शिक्षिका (Nature Cure Educator)

Throughout the centuries, fruit has been known to be one of the most healing foods available to us on this planet. This incredible deviation from our historical worship of fruit is due to the lies that originate from the very top of our health industries. Fruit is actually the most important food to eat when healing from disease; and yet many people are avoiding it intentionally because they have fallen prey to fruit fear propaganda, unaware that they are hurting their health by avoiding fruit. We have access to fruits today than ever before however despite that we are avoiding fruits. This is due to hidden agendas and misinformation that have warned us to stay away from fruit because of the sugar content, the misleading and inaccurate tests that tell some they are fructose intolerant, and the heavy focus on trendy high-fat diets that are claimed to be healthy. Despite how much false information is spread, people are suffering from more chronic illness today than ever before. More and more people are going to their doctors than before with known and unknown symptoms. Over the past several years, fruit has been blamed for this rise in illness and symptoms. However, people are eating less fruit and getting more sick on the contrary. If fruit is going to be advertised as the truth that heals, no one can make money from it. Once people heal naturally, there is no going back to the doctors. People with diabetes who don’t want to heal naturally have literally pledged their life and signed and handed over a blank cheque and is making doctors only richer but in turn getting sicker with increased dosage and eventually going to insulin and even worse as days progress. Is this what people really want? Is this how people want to be hopeful about a life where there is no happiness? It may be difficult to believe that those in the medical world do not have our best interest in mind. However, the medical industry is just that: an industry. As much as we try to think of the entire world of health care as pure in motive, it is still a business, and a massive one at that. When money is involved, especially to the degree it is in the medical industry, motivations are skewed and greed creeps in. If the population eats less fruit, the medical industry makes more money from pharmaceuticals, procedures, and care that suddenly become vastly more necessary due to the increase in chronic illness. Doctors do save life’s and have best interests in their heart but they don’t have the education to understand or educate people on natural healing with fruits. That subject is not there in their syllabus. So you can’t blame them but the industry that keeps them blind. They are highly intelligent people with the best of intentions and are unfortunately trapped in an industry that runs on hidden agendas. Fruit, on the other hand, has very little money involved. It is not an industry with lobbyists, interests groups, and heavily funded research profiting off of illness. In fact, this is why there is very little funded scientific research surrounding fruit. No one wants to fund a study on bananas because there is no money in bananas. There’s only money lost in the medical industry due to consumers eating bananas and as a result improving their health and having less medical dependence. And, unlike pharmaceutical companies and interest groups, banana farmers do not have the money to fund their own scientific research in order to convince the population to eat more of their product. It is uncomfortable to think about science and research in this way, but it is the reality we are dealing with that is dramatically and negatively shifting the way and types of food people are consuming. As a result, people are sicker than ever. Another major factor in the anti-fruit movement is the individuals that have been intentionally perpetuating these fruit fear lies. The idea that bananas are bad for you stemmed from one person originally, as did the idea that you should stay away from watermelon, apricots, and oranges. This person was about to release a line of fruit pills, which consumers would not buy if they were eating fruit in its natural form. This person marketed the product as a healthier alternative to fruit, which of course wasn’t true. Sadly, many people believed the clever marketing and a wildfire of misinformation started to spread. It’s easy to still be affected today by this early attack on fruit that happened in years past. The internet has since been aflame with the idea that avoiding fruit is the healthiest choice, that fruit causes health problems and weight gain, and that the sugar in fruit is the same thing as the sugar in cookies and candy. In reality, nothing could be further from the truth. Fruit is the healthiest and most healing food available to us and it’s essential for anyone suffering with a chronic illness or symptom. The anti-sugar movement has convinced people that cutting sugar from your diet in the forms of candy, soda, and frosting, should also including cutting out healthy fruits. It is more than easy to fall for the idea that fruit could be dangerous, especially because the health industries and magazines create so much confusion around the idea. And the strongest tactic the anti-fruit movement takes is fear. They scare you with poor science and calling diets with fruit incorporated in them risky. Many people are not sure on the matter and have simply decided to avoid fruit just in case what they are currently being told is true. The trendy high-fat diets of today in particular perpetuate this mass wave of fruit fear, placing fruit and processed sugar in the same basket instead of understanding and differentiating between the two. Fruits contains water, minerals, vitamins, fiber, and antioxidants along with its critical glucose. This is not even remotely the same as the processed and damaging sugar found in a piece of candy, chocolate cake, or ice cream cone that has no nutrient value. fruit not only prevents illness, it slows down aging, kills off pathogens, and heals our bodies on a cellular level. When we are told to fear fruit, we are essentially being told to avoid the very thing that will bring us the most life. There is so much misinformation surrounding fruit that is essential to debunk for the sake of yours and your family’s health and well-being. One of the biggest reasons fruit is so important to eat is because it stops pathogens in their tracks and helps in detox. Sugar, while it may sound like an enemy to avoid because of our conditioning, actually runs every single cell in our body, especially our brain. It’s just a matter of having the right kind of sugar that’s found in fresh fruits. In diabetes, the cells have become so filled with toxins and have stopped working that they have closed their doors to unhealthy glucose. But the same cells will open their doors wide to fruits and heal and let the body heal on the contrary. This glucose is welcomed into the cells and energy is created. fact, if you do not have sufficient glucose getting into your cells, you will die. It is absolutely essential to keep us going. Fat, on the other hand, is non-essential for survival. If you try to cut out all sugar and carbohydrates from your diet entirely, your body will use up every bit of its glucose reserves to keep you alive but eventually you either will not live long or give in to some junk foods. If you are already on a high-fat diet includes dairy and meat then your body is already facing a fructose intolerance and fruit fear is naturally the messages that your brain receives from ur gut . I can’t stress enough about the false and misinformation that has been driving you till date.
