Hello Mahesh, Pile is a protruding mass in the anal area. Following a wrong lifestyle and wrong eating habits result in constipation and because of constipation, the force that a person exerts trying to push the bowel results in the dilation of blood vessels. And doing this, again and again, results in piles. Reasons for piles- Taking fatty foods. Having spicy foods. Eating packaged and processed food items. Tea and coffee. Not taking proper sleep. Stress Wrong sleeping pattern. Sedentary lifestyle. What should be done to cure piles naturally? Food- Take a fluid diet, have fresh fruit juices, coconut water. Include salads, sprouts, fruits, and vegetables in your diet. Have a rich fibrous diet. Avoid milk and all the milk-based products. Avoid animal products. Have brown sugar in place of refined sugar. Use coconut oil in place of refined oil. Physical activity Take a 30 min walk daily in the morning. Indulge yourself in some physical activities like football, basketball, running, jogging, skipping. Perform yoga and pranayam- Performing the following asanas improves the digestive system and helps to cure piles. Mula bandha asana Sarvanga asana Shishu asana Pada Hasta asana Bhujanga asana Vajra asana Sleep Sleep is very important to maintain circadian rhythm and hence in turn hormonal balance. Quality and duration of sleep, both are equally very important. It also reduces stress and maintains mental balance. So, take good quality sleep for at least 6-8hours a day. Medications Do check if you are on some medications because sometimes some medicines cause constipation. So, kindly pay attention to the kind of medicines you take. Habits to improve Get up early in the morning. Start your day by having warm water mixed with a few drops of lemon. Walk barefoot on grass in the morning. Thank you
I am going through IVF. Age is 37. Have been diagnosed with low AMH and low vitamin d. Doctor says poor ovarian reserve. As per doc can’t conceive naturally as my right Fallopian tube is blocked after last miscarriage d&c three years back and since then couldn’t conceive naturally. I want to reverse this situation of low eggs and conceive. Can I benefit from any program?

Hello Tanwirupa, AMH levels are determined by the number of developing follicles in your ovaries. The most important determining factor in the number of follicles is age, as ovarian reserve diminishes over time. Ovarian reserve begins to decline in the mid and late 30s and AMH levels tend to be low in women in their 40s. Age is not always a factor in low AMH. However, some women continue to have high AMH levels into their 40s, while others have declining AMH levels in their 20s or 30s. This can be due to environmental factors such as cancer treatment or down to inherited genetic causes. Here are some of the ways to deal with low amh naturally. Diet Eat a balanced diet to improve your fertility. Choose foods that are rich in antioxidants, healthy fats such as omega 3s, lean proteins and vitamins. Eating a healthy diet can improve the health of your ovaries and eggs. Include beans, broccoli, berries such as blueberries and strawberries, green leafy vegetables, spices such as turmeric and ginger and seeds (pumpkin, sesame) in your diet. Take sunshine daily Vitamin D has been shown to directly increase AMH levels, so take early morning sunrays daily for atleast 40 - 45 minutes, so that, your body can have the sufficient Vitamin D. Vitamin D can also help to keep your ovaries healthy. Say no to smoking Smoking permanently speeds up egg loss in the ovaries. The chemicals in cigarettes mutate the DNA in a woman's egg cells, making some of the eggs unsuitable for conception. So, it is best to keep eggs healthy and free of unnecessary chemicals. Manage stress levels Stress can produce hormones such as cortisol and prolactin that can interfere or halt ovulation, which also hinders egg production. Stress-reducing activities such as yoga, meditation, exercise or a warm bath can help keep stress and frustration at bay. Yoga Good egg health is aided by oxygen-rich blood flow to the ovaries. Blood flow in the body can quickly decrease from dehydration, so aim to drink atleast 10 glasses of water each day. Yoga is a healthy and relaxing way to improve blood flow. Perform yogasanas such as the lotus pose, child’s pose, reclining hero and seated forward bend. Thank you

Hello Shobha, Weight gain results due to a sedentary lifestyle, lack of physical activities, and high fatty diet. For reducing the weight, it is necessary to remove the excess fats from the body, and along with this following a natural lifestyle and correct eating habits is also important. Diet Start the day with a glass of warm water with a few drops of lemon juice in it. This will help to improve the metabolism and also to flush the toxins out of the body. Drink green tea twice a day, one in the morning on an empty stomach and the other at night before sleeping. Soak the cumin seeds in a glass of water overnight. In the morning, boil the water and add a slice of ginger to it. Strain the water and drink it. This water will be beneficial for reducing fat. Always eat only plant-based natural foods. Drink freshly prepared homemade fruit juices with fibers. Have sprouts, nuts, and beans. Eat fresh, seasonal, and locally available fruits and vegetables. Exercise Daily exercising and yoga are also important to improve the metabolism and also to improve blood circulation. Start the day with a short morning walk or jogging for at least 30min. Do 12 sets of suryanamaskar daily. Practice pranayam regularly, like bhastrika, kapalbhati and anulom-vilom pranayam. Take sunrays early in the morning regularly for 15-20min. Sleep Sleeping patterns and quality of sleep also matter. Sometimes lack of sleep may also result in weight gain. So, take proper sleep of at least 7-8 hours daily. Sleep early at night at around 10 pm and also wake up early in the morning at around 6 am. Thank you

Hello Raghni, Ankylosing spondylosis is an inflammatory reaction that reduces the flexibility of the spine by fusing the small bones. According to our body, it is a functional change. But the natural cause is an accumulation of all toxins. That is what is causing pain in neck and back. Our blood starts reacting to the antigens, which are the result of our chronic high fat diet and sedentary lifestyle. Even bad posture is a cause of spondylitis. It is time to make some changes in the lifestyle in order to treat the condition effectively. From the neck to the lower back, it has a tendency to make our spine more rigid. Here are a few guidelines which you can keep in mind in order to heal. Eat: • Avoid alcohol. • Include calcium-rich food and increase vitamin D intake to support bone health. • Practice a diet that is rich in fruits, raw vegetables, and whole grains which will help in the treatment of ankylosing spondylosis. Start with oranges, sweet lime, sprouts, and sweet potato in order to gain immunity from Vitamin C-rich food. • Limit fats, animal products, processed or mixed foods, and try to drink 8 to 10 glasses of water each day. Exercise: Daily physical activity is crucial for people with this disease. This can reduce pain and also improve your mobility, posture and helps you maintain your flexibility. Practising good posture can help prevent spinal fusion in a stooped or deformed position. Not everyone will have a fusion in the spine, but practising good posture can help keep your spine in a place that looks and feels better. Posture exercises should be practised daily to have the best impact on cervical to back spine. Sitting on a chair, look on the front, flex your neck downwards bring it to centre, extend upwards bring it to centre. Then slowly rotate. Do this set 10 times in order to increase circulation and your flexibility is maintained. Massage can help you achieve that perfect mobility despite your disease. Massaging for 15-20 minutes is very important to improve blood circulation in that area. Massage with coconut or almond oil after warming it. Meditation: Practice mindful meditation. Deal with your stress. Allow positivity to be part of your life. Doing a 15-minute exercise before sleep about deep breathing will help in relaxing your mind, you can use music also for relaxation. Sleep: Sleeping for at least 7-8 hours is very important in order to completely relax. In sleep what our body does is go through is the process of repair. Relax yourself by taking a water bowl and 2-3 drops of essential oil, like orange and lavender which will help in relaxing the sleep. This will aid in treating any kind of inflammation. It is time to make ourselves healthier without disease hampering our growth. Hopefully, these suggestions will help. Thank you.

Hello User, With our sedentary lifestyle and fatty diet, the legs which are the weight-bearing joint of our body get extra-loaded and this tends to make our body very weak and vulnerable. To protect our body from more damages, we have to protect it with a healthy lifestyle. The reason our body works in harmony is because of the fact that the fluid is present in the body in case of varicose veins it is the blood flowing. This acts as grease in the body which tends to make sure that all the organs have a smooth flow in function. The valve in the veins gets disturbed due to the fact that the cartilage is not getting a sufficient amount of blood circulation. So, our main focus is to make sure that our body gets fluid. Eat: When we eat the right kind of food at the right time we make sure that it is easily absorbed. Let us start our day with a good amount of water.2-3 glasses of warm water help in flushing out the toxins. These toxins which come and make our immunity vulnerable to diseases need to be flushed. Your breakfast should comprise something light, a fruit bowl and after some time a vegetable juice is easy to digest. This will help in the absorption of nutrients easily. Vitamin C helps in regulating blood pressure which eases on the valves of the legs. The consumption of seeds after lunch like a mouth freshener is a very good chance of dealing with it, this is a good way you can rely on to consume seeds, seeds will help in increasing blood quantity and easy flow. Jaggery and dates are also a good addition. Exercise: Let us start with dealing with the exercise part in a broader spectrum, exercising will not only help you in bringing back the comfort but also get a good amount of exercise. 1.After sitting on a chair, raise your legs at a right angle one by one and do it continuously, for 25 times. Do it with one long breath at a time. 2. A brisk walk is something that you can do daily at a slow pace. 3. By sleeping on your back, you do leg raise alternately, this will put more pressure on the muscles. Meditation: Practice mindful meditation. Deal with your stress. Allow positivity to be part of your life. Doing a 15-minute exercise before sleep like deep breathing will help in relaxing your mind, you can use music also for relaxation. A calm mind will lead to a healthier body. Sleep: Getting 7-8 hours of sleep is very essential for the body, during sleep our body repairs itself and rejuvenates us for the whole day. Taking good precautions with diet and exercise which is mandatory-you need another mode of treatment like, Wearing tight stocking till your thighs in your day to day work. Whenever you sleep, keep two pillows beneath your legs, your legs will get good circulation of blood. Avoid standing for too long. Take care, Stay fit.

Hello Suffiyan, Infections, when taken care in a natural manner, can be treated very well than supporting them through any other way. A lifestyle change in addition to the change in any kind of diet is very helpful. Urinary tract infections generally happen due to the fact, that our body gets exposed to the toxicity of the environment our body becomes vulnerable to it. Our immunity decreases making our body weaker. As we flush out the toxins by going through the natural process our body can easily take care of itself with the help of natural stimulations. Here are a few things which you can try in your regular routine: Eat: A diet which is rich in Vitamin C is found to be very helpful in this case, Vitamin C takes care of our immunity very well in order to get us treated from the infections. So start with consumption of, oranges, mosumbi, lemon, strawberries, sprouts, sweet potatoes. Starting your day with a two-three glass of warm water helps a lot in flushing out all the toxins, this should be your daily practice. You can try, by soaking one tablespoon chia seeds in one glass of water for three hours, use the same glass and add one tablespoon lemon juice. Drink this water twice a day. This will help in treating the infection to its best. If you are having any irritation or burning before and after the urine or any kind of unlikely discharge, then by cleaning the part application of aloe vera gel is going to be very helpful. The next thing which you can try is the application of coconut oil in the area which helps in the treatment of infection. Exercise: Exercise helps a lot in detoxing if you take care of yourself and exercise daily then your body can easily help in flushing out all the toxins. Going for a brisk walk in early morning sun helps in rejuvenating the cells, and making you feel more fresh and away from infections. Kegel exercise is other things that you can start with. Contract your pelvic floor muscle, hold it for 10 counts and relax. Again do it. This exercise can be done at any time of the day, ideally, the bladder should be empty. Hence, in order to understand mental health we need to examine the quality of one's Thoughts - how rational are they, how much are they reality-based and how functional are they. And Emotions - are they appropriate to the situation, in type and intensity? And Behavior - is it functional and non-disruptive? Hello User Definitely there is a cure for stomach ulcers in a natural manner. In gastritis, we have to make sure that we should take care of our stomach's pH which is in normal acidic in nature. Our aim is to maintain the body's homeostasis so that it should function in harmony. Due to continuous exposure to a high-fat diet, smoking, packaged food, refined sugars are some of the things which have been found common with patients. It is time to treat the body from going under inflammation in the condition of gastritis. It is time to treat the problem in a holistic manner to get a long-term cure and avoid relapse of disease. The following tips will be helpful. Eat: Start the day with two-three glasses of warm water, this will help in flushing out the toxins and improve the state of metabolism by increasing it. The next thing is the inclusion of vegetable juice in your breakfast as this will help in giving the right amount of energy for the day. Keep at least two hours gap between your food and your sleep timing at night. You can also choose to have vegetable juice in your breakfast, it is an easier way to absorb all the nutrients. Consume ginger lemon tea, one inch of ginger and one tablespoon of lemon juice boiled in one cup of water. Consume it during the evening. This will help in treating inflammation. Consuming raw tomatoes with black pepper an hour before your meal helps in maintaining the pH of the stomach. Consume two teaspoons of fennel seeds after your meals, to reduce acid-peptic problems. Exercise: Taking a brisk walk in the early morning sun rays helps in treating all the problems, as the sun helps in treating the mood and freshens us for the whole day, it stimulates our system and strengthens our immunity. An early morning walk is recommended. Practice Vajrasana after every meal will help in treating digestion problems as it aids the good pathway for the meal, Suryanamaskar will help in treating the health issues and will help in dealing with all problems, 12 sets a day is recommended. If you are a beginner start with 6 and increase it. Meditation: Stop using the gadget an hour before sleep, you can use a fragrant diffuser where you can use essential oils and then with the smell itself you will start feeling calm. Rosemary and lavender oil will be helpful. Take 10 long deep breaths, and allow your body to relax, any thought which comes, let it go do not resist. Say the affirmation, "I am healthy and happy" with each breath. This will help in curbing all your issues even in the long run. Sleep: Sleep is a very important part of treating any mental symptom, a sleep cycle of 90 minutes should be completed in order to get a sound body. This sleep cycle should be repeated 5 times. This makes 7-8 hours of healthy sleep. This will make your body and mind strong and refreshing. Make sure your room is gadget-free an hour before sleep. Hopefully, these suggestions will help. Thank you.
