Hello User, As you have mentioned all the symptoms are of hypothyroidism if we correct this function of your body then we will definitely help you get rid of all the problems. Hypothyroid happens due to what we have been putting in our body, which is eating a tamasic diet (adulterated, rotten and unhealthy junk is considered as tamasic). In this case, when we load our body with this kind of food, our metabolism becomes sluggish, "hypo" thyroid happens. Here, our body starts pushing on more to reach an optimal level of functioning. Now as our boy already in a sluggish state, the immunity is weakened. Our metabolism is surely going to become slow leading to shortness in breath, vision problems, nutrients not reaching the body causes hair thinning and low libido reflects everything accordingly. The main thing to treat this multidimensional illness should be about everything, food, meditation, sleep, and exercise which amalgamate for good health and reach your optimal solution. Eat: The first thing in the morning is to start your day with something light in nature. Easy to digest is what your breakfast should be because they are the kind of nutrients that get absorbed easily. Even the early morning ritual should include consumption of two-three glasses of warm water will help in flushing out all the toxins. The ideal diet would be to depend on fruits and raw vegetable intake for at least one month and refrain from something oil-based. One inch of ginger boiled in two cups of water with one tablespoon lemon, boil them for 5-10 minutes. Consume this mixture during evening time to accelerate metabolism. High selenium diet which is peanuts, almonds, mushroom, etc helps to increase the function of the thyroid. Exercise: Pranayam helps in detoxifying the body. Practicing it early morning in an area that has good sunlight will help in improving blood circulation. Suryanamaskar, daily 12 sets will help in increasing the blood circulation of your body. Cat and Cow pose helps in increasing the function of the thyroid gland. Meditation: In any kind of disease, stress comes complementary to it. But with our assurance and positive attitude, we can treat anything. The best thing to start with is breathing mindfully before sleeping with the help of music to stay positive. In a room take a bowl of water and add two-three drops of orange or lavender essential oil. This will help in soothing you and the aroma will relax you and keep you away from any kind of disease. Use a 15-minute relaxation technique before sleep by hearing a piece of soothing music and deep breathing will help in relaxing your mind. A positive attitude will help you to deal with everything in life. Sleep: Sleeping for at least 7-8 hours is really helpful in dealing with any problem. Sleep is our body's natural response and helps the body to heal. Sleep relaxes the muscles and strengthens our body. During sleep, our body goes into a repair mechanism where it heals itself. Hopefully, these suggestions will help you. Thank you.

Hello User, High blood pressure occurs when the lumen of blood vessels become narrowed due to the accumulation of cholesterol. Because of narrowed vessels, blood has to flow through more pressure to reach every tissue and cells of the body. This accumulation of toxins occurs due to the consumption of a high-fat diet. Include Vitamin C rich foods and drinks in your diet like blueberries, oranges, amla, lemon juice, etc as they have antioxidant properties. Eat soaked raisins, dry fruits, beans, nuts, and sprouts to get them easily absorbable nutrients. Have fresh, seasonal, and locally available fruits and vegetables. Avoid carbonated drinks. Avoid refined oils and refined grains. Physical activity Start the day with a short morning walk. How to control high blood pressure naturally?

03:44 PM | 19-03-2020
Hello Beena, High blood pressure happens because our normal blood circulation is under 20 times more force and pressure than normal blood circulation. This happens because our blood vessels are narrowed down due to the accumulation of unhealthy cholesterol and toxins which our body is not able to digest. Our body is designed in a simple manner where the lighter the things, the easier they are digested but what we do is accumulate our normal diet with lots of fats and highly complexed carbohydrates like gluten which becomes difficult in digesting thus resulting in accumulation in blood vessels and in the end high blood pressure. Now that we are clear that it is the food, we should take measures in all angles include sleep, exercise and meditation to help us heal. A holistic measure is the only way you can treat this thing completely. Eat: The first thing in the morning is to start your day with something light in nature. Easy to digest is what your breakfast should be, because they are the kind of nutrients that get absorbed easily. Even the early morning ritual should include consumption of two-three glasses of warm water which will help in flushing out all the toxins. The ideal diet would be to depend on fruits and raw vegetable intake for least one month and refrain from something which is oil-based. Have fruit salad in the afternoon time and vegetable salad as evening snack this will be light on your stomach. Consuming raw garlic an hour after your breakfast will act as catalyst in dissolving the unwanted fats in blood and helping you regulate blood pressure. A ginger lemon tea will help in dealing with inflammation, have it two hours after your afternoon meal. Helps in combatting blood pressure. High potassium diet like bananas, apricots, walnuts is very helpful. Potassium tends to lessen the effect of sodium, causing blood pressure. Exercise: Pranayam helps in detoxifying the body. Practising it early morning in an area which has good sunlight will help in improving blood circulation. Suryanamaskar, daily 12 sets will help in increasing the blood circulation of your body. A brisk walk in early morning sun for 30-45 minutes helps in treating your body to its level best. Sun is a great source of Vitamin D that is why walking in the sun and connecting with the sun also helps in activating our cells and rejuvenates us for the whole day. Whenever there is an episode of high blood pressure, sleep on your left laterale side where the blood circulation will be relaxed treating your high blood pressure in moments. Meditation: In any kind of disease, stress comes complementary to it. But with our assurance and positive attitude, we can treat anything. The best thing to start with is breathing mindfully before sleep with the help of music to stay positive. In a room take a bowl of water and add two-three drops of orange or lavender essential oil. If you are looking for a short cut to bring the blood pressure down ASAP then you may consider going on a three day holiday. Holiday from food, work and responsibilities. Go on a juice fast. Drink sugar-free fresh fruit or vegetable juices only when hungry. This is not a permanent solution. This is only a temporary solution to bring blood pressure down. To get a lifetime solution to your issue you have to change your lifestyle completely to a routine which would result in better health in the long run.

Hello User, Everything has one answer which is the nutrients in the body that are not showing its effects due to malabsorption when the nutrients are compiled in a diet that is complex high in gluten and fat-full diet then it is difficult for nutrients to seep in the body. Protein intake being low is the cause for decreased hair growth, as our hair is made up of proteins and it is the same answer for accelerating weight gain. Eating a low-quality diet with complex carbs also does not allow protein in the food to get absorbed. If you improve your weight and start exercising your blood pressure will be in control. Hence we need a multidimensional solution, in order to treat hair growth problems, it should be about everything, food, meditation, sleep and exercise which amalgamate for good health. Eat: The first thing in the morning is to start your day with something light in nature. Easy to digest is what your breakfast should be because they are the kind of nutrients that get absorbed easily. Even the early morning ritual should include consumption of two-three glasses of warm water will help in flushing out all the toxins. Proteins in the form of fruits and vegetables, seeds like chia and flax also have good proteins, and will be light on the stomach and will help in complete absorption. Make your breakfast raw with a glass of juice (vegetable) and boiled sprouts) Snacking on Vitamin C rich fruit after your breakfast like oranges, mosumbi, sweet potatoes will help in improving skin texture. Before an hour of your dinner consume one tablespoon of chia seeds soaked in one glass of water with a tablespoon of lemon will help increasing vitamin C intake and your skin will improve. Raw garlic after two hours of your lunch helps in controlling blood pressure. Hair packs which you should try for hair fall and grey: 1. Onion juice helps in increasing hair quality. 2. Massage hair with coconut oil with aloe vera gel natural extract to improve blood circulation in hair. 3. Methi seeds powder mixed in water helps in giving shiny hair and treat the hair greying effectively. Application of neem powder one tablespoon with one teaspoon of turmeric and mix in rose water will make your skin glowing. Exercise: Rubbing nails of both hands with each other tends to increase blood circulation in the scalp. This leads to show healthy effects on hair. Pranayam helps in detoxifying the body. Practicing it early morning in an area that has good sunlight will help in improving blood circulation. Practice exercises like weight training, swimming, jogging, etc will help in accelerating weight loss. Meditation: In any kind of disease, stress comes complementary to it. But with our assurance and positive attitude, we can treat anything. The best thing to start with is breathing mindfully before sleeping with the help of music to stay positive. Dear health seeker Pratik, yes high BP can be arrested in quick little time by the following measures: All foods should be relinquished, nothing to be eaten except coconut water 3 to 4 times for the day. Secondly take a non violent enema of 200ml cold water to clear the colon of the adherent faecle matter .Immediately take a spinal bath of 25 minutes and followed by head wash .This should be repeated twice or thrice keeping a four hours gap. This is sure to give a quick relief by toning up the whole nervous system and complete rest to the body Complete rest is recommended Follow the above treatment for three, four days, thereafter live hygienically by eating 70% vegetables raw and cooked and fruits rest cereals , beans ,Avoiding all devitalising foodless foods V.S.Pawar Member Indian institute of natural therapeutics
