Hello, Today as per the life style and diet we are following which leads to more health issues and life cycle is becoming very short. The main cause will be; Extremely hot water bathing Overweight Wearing tight underwear Sitting for a long time Excessive alcohol consumption Deficiency of zinc Extra physical or mental workload Take sufficient amount of vitamin and fertility supplement. Try to maintain a healthy well-balanced diet so that you should not be overweight. Since overweight affects the testosterone and estrogen levels. Exercise regularly but do not overdo the procedure. Namaste, Make a juice of 3-4 garlic cloves, 10-12 basil leaves, and one fourth cup of of wheat grass. Have once a day. Mix 1 teaspoon of onion juice with an equal amount of honey. Take once a day for 1 week. Upon noticing improvement, continue for several more days. Mix 1 gm of garlic paste with a glass of buttermilk. Drink this buttermilk twice a day. Grind 10 gm of roasted watermelon seeds. Add the powder to 2 cups of water and boil for about 15 minutes. Strain the liquid and consume daily in the morning and evening. Namaste, Duodenitis result of aggravation of pitta Dosha. Aggravated pitta leads to increase of acidic content in stomach fluids. Avoid tea, coffee, and carbonated or alcoholic beverages. Avoid processed and fermented foods. Avoid using garlic, ginger, onions, tomatoes, and vinegar in cooking. Also avoid rich gravies, sour, salty, and spicy foods. Curd should be strictly avoided. You haven't written much about her food habits. In any case, all conditions are related and they all arise from the same issue. i.e accumulation of toxins in the body due to many years on the wrong lifestyle. Rest assured, once she syncs her lifestyle with nature's laws, she will see great improvement. Whatever be our age, nature has given us all to be in perfect condition. It just needs some discipline and patience. I would suggest these things in the beginning - Quit all animal products like dairy (yoghurt, milk, ghee, chaas, butter etc), non veg, eggs and fish. Contrary to popular opinion, these are complex foods and cause inflammation in the body. Her bad knees are one sign of it. You can find many dairy replacement recipes (like peanut curd, nut milks etc) in the recipe section of this website and also online. Keep trying till you find the recipes you like. Implement the reduction gradually. - Keep off all refined products like sugar, salt (at least switch to sea salt,pink or black salt), maida, white rice etc - Increase raw component in food - i.e switch to only seasonal fruits till afternoon, Add a salad with lunch and dinner. Grains should not be more than 30% of your plate. I would also advise to keep off wheat and switch to millets or starchy veggies like sweet potato, yams etc - Refined oil is full of toxins. It almost immediately causes inflammation and is a major cause of weight gain. Pls help her to cook oil free. It is quite easy and you wont notice the absence of oil - Let her get sunlight..atleast 30 minutes in a day. If she can't go out, she can sit near an open window and expose her hands and legs as much as possible. Do it early morning and evening - Let her sleep and rest without distractions as much as needed. - If she can't exercise, let her try dry body brushing to improve circulation of blood. She can try some gently sitting exercises too - Be with her and help her to adopt a positive frame of mind believing in nature and her own body's healing powers. Show her the healing journeys from this website for her to draw inspiration. Yes, these are a lot of things and she may not give her full go ahead. Just ask her to try for 21 days and she herself will see a big change. Of all these changes, the easiest ones to do in my opinion are adequate rest and fruit only breakfast. These two by itself will show lot of promising results. Weight loss will surely happen too as a secondary result. Please keep checking her sugar levels and reducing dosage gradually. Eat to beat fatigue Eat a hearty breakfast along with some frequent small meals to keep you energized for the rest of the day. Inclusion of fibre rich and carbs rich would be beneficial.Cut down the fatty ones.Include beverages to a good quantity which should include needed amount of water without a doubt along with fresh juices.Spinach in a day can keep the fatigue away. There is always a time in people’s life when the last straw on the camels back makes it give up. Similarly incorrect lifestyles can only go so far without showing signs on a daily basis. Chronic fatigue is again a sign of body fighting a battle constantly with scavengers who have come to eat the toxins stored in the body. Why did this even get stored in the first place you may ask. Well, that’s how the body is. If we don’t give it an opportunity to clean itself by giving a break on digestion, activities that consume energy , taking rest when it needs etc, it stores So when toxins accumulate viruses sometimes that typically live inside us in an unhealthy environment eating foods that are available, waiting for an opportunity to become stronger, attacks when you are most vulnerable and body does its best to fight back and at such times you might feel extremely tired. That’s one of the first few stages of any disease as per nature cure. However if you are constantly under fatigue that does not go away with a sleep or rest, it only means you have a sluggish liver that’s overworkingto keep you clean, fight all the bad that it comes across from bad smells, perfumes, medicines, bad foods etc. Liver has to first hand filter al this before things reach the blood stream.
