The most important reason is, the brain stops functionig normally when the blood that nourishes it starts becoming more toxic and is unable to give the brain the required nourishment. And what is the reason for the the blood to carry so much of toxins? It is our unhealthy lifestyle and food habits. So how can you change or improve the quality of your blood? Firstly start getting your bowels clean with the help of a clean diet. And a clean diet means consuming lots of locally grown, fresh seasonal fruits and vegetables. Decrease the intake of cooked food to as minimum as possible. Eliminate processed, packaged foods complertely from your diet. Remove white sugar, white salt, Maida and refined oil too from your diet. Remove milk, milk products, meat and eggs too completely. Secondly go out in the nature. The suns rays have so much energy that it can drive away any level of depression and anxiety. Soak in the suns rays every morning and evening, Soon you will start experiencing changes in your mood. Deep diaphramatic breathing will go a long way in helping your blood get more oxygen.This in turn will enrich your blood and nourish your brian cells, resulting in better thought process and clarity of mind. Next would be grounding or getting in touch with mother earth. Do some gardenning everyday. The positivity from the sun, air, space, water and the plants themselves will slowly remove all negetivity. Do some physical activity regularly, like partricipate in some outdoor sport, or practice yoga or even go for long walks. Bare foot walking would be more beneficial. Sleep and rest well. Last but not the least share your knowledge or skills with others. Either for money or for free. But sharing is important. Because sharing is caring and once you start sharing it gives you a feeling of fulfilment and joy. Hello, In my experience of dealing with patients from helping them transition from allopathy to natural cure, I always start off with tapering of the medicine while parallelly giving them a natural diet to follow, As the body takes time to respond and therefore transitioning can be challenging if it is not done in a proper way. Secondly, now that if you have stopped the allopathy and antibiotic medicines, you can start of with mindfulness technique so that your mind can respond positively to your decision of stopping them. Secondly, having a light diet at first like plant based yogurt and fruit, or soups always helps in elevating your mood and keeping your system from the side effects such as indigestion, constipation, loss of appetite etc. Give your body the love it needs, that's why I recommended mindfulness as it allows us to tap into our body system and speak to it positively. I am a chronic constipation patient since my childhood. In the meantime this problem was solved in some extent. I had undergone colonscopy in 2006. No abnormality was detected at that time. Now I havebeen facing acute problem for last two months. Pressure does not come on stomach and anus for latrine though I drink one litre of warm water. Even I take petasapha medicine. Inspite of that pressure does not come. My stomach always sounds. Acidity and gastritis problem is a regular problem for me.

Do you know that it’s not always water that will solve constipation? People are living with that myth for ages now ... and it will continue to haunt us for few more decades. I had a fissurectomy in the past and I can understand what you are going through. You see, the solution to your problem is in your very living habits. I am sure you are taking animal products daily because no one told you that it’s the root cause for your issues. Well, I am saying it after seeing my own life, my own family, many of the people I help in healing suffer an dhave healed from chronic constipation. So this is what you can do immediately quit and say goodbye to those tasty foods that were meant for the calf ( diary ) goodbye to all the dead bodies of the animals and eggs of chicks which we ate assuming that our body was a burial ground and not a temple . Good bye to the wheat , sugar and all the packaged tasty salty sweet and tangy food from outside that’s loaded with crap just to make it tasty. The thing that they bank on is no one dies with just one junk food eating. So you can’t really blame anyone from outside for messing with the environment in your body. We can’t blame our own selves for our body is so so resilient to keep you alive come what may. So immediately to make your constipation go away, stay on only vegetable juices and tender coconut for 3 days. Wrap a wet towel around ur belly and stay for 2-3 hrs twice a day. If it dries, wet it again. Sit in a warm water tub for 30mins. While you sit, massage your abdomen clockwise. Not hard but softly. In future , apart from saying goodbye to the animal stuff sugar wheat maida etc, stick to fruits for breakfast, vegetable salads for lunch and have cooked only for dinner. Say goodbye to constipation for ever. Dont take any antacids or stool softeners.. they will create more problems for you later. Trust me constipation is the mother’s of all diseases and she is going to give birth to any disease caused mainly because of poop accumulation. नमस्ते सौरव जी, प्रतिदिन आप ख़ुद को प्यार दें अपने बारे में 10 अच्छी बातें कोरे काग़ज़ पर लिख कर और प्रकृति को अपने होने का धन्यवाद दें। मानसिक समस्या भी इसी शरीर की समस्या है सब कुछ इस बात पर निर्भर करता है कि हम किसी भी परिस्थिति में सकारात्मक सोंच रखते हैं या नकारात्मक। प्राकृतिक जुड़ाव आपको सकारात्मक सोंच प्रदान करेंगी क्योंकि प्राकृतिक जीवन शैली अपने आप में पूर्ण भी है और जीवंत भी है। पाँच तत्व से प्रकृति चल रही है और उसी पाँच तत्व से हमारा शरीर चल रहा है। 1 आकाश तत्व- एक खाने से दूसरे खाने के बीच में विराम दें। रोज़ाना 15 घंटे का उपवास करें जैसे रात का भोजन 7 बजे तक कर लिया और सुबह का नाश्ता 9 बजे लें। वाद्य यंत्र शास्त्री संगीत (instrumental classical music)सुनें। 2 वायु तत्व- लंबा गहरा स्वाँस अंदर भरें और रुकें फिर पूरे तरीक़े से स्वाँस को ख़ाली करें रुकें फिर स्वाँस अंदर भरें ये एक चक्र हुआ। ऐसे 10 चक्र एक टाइम पर करना है। ये दिन में चार बार करें। भ्रामरी प्राणायाम करें। अपने कमरे में ख़ुशबू दार फूलों को रखें। 3 अग्Iनि तत्व- सूर्य उदय के एक घंटे बाद या सूर्य अस्त के एक घंटे पहले का धूप शरीर को ज़रूर लगाएँ। सर और आँख को किसी सूती कपड़े से ढक कर। जब भी लेंटे अपना दायाँ भाग ऊपर करके लेटें ताकि आपकी सूर्य नाड़ी सक्रिय रहे। 4 जल तत्व- नहाने के पानी में ख़ुशबू वाले फूलों का रस मिलाएँ। नींबू या पुदीना का रस मिला सकते हैं।खाना खाने से एक घंटे पहले नाभि के ऊपर गीला सूती कपड़ा लपेट कर रखें या खाना के 2 घंटे बाद भी ऐसा कर सकते हैं। मेरुदंड (स्पाइन) सीधा करके बैठें। हमेशा इस बात ध्यान रखें और हफ़्ते में 3 दिन मेरुदंड का स्नान करें। मेरुदंड स्नान के लिए अगर टब ना हो तो एक मोटा तौलिया गीला कर लें बिना निचोरे उसको बिछा लें और अपने मेरुदंड को उस स्थान पर रखें। सर पर सूती कपड़ा बाँध कर उसके ऊपर खीरा और मेहंदी या करी पत्ते का पेस्ट लगाएँ,नाभि पर खीरा का पेस्ट लगाएँ।पैरों को 20 मिनट के लिए सादे पानी से भरे किसी बाल्टी या टब में डूबो कर रखें। 5 पृथ्वी- सब्ज़ी, सलाद, फल, मेवे, आपका मुख्य आहार होगा। आप सुबह खीरे का जूस लें, खीरा 1/2 भाग +धनिया पत्ती (10 ग्राम) पीस लें, 100 ml पानी मिला कर पीएँ। 2 घंटे बाद फल नाश्ते में लेना है। दोपहर में 12 बजे फिर से इसी जूस को लें। इसके एक घंटे बाद खाना खाएँ। शाम को नारियल पानी लें फिर 2 घंटे तक कुछ ना लें। रात के सलाद में हरे पत्तेदार सब्ज़ी को डालें, नारियल को पीस कर मिलाएँ। लाल, हरा, पीला शिमला मिर्च 1/4 हिस्सा हर एक का मिलाएँ। इसे बिना नमक के खाएँ, बहुत फ़ायदा होगा। जानवरों से उपलब्ध होने वाले भोजन वर्जित हैं। तेल, मसाला, और गेहूँ से परहेज़ करेंगे तो अच्छा होगा।एक नियम हमेशा याद रखें ठोस(solid) खाने को चबा कर तरल (liquid) बना कर खाएँ। तरल को मुँह में घूँट घूँट पीएँ। खाना ज़मीन पर बैठ कर खाएँ। खाते वक़्त ना तो बात करें और ना ही TV और mobile को देखें।ठोस भोजन के तुरंत बाद या बीच बीच में जूस या पानी ना लें। भोजन हो जाने के एक घंटे बाद तरल पदार्थ ले सकते हैं। हफ़्ते में एक दिन उपवास करें। शाम तक केवल पानी लें, प्यास लगे तो ही पीएँ। शाम 5 बजे नारियल पानी और रात 8 बजे से पहले सलाद लें।

Hy... It can be frozen shoulder, in that case, i suggest to follow a good regimen including- 1. Acupuncture therapy 2. Mustard oil massage with little camphor in it by heating the oil and adding camphor to it. make it warm and massage your affected area. 3. Hello Ali, Don't exert pressure while passing stool. Take fiber rich diet. Eat fresh vegetables like spinach, cauliflower, carrots, and seasonal fruits like pomegranate, banana. Include sprouts, nuts, beans in your diet. Avoid spicy foods, junk foods,deep fried food items,packaged foods. Have fresh homemade fruit juices, coconut water. Avoid dairy products and animal products. Do yoga regularly specially vriksha asana,bhujang asana.
Have very bad acidity problem since years... Tried various medications no use.. How to get rid of this problem permanently??

Hello Parinaz, Avoid having spicy and oily foods.Avoid all the junk food,street food, deep fried foods. Try not to eat dairy products and animal foods like meat. Eat plant based foods.Eat seasonal fruits and vegetables ,salads, sprouts, nuts, beans in your meals. Avoid tea and coffee. Avoid carbonated drinks. Do some physical activity on a regular basis like walking, jogging, skipping or yoga.

Clean the gut. Stop meds, eat fruits majorly and drink veg juices. Have juicy vegetables for most of ur day. Quit all kinds of animal products like diary eggs meat fish.. ur gut will heal in 2-3 months and get better n better as days progress

Namaste, This is an indication of toxin accumulated in your system. change your life and diet lifestyle by, Avoid tea, coffee, and carbonated or alcoholic beverages. Avoid processed and fermented foods. Also avoid rich gravies, sour, salty, and spicy foods. Curd and other dairy products should be strictly avoided. Take meals in a relaxed atmosphere at regular intervals. Practice Yoga and Pranayama such as Vajrasana, Bhujangasana, Salabhasana, Bhastrika Pranayama, Shitali Pranayama and Shitkari Pranayama. नमस्ते दिशा जी किसी भी बीमारी का मूल कारण हाज़मा और क़ब्ज़ है। ख़ाली पेट आधा खीरा ५ पुदीने या करी पत्ते के साथ पिस कर उसमें १०० ml पानी मिला कर पिएँ। जूस को मुँह में रख कर एक बार सहज स्वाँस लें फिर घूँट अंदर लें। २ घंटे बाद कोई bhi एक तरीक़े का फल नाश्ते में लें।फल को ठीक से चबा कर खाएँ, कोई नमक या चाट मसला या चीनी, दूध मिक्स ना करें। सलाद दोपहर १ बजे, बिना नमक के खाएँ तो अच्छा होगा क्योंकि नमक सलाद के गुणों को कम कर देता है रात के खाने में इस अनुपात से खाना खाएँ २ कटोरी सब्ज़ी के साथ १ कटोरी चावल या १ रोटी लें, ८ बजे के बाद कुछ ना खाएँ, १२ घंटे का (gap) अंतराल रखें ८ बजे रात से ८ बजे सुबह तक कुछ नहीं खाना है, खाना अच्छी तरह चबा कर खाएँ, खाने के १ घंटे बाद पानी पिएँ खाने के बीच में ya खाने के तुरंत बाद पानी पीने से खाना हज़म ठीक से नहीं होता है।

Hi, You need change your eating habits and the way you spend your day. Try to receive the magic that nature has to be healthy. Get up early in the morning and go outside to have sunrays. Avoid spicy food,deep fried foods,oily foods. Don't have your dinner too late at night,take it early and do some walking after your meal. Exercise for sometime during the day. Drink water in good quantity. Have fresh fruits,vegetables and salad. Have sprouts,nuts,oats.

Hi, I have a sinus problem accompanying with B12 deficiency and hyper acidity. There is white sticky cough get blocks in head and sinus gaps causing breathing issue and it is reportedly happening. Hi there , For your thyroid youu should go for diet with low iodine content , add more cruciferous vegetables like broccoli , cauliflower , cabbages , mustards etc ..; and food which has more dietary fiber to aid your constipation . Avoid salty , oily and other junk foods .
