Hello User, Heart blockage is a reaction to the long-term effects of a sedentary lifestyle and being exposed to food that is high in fats and complex in nature which our body is not able to digest. That is why it is time to eat food that is light in nature. So, by taking steps in all the ways like sleep, meditations and diet, you can treat the same. It is time to make changes in the diet and adapt an overall naturalistic lifestyle. A holistic measure is the only way you can treat this thing completely. Eat: The first thing in the morning is to start your day with something light in nature and easy to digest.This is what your breakfast should be because they are the kind of nutrients that get absorbed easily. Even the early morning ritual should include the consumption of two-three glasses of warm water will help in flushing out all the toxins. The ideal diet would be to depend on fruits and raw vegetable intake and refrain from something which is oil-based. Have fruit salad in the afternoon time and vegetable salad as an evening snack this will be light on your stomach. But it can be cured by following a correct lifestyle and eating habits along with yoga and pranayam. Dear health seeker Jayasree, Diabetes is a mother of all disease, and India is a world capital of this dreaded disease, not for nothing, our eating habits combined with our socialistic obligations of treating our guests with tea, coffee and snacks at any time contribute largely towards its vast clientele. Diabetes is confessedly not cured by allopathy. To manage the situation, they supply insulin from an external source- an animal product in a state where the pancreas fails to secrete it. In this case, they are at a loss not to pin it down on some bacilli, bacteria, germ etc. Nor do they care to study the cause and remove it. In general, the causes of this can be any or a group of the following;- 1. The pancreas has been so much overworked that it has struck work.- 2. The basic material out of which the pancreas can produce insulin is not available in the body tissues and fluids- 3. That centre in the brain that controls the activities of the pancreas is damaged either owing to degeneration or trauma[ injury] Whatever be the case, our universal Medicine, maybe either Bilva Patra [leaves] or grass. Drink coconut water. Have while grains like barley, millets, oats, etc. Drink sufficient water during the day to be hydrated. Foods to avoid Avoid processed and packaged foods.
