I am 58 years old. I am a regular follower of posts in wellcure. In today's life, invariably every health advisor says that daily 30 minutes walking is good for health. Hello Sir, Yes, we do recommend a brisk walk every morning in the sun, because with this exercise not only our muscle gets the boost but with the exposure to sun, our cells tend to get a good amount of nutritional value which sun gives us for example, Vitamin D. Both walking and this exposure to the sun helps us. As you have specified your case of arthritis we will definitely recommend you to continue with an early morning walk, but the intensity can be 50 - 70 steps per minute which are lower than regular brisk walk steps count. This we will surely help you with other exercises which will help in the improvement of your health. Any disease like arthritis is a form of inflammation in the body which can be treated well with a holistic measure, in arthritis, all the toxic accumulation in the blood tends to make our body vulnerable to disease, with taking a step towards lifestyle change arthritis can be dealt very well. There are four steps towards it: Eat: As in arthritis, our body starts losing out its water content in order to deal with it, it is recommended to have at least 5-6 litres of water daily, it is highly recommended to store that water in a copper vessel. हेलो, कारण - H पाइलोरी एक आम प्रकार के बैक्टीरिया होता है, पाइलोरी" भी कहा जाता है। H पाइलोरी पेट व आंतों में संक्रमण पैदा कर देता है, यह आंतों में इन्फ्लेमेशन के कारण होता है। खाना जो देर तक प चता नहीं है और शरीर के अंदर काफी लंबे समय तक सड़ रहा होता है उसके वजह से यह अम्ल की अधिकता हो जाती है। विषाणु को पनपने के लिए शरीर में अम्लीयता होना जरूरी होता है। 21 दिनों में आहार शुद्धि और प्राकृतिक जीवन शैली को अपनाकर इस से छुटकारा पाया जा सकता है। समाधान- 1. जितना हो सके कच्चे हरे पत्तों का जूस छानकर पिए। जैसे पालक, दूब घास, बेलपत्र, धनिया पत्ता, तुलसी का पत्ता इन्हें अलग-अलग टाइम पर पीसकर 200ml पानी मिलाकर छानकर पीएं खाली पेट इन पत्तों का जूस बहुत ही ज्यादा लाभदायक होता है। यह रक्त को शुद्ध करेगा। 2. 20 मिनट सूर्य की रोशनी में अपने शरीर को रखें सिर और आंख को किसी सूती कपड़े से ढक करके 5 मिनट बैक 5 मिनट फ्रंट 5 मिनट लेफ्ट 5 मिनट राइट साइड धूप लगाए। धूप लेट कर लगाने से ज्यादा फायदा करता है। ऐसा करने से शरीर में पल रहे विषाणु मूर्छित हो जाएंगे। 3. पेट के ऊपर एक गिला कपड़ा लपेट कर रखें 20 मिनट तक उसको लपेटे रखें इससे आंत को ठंडक पहुंचेगी और विषाक्त कणों को निष्कासन में मदद मिलेगा। 4. हर 3 घंटे में लंबा गहरा श्वास अंदर लें उसको थोड़ी देर रोकें और फिर सांस को खाली करें। खाली करने के बाद फिर से रुके और फिर लंबा गहरा सांस ले। यह एक चक्र है ऐसा दिन में 10 चक्र करें केवल एक शर्त का पालन करें जब आप लंबा गहरा सांस ले रहे हैं तो अपनी रीढ़ की हड्डी को सीधा रखें ऐसा करने से आपके शरीर में ऑक्सीजन की मात्रा का बढ़ेगी और ऑक्सीजन का संचार सुचारू रूप से हो पाएगा। जीवन शैली - 1. आकाश तत्व - एक खाने से दुसरे खाने के बीच में अंतराल (gap) रखें। फल के बाद 3 घंटे, सलाद के बाद 5 घंटे, और पके हुए खाने के बाद 12 घंटे का (gap) रखें। 2.वायु तत्व - प्राणायाम करें, आसन करें। दौड़ लगाएँ। 3.अग्नि - सूर्य की रोशनी लें। 4.जल - अलग अलग तरीक़े का स्नान करें। मेरुदंड स्नान, हिप बाथ, गीले कपड़े की पट्टी से पेट की गले और सर की 20 मिनट के लिए सेक लगाए। स्पर्श थरेपी करें। मालिश के ज़रिए भी कर सकते है। तिल के तेल रीढ़ की हड्डी पर घड़ी की सीधी दिशा (clockwise) में और घड़ी की उलटी दिशा (anti clockwise)में मालिश करें। नरम हाथों से बिल्कुल भी प्रेशर नहीं दें। 5.पृथ्वी - सुबह खीरा 1/2 भाग धनिया पत्ती (10 ग्राम) पीस लें, 100 ml पानी मिला कर पीएँ। यह juice आप कई प्रकार के ले सकते हैं। पेठे (ash guard ) का जूस लें और कुछ नहीं लेना है। नारियल पानी भी ले सकते हैं। पालक पत्ते धो कर पीस कर 100ml पानी डाल पीएँ। दुब घास 25 ग्राम पीस कर छान कर 100 ml पानी में मिला कर पीएँ। कच्चे सब्ज़ी का जूस आपका मुख्य भोजन है। 2 घंटे बाद फल नाश्ते में लेना है। फल को चबा कर खाएँ। इसका juice ना लें। फल सूखे फल नाश्ते में लें। दोपहर के खाने में सलाद नट्स और अंकुरित अनाज के साथ सलाद में हरे पत्तेदार सब्ज़ी को डालें और नारियल पीस कर मिलाएँ। कच्चा पपीता 50 ग्राम कद्दूकस करके डालें। कभी सीताफल ( yellow pumpkin)50 ग्राम ऐसे ही डालें। कभी सफ़ेद पेठा (ash guard) 30 ग्राम कद्दूकस करके डालें। ऐसे ही ज़ूकीनी 50 ग्राम डालें।कद्दूकस करके डालें।कभी काजू बादाम अखरोट मूँगफली भिगोए हुए पीस कर मिलाएँ। लाल, हरा, पीला शिमला मिर्च 1/4 हिस्सा हर एक का मिलाएँ। लें। बिना नींबू और नमक के लें। स्वाद के लिए नारियल और herbs मिलाएँ। रात के खाने में इस अनुपात से खाना खाएँ 2 कटोरी सब्ज़ी के साथ 1कटोरी चावल या 1रोटी लेएक बार पका हुआ खाना रात को 7 बजे से पहले लें। 6. एक नियम हमेशा याद रखें ठोस(solid) खाने को चबा कर तरल (liquid) बना कर खाएँ। तरल को मुँह में घूँट घूँट पीएँ। खाना ज़मीन पर बैठ कर खाएँ। खाते वक़्त ना तो बात करें और ना ही TV और mobile को देखें।ठोस भोजन के तुरंत बाद या बीच बीच में जूस या पानी ना लें। भोजन हो जाने के एक घंटे बाद तरल पदार्थ ले सकते हैं। हफ़्ते में एक दिन उपवास करें। शाम तक केवल पानी लें, प्यास लगे तो ही पीएँ। शाम 5 बजे नारियल पानी और रात 8 बजे सलाद लें। 7. उपवास के अगले दिन किसी प्राकृतिक चिकित्सक के देख रेख में टोना लें। जिससे आँत की प्रदाह को शांत किया जा सके। एनिमा किट मँगा लें। यह किट ऑनलाइन मिल जाएगा। इससे 200ml पानी गुदाद्वार से अंदर डालें और प्रेशर आने पर मल त्याग करें। ऐसा दिन में दो बार करना है अगले 21 दिनों के लिए। ये करना है ताकि शरीर में मोजुद विषाणु निष्कासित हो जाये। इसके बाद हफ़्ते में केवल एक बार लेना है उपवास के अगले दिन। टोना का फ़ायदा तभी होगा जब आहार शुद्धि करेंगे। धन्यवाद। रूबी, प्राकृतिक जीवनशैली प्रशिक्षिका व मार्गदर्शिका (Nature Cure Guide & Educator)

Eat food which has a high source of minerals helps in relieving the energy and helps as mood enhancers. The best part about this is a food rich in minerals are helpful in treating the same. The sources are seeds like pumpkin, chia, flax is high sources of food which helps in treating the nerves and brain health. Green vegetables and fruits are rich in all types of vitamins which helps in treating mood disorders, it will make you feel energized for the day. Another thing which you can include in your diet is cumin seeds water and jaggery water, both of which helps in treating the body with hydration, a hydrated body call for better health. Starting your day with two-three glasses of warm water will help in flushing out all the toxins. Exercise: The best exercise recommended is treating with walk-in nature, an early morning walk of 30 minutes in nature under the early sun, is what activates our cells and rejuvenates us for the whole day. As mostly hygiene is the prime thing which we need to treat it properly. Here is some tip which you can change in your diet completely for getting smooth, shiny, healthy, lustrous hair. Eat: A diet rich in Vitamin C is something I would recommend you to start with Vitamin C helps in giving the skin collagen boost which improves the scalp health. Aloe vera, almonds, Indian gooseberry is also another thing in the diet which you need to start with as they are very good for hair health. With a correct diet and regime, we can effectively deal with both the issues and get the best of health. Start your day with having two glasses of warm water this will help in flushing toxins and the GUT will become stronger. An hour before your meals have fruit or vegetable salad so that you get a good amount of fiber. In your diet include things like dates, jaggery, lemons, oranges, sprouts, and sweet potatoes to increase your iron content. Sit in Vajrasana after your meal, this will accelerate digestion.
