Hello Kirti, The main cause when we deal with hair greying is when we get exposed to pollution and chemical products. Yes, our digestion and bad eating habits are also part of the same as the hair is made of nutrients itself. The main thing to take care of, diet is to increase our protein intake. Our body has the power to regenerate only if we provide our body with the right type of nutrients, by following a natural lifestyle you not only correct the hair fall problem but also treat yourself well with correct nutrients. Hair is made out of protein named keratin, by eating the right kind of food items, we can increase the protein intake and deal with the same. Hair and nails are made up of some type of protein, so you can also co-relate when your hair is in bad shape even your nails become brittle. So here are a few things which need to be corrected. So let us focus on what lifestyle changes we can make: Eat: Eating food that has a high amount of proteins are legumes, green leafy vegetables, nuts like almonds, walnuts, etc. Seeds like chia, pumpkin, and flax seeds are also necessary. Coconut water and even eating shredded coconut are found to be very beneficial for hair health. Regular massaging of hair is important to take care of pigmentation. Here are a few hair packs which you can try to deal with hair loss problems. 1. Methi seeds, methi seeds powder two tablespoons mixed with rose water it helps in getting the hair stronger and thicker with greying issues cured and help from hair to roots. Before applying the methi seeds pack make sure you apply the oil at night, so the pack does not stick to hair. 2. Onion juice paste is another beneficial thing for hair health. This will ensure to deal with the hair fall. 3. There is one more way of coconut oil massage, where you warm the coconut oil and add curry leaves to it, let it splutter, and then use it for massage. Exercise: Here is some exercise that you can start for your hair and scalp health. Rubbing your nails with each other helps in the treatment of hair health as it boosts the blood circulation to the scalp, hair, and nails have the same type of protein involved. Chakrasana is another asana that would be recommended for healthy hair. Meditation: While massaging your hair what you can do is close your eyes, and visualize your hair becoming stronger and shinier making it healthy. You can take a deep breath, start healthy music in the background you can feel the blood circulation getting a boost. This will help in relaxation and ensuring healthy hair health. Sleep: Having a sound 7-8 hours of sleep is helpful in treating anybody's problem, a healthy sleep leads to a healthy mind and body. So make sure you are free your room from any gadgets an hour before sleep so you get a radiation-free room and a good tension-free sound sleep. Hopefully, this will help you Thank you

It helps to make your DNA and red blood cells. And you have to take Vitamin B12 on a regular basis as the body doesn't store it for long. Yoga and exercise will help the body to absorb the nutrients efficiently. Take short walks after every meal. Perform kapalbhati pranayam. Perform tada asana, vriksha asana, trikona asana and padahasta asana. Do 10 to 12 sets of suryanamaskar daily. Sleep Sleep is also important for the proper functioning of the body. Hello, Herpes zoster is a viral infection that causes a painful rash. Although it can occur anywhere on your body, it most often appears as a single stripe of blisters that wraps around either the left or the right side of your torso. Shingles are caused by the vericella zoaster virus, the same virus which causes chickenpox. After you've had chickenpox, the virus lies inactive in nerve tissues near your spinal cord and brain. Years later, the virus may reactivate as shingles. Symptoms that may appear Pain Burning Itching Red rashes Fluid-filled blisters Sometimes, fever, headache, fatigue may also occur. Local application Take 2 tablespoons of baking soda or cornstarch and 1 tablespoon of water to make a paste. Apply this paste on the rashes. This will help to reduce the itching. Use this 3 to 4 times a day or as required. Apply lotions or creams on the rashes. They will give you a comfort feel. Use naturally prepared creams instead of using scented lotions and creams. Apply fresh aloe vera gel on your rashes. Cold compresses To relieve the pain and itchiness associated with the rashes, apply a cool and moist compress. Do it 4 to 5 times or several times a day to get relief from the symptoms. Soak a cloth in the cold water. Wring out the water and apply the cloth on the affected area. This will help to relieve the pain and itchiness. Do not use ice packs on the rashes as they may increase skin sensitivity and worsen the pain. Baths Take a cool bath or shower to soothe the skin. Do not use hot water as it may worsen the blisters because it increases the blood flow. When you take a cold water bath then the coolness of water eases the pain of the blisters and also calms the itchiness. Dietary changes Avoid dairy products and animal foods like eggs, meats, milk, etc. Avoid spicy and oily foods. Always have plant-based natural foods. Drink freshly prepared homemade fruit juices. Drink coconut water. Include salads, sprouts, nuts, and beans in your diet. Include Vitamin C in your diet like blueberries, amla, orange, lemon, etc. Drink plenty of water throughout the day to be hydrated. Thank you

I'm a male 43 years old suffering from sciatica pain on left side down spine to full leg. It's there for last few years, but pain is increasing recently all time for over a month. Any remedies for this?
Dr. Khushbu Suthar
05:02 PM | 31-01-2020
As from the ancient simple diet we have come along the way of eating an unhealthy type of fats and complex carbohydrates which acts as a load on our internal organs. This also starts attacking our posture where the spine plays a big role, not only does our spinal cord is what gets affected but also our vertebral columns. Padmasana (yoga asana) was always recommended primitively for the simple reason that not only aided us in digesting but keeping our spine healthy. Four things which help in always achieving the ideal health is, eat, exercise, meditate and sleep. With keeping in these four things we can make sure that our body is working in harmony. Eat: A good source of calcium is green leafy vegetables and seeds this will not only help in treating the sciatica pain but also will help in giving nutrients to our vertebral column. The seed also has a good amount of minerals which helps in the spine to develop and spinal roots to become stronger, hence the nerve does not create the pain. Having a good amount of green vegetable juice makes sure that their nutritive state improves. Vegetable juice is a sure example of getting nutrition completely absorbed. Exercise: In sciatica, we have to be regular with exercise in order to treat the muscle strength, so here is some exercise which you can start with for sciatica. 1. Sleep on your back, and make sure you raise one leg at a time at 90 degrees, this should be done alternately. 2. Followed by this is stand with your feet together, raise your knee near your trunk by flexing it, alternately, one breath at a time. 3. A good warm-up is important to reduce any risk before exercise, the next thing is to start with a brisk walk of 30 minutes daily. For making leg muscle stronger. Meditation: A healthy mind leads to a healthy body, it is time to make sure you give 15 minutes daily to calm all your nerves and reflect on the day. De-stress yourself with music therapy, which will help in releasing the pain and discomfort. Sleep: Sleep always remain the most important part, a good sleep cycle is considered to be of 90 minutes, which should be 5 times a day. That makes a good 7-8 hours of sleep is needed in order to rejuvenate our cells and function daily harmoniously. Massage is another thing which you can do in order to release pain, massage your leg with coconut or almond oil, this will improve your blood circulation in the affected area. Hopefully, these suggestions will help you. Thank you
