PSYsolution Series 1: ARTICLE 13 of 15: THE RAW STORY AND THE INPUT MATTERS
THE RAW STORY - WHY TO EAT RAW? The raw materials needed by each and every organism are R-A-W: Radiation-Air-Water. For the solar galaxy, the primary natural radiation is the Sunlight, then the Air and the Water. Organisms are of two types – Autotrophs and Heterotrophs. Autotrophs, the plants, can produce their food by integrating R-A-W with the help of soil. Heterotrophs, we, can absorb direct R-A-W but also need solid food. We depend upon the autotrophs for the solid foods. We disintegrate solid foodinto the qualities of R-A-W. Then we reintegrate the disintegrated R-A-W into our body cells. The R-A-W undergoes at least 3-steps, Integration by autotrophs, Disintegration and Reintegration by our body to form our body cells. Our VITALITY executes the last two steps. Image credit:LoggaWigglervia Pixabay.com Let us take an example of a mango. It is an integrated (1) form of R-A-W by a mango tree. Then when we consume it, we disintegrate (2) and rei

Sometimes when we eat something & it leads to a reaction, we feel it doesn't suit us. But be rest assured that if you are eating Natural Foods, such reactions are only body's way of speaking with you. An apple a day keeps the doctor away.....so how can it not be healthful for you :-) Grapes - eat them ripe. Nature has designed ripe fruits for us, when ripe their nutrition & flavor is at its peak. That's why if we eat it unripe, we get a sore throat. Inflammation - Any inflammation in the body is the body's way of signalling toxic overload. In your case, the signal may be getting activated due to apples & grapes, for someone else the trigger may be different. What to do? 1. Watch out for the grapes & apples you eat. They should be in season, ripe, locally available varieties. So if you live in India, buy Indian apples & not Washington, Indian grapes & not New Zealand grapes. By doing so, you are minimising intake of chemicals, at least to some extent......This is, in fact, applicable to all fruits & veggies you consume. 2. Focus on dental hygiene. Brushing your teeth twice a day with a natural toothpaste & rinsing your mouth after every meal you eat is a good practice. You may want to read this dental health journey - i-am-69-have-never-been-to-a-dentist. 3. Cleanse your system of toxic waste on an overall level by following healthy natural foods practice. Fruits and raw veggies are great cleansers for the body. Eat only fruits till 12 noon every day, eat as per hunger, no restriction on quantity. You can have fruits other than grapes & apples to start with. Have a big serving of raw veggie salads with cooked food in your lunch & dinner. If possible, have only 1 cooked meal a day. Stick to natural hydrating beverages such as coconut water, nimboo paani, etc. When you do all this, your body will get digestive rest & it will be able to focus on removing the accumulated waste. Co-incidentally I was just speaking to someone who was advised to stay away from bananas as there was some imbalance in his blood. So all his childhood & till the late twenties-early thirties, he did not eat bananas. But once he took to the natural way of life, the imbalances were taken care of & today he eats many bananas every day!! Hope that helps :-)
PSYsolution Series 1: ARTICLE 9 of 15: STAGES OF DISEASES - as per Pure Nature Cure (PART 1)
In this topic, we shall cover, Phases of disease, Stages of disease and finally The Convergence of Idea of disease as per Pure Nature Cure. The body is the best friend of an individual. Indeed, it is! Whatever an individual does, the body tries to give the individual always a NEUTRAL STATE and considers the individual as the master to please always, until it goes beyond the limit. That is why the body surfaces any problem only when it is grossly unmanageable from inside. Providing a state of homeostasis is the objective of our body, always. What we perceive as the diseases are examples of the endeavours of the body to bring back the homeostasis. The body works extensively from inside to repair and at the surface, we feel discomforts and help the body to conserve vitality, so that the body gets more conserved vitality for its work. We cannot avoid toxin inputs in our body, completely! Toxins are being generated within us due to different reasons, 24x7, e.g. pollu

PSYsolution Series 1: ARTICLE 7 of 15: DISEASE, a loveable initiative of the body
Do you service your car? In the process, the car is cleaned and all the deposited waste materials in its parts get removed. Being a nonliving object, the car does not have a sensitive capability otherwise this process of servicing would have been very painful and discomforting for the car. Disease happens to be the process of servicing for us. Here we are not talking about the so-called tagged lifestyle diseases, those are just nomenclatures. The real health does not have any connection with these names; the actual problem is overspend of the VITALITY, knowingly and unknowingly. The overspend of vitality causes ENERVATION which eventually causes TOXAEMIA. In this article, we are talking about a few prominent discomforting conditions often we consider as problems. Those are Fever, Flu, Loose-motion, Acute Pain, Skin Rashes etc. These are absolutely needed tools that we are equipped with to cleanse ourselves. I am in early stage of my pregnancy. I wish to know what type of millets (Jowar, ragi, bajra, amaranth, chana etc. )are suitable for my first, second and third trimester? Also what type of millets will he suitable in what weather? Currently the weather is cold, being winter months, going towards summer.
Pallavi Upadhyaya

Hi! Great to know you are thinking of including millets in your diet during pregnancy. There is no specific guideline for which millet is suitable in any particular trimester of pregnancy. You can have all of them in moderation. The idea behind including millets in your meal is to ensure diet and nutrient diversity. The more diverse your diet is in terms of the grains, vegetables and fruits, the healthier and more nutritious it is. So the same thumb rule applies for millets, try to include all /most of them in different ways. Different millets are rich in different nutrients. Ragi is excellent for calcium, foxtail millet is rich in protein, bajra/pearl millet is rich in iron and a good source of folic acid, etc. You can easily find them in stores nowadays or online. Some key things to keep in mind when you start off with millets: 1. As a beginner, try to do it just once a day and make sure they are cooked well. Under-cooked millets will cause dehydration and digestion issues. Easier recipes are khichdi, kheer etc where they can be cooked mushy but if you learn how to cook them fluffy and perfect you can experiment with many more recipes. 2. Increasing millets in your diet means increasing fibre, so increase your water intake as well. 3. Going towards summer, if you find that any type of millet is causing ‘heat’ in your body, pair it with cooling spices like saunf.or coriander. You could even use them in fermented recipes like the south Indian congee or the Rajasthani Raab or even in Idli Dosa batters. Besides increasing the B-complex in the food, fermentation also makes them more ‘cool’ for the body. 4. Do not eat the same quantity of millets as you would of white rice/wheat. Since these are fibre rich & nutrient dense they need to be eaten in smaller portions. 5. Millets keep us feeling fuller for a longer duration and provide sustained energy for longer. This does not mean that they are not being digested. We just need to adjust the quantity we consume as per our meal-frequency. For more queries and an easy cooking guide to millets, you can visit the following linkhttps://milletsforhealth.wordpress.com/2019/02/11/an-easy-guide-to-millet-cooking/

My friend's 4 1/2 year old daughter doesn't want to drink milk. She gets a stomach ache after drinking milk. I understand we can give yogurt, cheese as substitutes for calcium. But would anyone know how much quantity to give. Is there some chart to understand how much quantity approximately of let's say yogurt or any other item with calcium be consumed to reach daily calcium requirement.
Asha Shivaram
05:33 PM | 20-12-2018
You don't need to have milk to meet calcium requirements. The fact that the child is getting stomah pain shows that she is not able to digest it well. In fact , 3 in 4 Indians cant digest milk products well. Give the child a varied diet of fruits, veggies and nuts and calcium requirement is autmatically taken care of. Greens, beans and nuts are high in calcium too.

PSYsolution Series 1: ARTICLE 5 of 15: Deficiency: a Nature’s explanation
The disintegrating business of modern science can never reach to the exact elemental details of the body. The science is great in its exploration but not in its intervention. The simple reason is the exploration of nature including organisms, can never be completed, that means whatever we human can do to explore the nature it will be an incomplete task only. These explorations are great realisation of knowledge but the application becomes questionable. Now think about the risky proposition of intervention on the basis of a half-done research. Deficiency theory based interventions takes that risk, blindly! Majority of medicines and supplements are based on this theory which is irrational in its completion. Let us strive deeper into it. I am a 31 yr old. For past few months I have noticed a very small floating black cloud type object in front of my right eye. It comes and goes which is quite troublesome. Doctor told me it is weakening of eye muscles, stress and dryness of eyes. Vitamin E supplement and eye drop has been suggested. Kindly suggest any natural way to cure my problem.

This is called an eye floater. I get them sometimes too. Reduce your screen time. If not possible, atleast 2 hours before bed time, do not use your phone or computer. Do frequent palming which gives rest to the eyes. Go out in nature for minimum an hour everyday and let them Sun's rays fall on your eyes especially at dawn and dusk. Sleep early. I have observed that if I work late at night in the next couple of days they increase. Avoid having oily food, high sugar and salty foods, processed foods and too much cooked food. Try going on high raw - 80% or more with lot of fruits and vegetables and you will see them reduce. For faster results, you must do intermittent fasting. Last but not least, do not stress especially about this condition. Be with mother nature!
My husband is diabetic and takes insulin shots. Recently his reports showed keytones (2) present. Is there any natural way to flush it out from body? What does having Keytones means?

Hi. Ketones are chemicals that start building up in the body when the body burns fat for energy. This happens in 2 scenarios - 1. The person is not eating a balanced diet, i.e. a low carb diet. Else body gets energy from carbs. If carb intake is low, the body ends up burning fat for energy. 2. Insulin is less. Due to low insulin, glucose is unable to enter the body cells. As a result, sugar levels in blood increase & cells depend on burning fat for getting their energy fuel. In Natural Healing, we always look at treating the root cause & not the symptom. The ketone build up is a symptom, in your husband's case, it is probably because of diabetes. But even diabetes is a symptom, the root cause for which is an imbalance in the body. Our body has a state of homeostasis (a state of balance). Whenever that is disturbed, it manifests into one disease or the other. Whether you ask how to treat ketones or you ask how to treat diabetes, the answer is the same in Natural Laws - Body heals itself, just support it through natural inputs. Well, there is no shortcut to this, once you make up your mind, changes will happen. Please go to the Journeys section of Wellcure and read diabetes reversal stories, you'll know what I mean :-). Best will be to take guidance from diabetes reversal experts (all natural) such as Dr Pramod Tripathi of 'Freedom from diabetes' or Dr Nandita Shah of 'Sharan'. Take care pls.
My question is on cereals... Which cereals are good and which ones are loaded with sugar? Also, which is better museli or oats. In the market we have products like baggery oats and museli.... Are they healthy? Please suggest.

Cereals are tough on vitality conservation. Ideally we should never exceed 10% (consumable) of our meals with semi-concentrated foods including cereals. It means, altogether potato, legumes, grains including cereals etc. should not be more than 10% of our total meals of the day measured in consumable weight only after cooking/steaming. 85-90% of our meals should consist fruits and vegetable, primarily, in raw form to attain optimum vitality conservation. That 10% is, again, not dependent on the cereals primarily. Hence, you may choose to ignore the botheration about the types of cereals to attain better health state. There is not superfood exists. Even if you stop consuming cereals you will end up conserving more vitality* and a better health.. I just got red poha.... How nutritious are they for snack or breakfast?
Anchal Kapur
05:37 PM | 19-02-2019
As everyone has already explained that the best breakfast is fruits, I'll not repeat it :-) In addition to that, if you want to eat poha, just view it from a whole vs processed scale. The more your poha or any other food item is towards 'whole' on this scale, the more nutritious it is & easy for body to absorb its nutrients. So yes red poha maybe closer to 'whole' than regular white poha, though both are processed foods.....And always beware of marketing gimmicks, know your brand or vendor well to make the right choice.

Let us suppose you have organized a party at your home and invited me. I went there, enjoyed a lot. Meanwhile, another friend of mine saw me at the party from outside. He considered me as the host of the party. Based on that single assumption he builds a lot of stories and spread to the world! The major portion of the medicinal fraternity is confused with this Invitee Vs Host confusion. Pathogens, without much of rationales, are considered as the host, whereas they are the invitee in a diseased body. Let us dive deeper to know the reality, rationally! Definition of Infection: The invasion and multiplication of microorganisms such as bacteria, viruses, and parasites. By now if you have noticed, the word ORGANISMS is used in Nature Cure repeatedly! Yes, Nature Cure is not limited to the Human Being but the science of Nature Cure is equally applicable to all organisms. PSYsolution Series 1: ARTICLE 2 of 15: Health Myths (Part 1)
It will not be an exaggeration to celebrate LIFE syncing with NATURE, we need to strive to reach to the ultimate truth! In the process of knowing the ultimate truth, we need to unlearn a lot. In terms of Wellness, we need to unlearn a few myths to start with. In this, we would unlearn a few prevailing myths. These are picked up from our day to day life, which affect our health, big time! Myth 1: Our individual vitality is expandable Fact: Vitality is a fixed quotient which is received at the time of conception from the parents. We can only manage our vitality to enjoy the optimum health and happiness. Explanation: Body is the closest friend of the individual. It never works against the individual. Body's fundamental tendency is to maintain the homeostasis of the body. In this strive, the disease is a tool of the body to bring back the equilibrium if it is out of balance sometimes. Whenever there is some problem occurs in the body which disturbs the homeostasis of
Hi. Swine flu is on in Delhi. One of my friends has contracted it. What can she do to naturally get well?
PSYsolution by Kalyan

Why pathogens attack? Pathogens are attracted towards the food. The termed attackers are attracted towards the toxins that are accumulated in the body. It is the EFFECT not the CAUSE of the disease. Swine Flu is another NAME OF SUCH EFFECT. The cause of this effect is the toxin within the individual’s body. When we conserve VITALITY* more and more, the toxin expulsion becomes extra and effective. When the CAUSE is removed, the EFFECT of X pathogen, in this case H1N1,also go away. The solution is REST. REST PHYSICALLY, REST PHYSIOLOGICALLY, REST PSYCHOLOGICALLY, as much as possible. This would lead to CONSCIOUS CONSISTENT CONSERVATION OF VITALITY*. Which would lead to reversal of the cause, naturally. CONSCIOUS CONSISTENT CONSERVATION OF VITALITY* is the only route towards holistic wellness. This can happen in the following adoptions. RIGHT INPUT HABITS - MORE TIME IN SUN, FRESH AIR, EATING A LOT OF RAW FRUITS AND VEGETABLE. BALANCED PHYSICAL ACTIVITIES INCLUDING QUALITY SLEEP, UNDERSTANDING OF SENSE OF SEX and STRESS-FREE MENTAL ENVIRONMENT. Pcos is a result of the body malfunctioning due to lifestyle. Once the lifestyle is corrected and back to track, the body gets back to normal too.
