Hello, Diabetes can lead to blurry vision in several ways.In some cases, it's a minor problem that can be resolved by stabilizing your blood sugar. Other times, it's a sign of something more serious. Diabetes refers to a complex metabolic condition in which your body either can't produce insulin, doesn't produce enough insulin, or simply can't use insulin efficiently. Blurry vision can be a sign that your glucose levels are not in the range - either high or low. Longer term causes of blurry vision can include diabetic retinopathy, a term that describes retinal disorders caused by diabetes, including proliferative retinopathy. Here are some tips to follow for better eye health. Amla juice Amla is very good for eyes and has a good amount of required nutrients. Daily intake of amla juice in the morning will be beneficial for the eyes of the patient suffering from diabetic retinopathy. Amla juice should be taken on an empty stomach so that it cleanse the entire body system. Amla juice has beven proved very beneficial for the eyes as it increases the quality of eye vision. Amla contains Vitamin A and C in a high amount which are very good for the eyes as they improve eyesight. Sandalwood paste local application You will find some releif by applying sandalwood paste on the eyelids. Sandalwood is being used as a pain releif and inflammatory skin diseases medicine in India. The paste should be put on after closing the eyelids properly. Bottle guard juice Bottle guard juice is high in vitamin C which is instrumental in improving the eyesight of the person and is beneficial for diabetic retinopathy. People who have bottle guard juice twice a week are found to have significant improvement in the eyesight. Bottle guard juice should be consumed every morning on an empty stomach for maximum benefit. Have fenugreek seeds Fenugreek seeds are very effective in controlling cholesterol levels in the body which is very much necessary for a person suffering from diabetic retinopathy. Apart from cholesterol, fenugreek seeds are useful in maintaining good health of other vital organs like kidney, liver, heart, etc and it must be included in the diet. Sleep Sleeping pattern is essential for maintaining the circadian rhythm which in turn effects the whole metabolism of the body. So, take a proper sleep of atleast 7-8hours daily. Sleep early at night at around 10pm and also wake up early in the morning at around 6am. Thank you

I have suddenly developed a light whitish patch near my eye... Can this be solved

Hello, White spots on the skin are caused by various reasons like deficiency of nutrients or vitiligo or allergy. White patches on your skin are a common type of depigmented skin lesion associated with an infection, allergy or autoimmune disorder. Rarely, skin cancers and precancerous changes can cause white patches on the skin, but these serious causes are much less common. One common cause of white spots, or hypopigmentation, is a fungal infection of the skin known as tinea versicolor. This fungal infection is not contagious and can be treated easily. Tinea versicolor is sometimes associated with other symptoms, such as itching or dryness on or around the white patches. Another important cause of white patches on the skin is vitiligo, an autoimmune disorder that leads to the destruction of melanocytes, the cells that make the pigment that gives your skin colour. White patches from vitiligo may come and go or they may be permanent. Here are some remedies for white patches. Drink water and consume foods from vessels that are made from copper. Especially drink water from a copper vessel that is kept overnight. Do not stress out much and try relaxing when you encounter a stressful moment. Do not use chemical-based bathing soaps that drain all of your body oil. Bathe every day for a minimum of 20 days. Stand in the early morning sun for at least 15 to 20 minutes. Do not use chemical-based creams and cosmetics or the ones which are allergic to you. Add foods that are rich in iron such as cereals, beans and leafy vegetables. Avoid consumption of dairy foods, animal foods and seafood. Avoid coffee, tea and other caffeinated drinks. Avoid alcohol. Drink ginger juice as this increases blood flow to the white patches on your skin. Dry pomegranate leaves and powder it. Mix 8 grams of this in water and consume it every morning. Consume almond milk. Do pranayam regularly, specially anulom-vilom and kapalbhati pranayam. Thank you

Constipation is a sign of toxaemia* and low vitality*. Constipation will go away when the conserved vitality is restored. You may get relief here and there doing symptomatic approaches like, hot water, enema, laxative etc. for short term. The long term relief can only be possible if and only if, you inculcate a habit of conservation of vitality, consciously and consistently. Raw food and valid gaps between the meals is a wise decision to conserve vitality. Those are the easiest path and a good start. To achieve consistency you need to opt a holistic approach. Be it diabetes or any other symptom, the toxin accumulation (toxaemia*) is the cause of all health problems. Toxin accumulation happens whenever the body suffers the low nerve forces due to over expenditure of vitality. Consistent conservation of the vitality can only solve it at the core. RESTING is the solution towards conservation of vitality. RESTING PHYSICALLY, RESTING PHYSIOLOGICALLY, RESTING PSYCHOLOGICALLY, as much as possible. This would lead to CONSCIOUS CONSISTENT CONSERVATION OF VITALITY*. Which would lead to reversal of the cause, naturally. CONSCIOUS CONSISTENT CONSERVATION OF VITALITY* is the only route towards holistic wellness. This can happen in the following adoptions. RIGHT INPUT HABITS - MORE TIME IN SUN, FRESH AIR, EATING A LOT OF RAW FRUITS AND VEGETABLE. BALANCED PHYSICAL ACTIVITIES INCLUDING QUALITY SLEEP, UNDERSTANDING OF SENSE OF SEX and STRESS-FREE MENTAL ENVIRONMENT. You may also check our recent article on the above* terminology, in case you are new to Nature Cure science. Does milk increase blood sugar levels in Diabetic patients?
PSYsolution by Kalyan
09:35 AM | 18-01-2019
Let us understand what is MILK? Milk is a customized food for the baby in the womb. The production of the milk in mother’s body starts with the conception. This food is for the specific baby being developed in the womb. It is the most simplest food for that specific baby. If this is consumed by any other individual, it is a complex food. If the MILK is from any other species, the complexity increases. The complex food takes up more vitality in its digestion and assimilation process. When a body undergoes consistent overspend of VITALITY, it has high chances of being enervated. Enervation, as consequence, reduces the toxin elimination from the body. Eventually, TOXINS get accumulated in the body. Accumulation of toxin or TOXAEMIA is the single disease that we suffer from. Wherever the toxins get accumulated, it surfaces as different symptoms. If it is in the arteries, the symptom is named as heart disease. If it is in the joints, the symptom is given with the name arthritis. etc. Yes, if the pancreas is affected, it is usually called as Diabetes! Thank you...
