Hello User, Both thyroid and cold are co-related. With chronic thyroid problems, I assume "hypo". The answer is with respect to it. Hypothyroid happens due to what we have been putting in our body, which is eating a tamasic diet (adulterated, rotten and unhealthy junk is considered as tamasic).In this case, when we load our body with this kind of food, our metabolism becomes sluggish, "hypo" thyroid happens. Here, our body starts pushing on more to reach an optimal level of functioning. Now as our boy already in a sluggish state, the immunity is weakened resulting in frequent episodes of cold. The main thing here is, it should be about everything, food, meditation, sleep and exercise which amalgamate for good health and reach your optimal solution. Eat: The first thing in the morning is to start your day with something light in nature. Easy to digest is what your breakfast should be because they are the kind of nutrients that get absorbed easily. Even the early morning ritual should include consumption of two-three glasses of warm water will help in flushing out all the toxins. The ideal diet would be to depend on fruits and raw vegetable intake for at least one month and refrain from something oil-based. One inch of ginger boiled in two cups of water with one tablespoon lemon, boil them for 5-10 minutes. Consume this mixture during evening time to accelerate metabolism and increase immunity. The reason you are diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis in both the disease causes our body the effect of inflammation leading to pain and discomfort. Hypothyroid plays a major role even in low vitamin B12 as it causes the nutrients to absorb less, and that is again causing sluggishness in our body to an extent that the cholesterol is rising. In yoga, we call it due to consumption of 'tamasik' diet like cheese, milk products and rotten fermented food we tend to get this type of energy in our body. Your body needs a lighter type of food to regain its natural process and that is how we can help you. By following a natural way we can definitely treat the cause. Eat: A good amount of water is needed in the body, 5-6 liters of water is at least needed in the body, the blood is there 5-6 liters so at least that much of water is needed in the body. Start storing the water in copper bottles so as to make sure we get a good amount of copper. Copper is the required mineral which helps in treating fluid. Hi Thyroid disorders are commonly seen nowadays due to improper lifestyle. Hypo and hyperthyroidism are the two common disorders. In Hypothyroidism the gland is unable to secrete enough hormone. In Hyperthyroidism the gland is overactive. Hyper Thyroidism occurs due to a deficiency of iodine. Excessive iodine causes hypothyroidism, an autoimmune disease also causes thyroid disorders. Stress and weight gain due to stress also causes thyroid disorder. Stress, Leads to an increase in cortisol which may disturb the proper function of the thyroid gland. To prevent thyroid disorder and regulate the secretion naturally follow and stick to a healthy diet, a good lifestyle, regular physical activities like walking, jogging, swimming, and Yoga, etc. Take more Vitamin B rich food items like peas, sesame asparagus, etc. This helps to prevent tiredness that happens due to irregular thyroid gland secretion. Surgery might be able to remove the stones physically, but her terrain is such that she will develop it again. Repeated surgeries may not help. Instead, understanding why she has such a condition will help and address the root cause. Diabetes by definition means that she has excess sugar in her blood. The sugar ideally is used up by the trillions of cells in her body. However, due to her lifestyle, her cells have already got loaded with enough toxins and fats and hence they have shut their doors for the glucose. Whatever she consumes will be converted to glucose predominantly. So she may not know the art of fasting yet and cannot live like Gandhiji by not eating anything because the body makes glucose. This blood with all the extra glucose is continuously filtered by the kidneys more than 300 times an hour. So the filters of her kidneys become like tea filter that does not get washed daily after filtering a milk tea. Over time they get clogged and start the process of kidney stones. Kidneys are one of the 5 major excretory organs with a vital function in the body. They clean the blood at least 300 times per hr. They excrete the metabolic waste from the blood including medicines and bad food wastes. People who consume medicine stimulants like tea, coffee, tax their kidneys considerably.
