Hello, my grandfather is 87 is years old. He is diabetic patient. From past 3 to 4 days my grandfather is losing his eye sight. His vision is getting blurry. Same happened 1 month ago but he was later able to see. But same thing is happening now. We are not able to detect the cause. His sugar level is also normal. We got it checked. Diabetes refers to a complex metabolic condition in which your body either can't produce insulin, doesn't produce enough insulin, or simply can't use insulin efficiently. Blurry vision can be a sign that your glucose levels are not in the range - either high or low. Longer term causes of blurry vision can include diabetic retinopathy, a term that describes retinal disorders caused by diabetes, including proliferative retinopathy. Here are some tips to follow for better eye health. Amla juice Amla is very good for eyes and has a good amount of required nutrients. Daily intake of amla juice in the morning will be beneficial for the eyes of the patient suffering from diabetic retinopathy. Amla juice should be taken on an empty stomach so that it cleanse the entire body system. Amla juice has beven proved very beneficial for the eyes as it increases the quality of eye vision. Amla contains Vitamin A and C in a high amount which are very good for the eyes as they improve eyesight. Sandalwood paste local application You will find some releif by applying sandalwood paste on the eyelids. Sandalwood is being used as a pain releif and inflammatory skin diseases medicine in India. The paste should be put on after closing the eyelids properly. Bottle guard juice Bottle guard juice is high in vitamin C which is instrumental in improving the eyesight of the person and is beneficial for diabetic retinopathy. Hello NT Arora, There are times when the ear can become clogged due to factors both outside and inside the ears. Clogged ears can affect the hearing and balance and cause pain and discomfort. Causes for clogged ears include earwax buildup, blocked eustachian tube, sinus infections, colds or allergies. High altitudes may also result in clogged ears. Acoustic trauma or benign growth inside the ear may also be the reason for clogged ears. Here are some ways that will help you to deal with the blocked ears naturally. Ear drops to loosen ear wax Ear wax forms a barrier between the opening of the ear and the sensitive apparatus of the inner ear. This wax builds up and eventually blocks the entire tube. Put 2 - 2 drops of warm mustard oil in each ear at night. Do this for 3 to 5 days continuously. It will help to remove the build-up earwax. Avoid cotton swabs or tools People should never use cotton swabs to clean their ears. Cotton swabs can cause blockages by pushing earwax deeper into the ears. People should not try to dig the earwax out as it could cause damage to the ears. Take steam Steam can help unclog an ear when the cause is an infection or allergies. This is because the sinuses connect directly back to the ears. To use steam : Heat up the water in a pot until it boils. Remove the pot from the heat and place a towel over it and head. Take several deep breaths to inhale the steam. Use a warm compress A compress can be applied to drain the nasal passages of mucus and reduce the amount in the ears. Applying a warm compress is simply done as follows : Pour hot water into a clean washcloth. Once the cloth is soaked, it should be squeezed out. Hold the washcloth below the affected ear for about 5 to 10 minutes. Gargle with saltwater A saltwater gargle can aid in reducing mucus in both the nose and ears. To use a saltwater gargle, a person needs to add a little salt to some water and mix them together. Once mixed, gargle with salt water for a few seconds and then spit it out. In case of high altitude If the blockage is due to the high altitude, then try - Yawning Chewing Swallowing Gently blowing the nose while pinching the nostrils shut until a popping sound is heard. Hello Varsha, Weak eyesight indicates a lack of proper nutrition and an incorrect lifestyle. For improving eyesight, a proper nutritional diet is very important and along with that adoption of good habits is also essential. Diet Eat only plant-based natural foods. Have lemon juice or amla or orange juice early in the morning as they are rich in Vitamin C. Eat fresh green leafy vegetables as it will promote eye health and health of the retina. Eat fresh fruits, sprouts, salads, nuts, and beans in your diet. Avoid processed, packaged, oily, and spicy foods. Avoid dairy products and animal foods. Drink plenty of water throughout the day. Exercises for eye Sit in sukhasana. Move your eyes to the left and right side without moving your neck. Then, move the eyeballs to upper and down without any neck movement. Take a pen and keep it in front of your eyes. Move the pen near and far from your eyes and keep your eyesight at one. Avoid excessive use of electronic devices like mobiles, laptops, tv, computers, tablets, etc. Take the early morning sun rays daily for at least 20min. Sleep Sleeping gives relief from the stress. हेलो, कारण - लैक्टिक होल रेटीना की स्तिथि रक्त संचार में कमी के कारण होता है। साथ ही ब्लैक फ्लोटर्स मिनरल की कमी को दर्शाता है। प्राकृतिक जीवन शैली को अपनाकर पूर्ण रूप से आंखों को स्वस्थ किया जा सकता है। 1.आँखों का व्यायाम करें। आँखों को दाएँ से बाएँ और बाएँ से दाएँ करें गर्दन हिलाएँ नहीं। 5 बार करें फिर आँख बंद करें। अब आँखों को ऊपर से नीचे और नीचे से ऊपर करें गर्दन को हिलाना नहीं है। 5 बार करें फिर आँख बंद करें। घड़ी की सीधी दिशा (clockwise) में और घड़ी की उलटी दिशा (anti clockwise)में घुमाएँ फिर आँखों को बंद कर के आराम दें। 5 बार करें फिर आँख बंद करें। जल्दी जल्दी आँखों को खोलें बंद करें 5 बार फिर आँख को बंद कर के खोले अब त्राटक क्रिया करें।अपने नाक के सीधी दिशा में एक मोमबत्ती जलाएँ। एक हाथ की दूरी रखें अब उस लो को देखें 5 मिनट तक फिर देखें फिर आँख बंद करके आराम करें। ऐसा दिन में दो बार करें। 2. आंखों में सफेद पेठे का जूस मलमल के कपड़े से छानकर के डालें। नारियल का दूध मलमल के कपड़े से छानकर के दो-दो बूंद दिन में चार बार डालें। सतर्कता यह बरतनी है कि नारियल का दूध घर में निकाला गया हो वह ताजा होना चाहिए। 3. खाना खाने से एक घंटे पहले नाभि के ऊपर गीला सूती कपड़ा लपेट कर रखें या खाना के 2 घंटे बाद भी ऐसा कर सकते हैं। मेरुदंड (स्पाइन) सीधा करके बैठें। हमेशा इस बात ध्यान रखें और हफ़्ते में 3 दिन मेरुदंड का स्नान करें। मेरुदंड स्नान के लिए अगर टब ना हो तो एक मोटा तौलिया गीला कर लें बिना निचोरे उसको बिछा लें और अपने मेरुदंड को उस स्थान पर रखें। पैरों को 20 मिनट के लिए सादे पानी से भरे किसी बाल्टी या टब में डूबो कर रखें। 4. सूर्य की रोशनी में 20 मिनट का स्नान सूर्य की रोशनी से करें 5 मिनट सामने 5 मिनट पीछे 5 मिनट दाएं 5 मिनट बाएं भाग में धूप लगाएं। धूप लेट कर लेना चाहिए धूप की रोशनी लेते वक्त सर और आपको किसी सूती कपड़े से ढक ले। 5. हर 3 घंटे में लंबा गहरा श्वास अंदर लें उसको थोड़ी देर रोकें और फिर सांस को खाली करें। खाली करने के बाद फिर से रुके और फिर लंबा गहरा सांस ले। यह एक चक्र है ऐसा दिन में 10 चक्र करें केवल एक शर्त का पालन करें जब आप लंबा गहरा सांस ले रहे हैं तो अपनी रीढ़ की हड्डी को सीधा रखें ऐसा करने से आपके शरीर में ऑक्सीजन की मात्रा का बढ़ेगी और ऑक्सीजन का संचार सुचारू रूप से हो पाएगा। 6.सुबह खीरा 1/2 भाग धनिया पत्ती (10 ग्राम) पीस लें, 100 ml पानी मिला कर पीएँ। यह juice आ कई प्रकार के ले सकते हैं। पेठे (ash guard ) का जूस लें और कुछ नहीं लेना है। नारियल पानी भी ले सकते हैं। पालक पत्ते धो कर पीस कर 100 ml पानी डाल पीएँ। दुब घास 25 ग्राम पीस कर छान कर 100 ml पानी में मिला कर पीएँ। कच्चे सब्ज़ी का जूस आपका मुख्य भोजन है। 2 घंटे बाद फल नाश्ते में लेना है। फल को चबा कर खाएँ। इसका juice ना लें। फल सूखे फल नाश्ते में लें।दोपहर के खाने में सलाद नट्स और अंकुरित अनाज के साथ सलाद में हरे पत्तेदार सब्ज़ी को डालें और नारियल पीस कर मिलाएँ। कच्चा पपीता 50 ग्राम कद्दूकस करके डालें। कभी सीताफल ( yellow pumpkin)50 ग्राम ऐसे ही डालें। कभी सफ़ेद पेठा (ash guard) 30 ग्राम कद्दूकस करके डालें। ऐसे ही ज़ूकीनी 50 ग्राम डालें।कद्दूकस करके डालें।कभी काजू बादाम अखरोट मूँगफली भिगोए हुए पीस कर मिलाएँ। लाल, हरा, पीला शिमला मिर्च 1/4 हिस्सा हर एक का मिलाएँ। लें। बिना नींबू और नमक के लें। स्वाद के लिए नारियल और herbs मिलाएँ। रात के खाने में इस अनुपात से खाना खाएँ 2 कटोरी सब्ज़ी के साथ 1कटोरी चावल या 1रोटी लेएक बार पका हुआ खाना रात को 7 बजे से पहले लें। 7. एक नियम हमेशा याद रखें ठोस(solid) खाने को चबा कर तरल (liquid) बना कर खाएँ। तरल को मुँह में घूँट घूँट पीएँ। खाना ज़मीन पर बैठ कर खाएँ। खाते वक़्त ना तो बात करें और ना ही TV और mobile को देखें।ठोस भोजन के तुरंत बाद या बीच बीच में जूस या पानी ना लें। भोजन हो जाने के एक घंटे बाद तरल पदार्थ ले सकते हैं।हफ़्ते में एक दिन उपवास करें। शाम तक केवल पानी लें, प्यास लगे तो ही पीएँ। शाम 5 बजे नारियल पानी और रात 8 बजे सलाद लें। 8. उपवास के अगले दिन किसी प्राकृतिक चिकित्सक के देख रेख में टोना लें। जिससे आँत की प्रदाह को शांत किया जा सके। एनिमा किट मँगा लें। यह किट ऑनलाइन मिल जाएगा। इससे 200 ml पानी गुदाद्वार से अंदर डालें और प्रेशर आने पर मल त्याग करें। ऐसा दिन में दो बार करना है अगले 21 दिनों के लिए। ये करना है ताकि शरीर में मोजुद विषाणु निष्कासित हो जाये। इसके बाद हफ़्ते में केवल एक बार लेना है उपवास के अगले दिन। टोना का फ़ायदा तभी होगा जब आहार शुद्धि करेंगे। धन्यवाद। रूबी, प्राकृतिक जीवनशैली प्रशिक्षिका व मार्गदर्शिका (Nature Cure Guide & Educator)

Hello Mahipreet, Menopause and hypothyroid both make the body sluggish and as menopause is a physiological process hypothyroid happens due to what we have been putting in our body, which is eating a tamasic diet (adulterated, rotten and unhealthy junk is considered as tamasic).In this case, when we load our body with this kind of food, our metabolism becomes sluggish, "hypo" thyroid happens. Here, our body starts pushing on more to reach an optimal level of functioning. Now as our body already in a sluggish state, immunity is weakened. Our metabolism is surely going to become slow leading to shortness in breath, vision problems, nutrients not reaching the body causes hair thinning and low libido reflects everything accordingly. The main thing to treat this multidimensional illness should be about everything, food, meditation, sleep, and exercise which amalgamate for good health and reach your optimal solution. Eat: The first thing in the morning is to start your day with something light in nature. Easy to digest is what your breakfast should be because they are the kind of nutrients that get absorbed easily. Even the early morning ritual should include consumption of two-three glasses of warm water will help in flushing out all the toxins. The ideal diet would be to depend on fruits and raw vegetable intake for at least one month and refrain from something oil-based. Hy.. I highly suggest you to first try to rule out the real root cause of the problem, there are so many types of acne which can be due to Hormonal imbalance- pcos,pcod Wrong eating habits. Digestive problems/ indigestion Increased sebum production Decreased intake of water/ dehydration. Try to find the root cause and then solve the problem accordingly. Tea tree oil is an anti-bacterial, anti-inflammatory in nature wash your face and apply the tea tree oil on affected area keep it for full night and wash your face in the morning. Short fasting of 2-3 days(Juice fasting) will help in solving the digestive system problems like acidity etc which can be one of the leading cause.
