I had my gall bladder removed in 2007 but after that I started having acid reflux issues, I’ve had it for almost 8 years now and I took medications as needed. But now it’s bothering me a lot more and my doctor wants me to have pills on a very regular basis and an increased dosage on that. I will have to start medication right now but I am looking for natural ways to reduce it. Please help!

Hello. Try having not more than one grain meal in a day. For eg: If you are eating roti / chawal in lunch, keep breakfast & dinner grain free. That's because grains are difficult to digest foods & most of the grains are acidic. In breakfast you can have fruits - as is or in the form of juices or smoothies, dairy-free & sugar-free though. In nature cure there is no concept like this m. This is the language of the medical field which unfortunately all of us are used to either understanding or speaking. Depends on how bad the kidney has deteriorated at this point . Is it at the level of dialysis - basically acute or chronic. High bp must usually be also a symptom of kidney issues. I would advice anyone to be on full raw without any nuts or seeds. Raw includes only fruits veggies and green leaves in this context. Ofcourse doctors say no banana mangoes etc, but have in moderation. Once a week dry to water fasting Daily 16 hrs fasting - from dinner to next lunch. Kidneys basically needs a break from work to focus on healing. For this to happen fasting is the best mode to heal. Eliminations of toxins will happen, headaches fever cold coughs pains in abdomen etc can happen, but sticking to raw is the best. Ask yourself why did creatinine go down in the first place.. this is just a side effect. Fixing the root cause - kidney malfunctioning, why is kidney malfunctioning, because there is so much toxin and protein in the 1-1.5 gallons of blood which goes through cleansing in the kidney 20 times each hour. There are millions of filters in the kidney and when each of them start to clog bcoz of the viscous blood and toxic blood, they stop filtering. If you don’t wash your tea filter daily, over time the filter has to be soaked in water, burnt over the fire and then dusted or cleaned. Likewise, the poor kidneys needs to have clean blood to purify. For the blood to be clean, the body needs to be leading a healthy lifestyle eating foods that heal, that body recognize more ( raw ). Hi. Our body speaks to us through signals. A migraine is the body's way of telling you to slow down. It never happens all of a sudden, no illness/disease happens all of a sudden. It's only when we miss out listening to our body, that it is forced to give us bigger & bigger signals. It happened with me in 2014. I was getting health issues one after the other & each was bigger than the previous one. But once I understood the body's self-healing powers & nourished myself with good food, air and thoughts, everything became ok. I always lived with a nagging headache issue, but now it has vanished. So where did I slow down? Two places - 1. foods - Eat easy to digest Natural Foods so that the body gets its deserved time of rest, else it is always busy in digestion. 2. thoughts - I worked on my stress levels, made a conscious effort to engage in joyous activities, used a few techniques like journalling, visualisations, affirmations. Do you eat three hours before bedtime? If you eat just before bedtime, body is busy digesting food and it may be uncomfotable to get into sleep mode. Are you on your electronic device before sleep? The blue light is known to interfere in sleep patterns. So try to be off your gardgets atleast an hour before you sleep. Sleep on time. Body likes regularity. Offload your worries by journaling before bedtime for a restful sleep. My grandmom applies some sesame oil to her feet and covers with socks before sleeping. I am not sure about the answer to the first question. It depends on how many days you started a raw diet and how many days you have been raw. Initially it will be difficult till your gut adjusts to the new food. For the second question, grains have hard to digest fibre which irritates the colon. It tries to throw out such food faster. Please observe that on the days you eat wheat and rice, elimination may be faster but you will feel sluggish and there will be a feeling of heaviness in the body

You could try having a concoction of lemon juice diluted with equal amount of water. Have it every 3-4 hours. Basically with high uric acid your body is more acidic than alkaline, u have to restore the balance by upping the alkaline foods. Hope you don’t take dairy and wheat? These leave a high acidic residue in the body. Start your day with soaked raisins. - they are highly alkaline.

Hi! While it may not click with our rationale immediately, I read in an article that skin health like our overall health is deeply related to sleep as well. It is highly recommended that we get a peaceful, good night's sleep of 8 hours, in complete darkness, on a daily basis. May be that's why its called beauty sleep! The logic is, sleep is the time when your body does all the repair and correction work. That applies to the skin as well - the body would work on the skin to get rid of dry cells and replenish with new cells. So try getting good sleep, regularly!

Coffee per se will not deter your chances of conceiving.Having said that however,your terrain has to be “clean”in order to sustain life. Have lotsa fruits veggies cold pressed veggie juices nuts seed sprouts .Other than nutrition ,rest exercise sunlight deactivation are also important.Your mental health emotional health perception of life attitude all play a vital role .A cup of coffee here and there wont matter. By the way I conceived after 8 years of marriage.Did whatever everybody told me to do,ate what everyone told me to eat , followed all the “spiritual gurus advice “,used to get my ovulation monitered every month, was totally on bed rest from day one when I conceived twice which eventually ended in miscarriages, Dr Dang used to send his technicians home for my blood samples since I was on bed rest.Nothing worked.I was fed up of doctor shopping .... even went to Anirudh Malpani ... the famous infertility specialist( he was my college mate) Finally I was under Dr Soonawala’s ( from Mumbai )care. I used to meet him every month that he came to Delhi .... had umpteen check ups done .... results were all clear .... nothing wrong with either of us.Tocut a long story short finally when I did conceive I was in my third month climbing 900 steps of a famous temple in my 4 inch heels and not aware that I had conceived. POINT :Que Sera Sera .In retrospect what matters isjust be healthy & happy. Leave the rest in Almighty’shands. A cup coffee kuch nahi bigadega.All the best to you.
