Inside an average home, we take around a thousand steps a day to move about, which is a good 0.76 kilometre. Hearty Warm Tomato Soup - get the goodness of veggies
This is a wonderful winter soup. If vegetables are cooked too long they lose their enzymes & nutrition. Thus we usually steam the veggies where needed. Or mostly keep them crunchy, say in the following recipe adding them only at the end. We also do not heat or reheat or boil too much. Idea is to retain flavour and color of veggies! 1. Oil pulling. 2. Deep breathing for 45 minutes daily. Three seconds inhalation and seven seconds exhalation. 3. Simple neck rotation exercise, preferably early morning. 4. Sun bathing 30 minutes daily. Cervical spondylitis is sign of nervous system signal congestion in neck region. Check why this increase of signals is taking place. Heart, lungs and face are the place where you got to look for toxins accumulation as all nerves from these region concentrate in cervical region of spinal cord.
I am 45 years of age! My hair was never heavy but lately I have been observing that it has thinned out considerably and decreasing further! Could you pl help?

If you are on a healthy detox diet then hair fall is very common . It will pick up in a year or two. Hair is not essential for life or it’s not one of the vitals for living and hence hair falls and regrows as healing is happening and when body finds surplus resources and vital force to pay attn to hair, it will. However, if you are on a sedentary,stressful non vegan lifestyle then toxins are catching up. Please look up other posts here to see how you can get back to a healthy lifestyle. But there is no immediate fix for hair fall. I have posted a recipe for a natural hair wash. Please do that consistently and given healing from within and outside with this hair wash, the hair fall will slowly stabilise. Toxin accumulation is the prime cause of diseases, they happen from three sources - physical, chemical and emotional. Physical is the environment you live in, primarily air we breathe and water we drink must be clean. Chemical constitutes all food we have, soaps, shampoos, creams, etc that we put in our body must be clean. Emotional toxin is one aspect that is 100% individual's power to control, meditation and prayers are the best. Since you asked for 10 things, I will try to complete the list as under:- 1. Get up at 5 AM daily. 2. Oil pulling. 3. Deep breathing for 30 minutes. 4. Meditation for 30 minutes. 5. Start your day with green leafy juice at 12 PM. 6. Two percent of body weight will give your approximate intake of fruits and raw vegetables daily. If one is 60 kg then the 2% is 1200 grams, this means one must have 600 grams fruits and 600 grams raw vegetables daily. 7. Simple stretching exercise or yoga asanas for Spinal Cord. 8. Use of only Organic Cold pressed coconut oil for skin. 9. Minimum two bananas daily. 10. Minimum two sqaure inch of coconut giri daily.
I find it very confusing and overwhelming to figure out what to eat and what not to eat. Healthy feels boring, but am doing it because someone told me to. Do I have to be on raw all through my life?

Lifestyle is a way of life that you love body mind and spirit. If you live a conflicted life, your mind and heart being elsewhere and you looking at a healthy way of life as a diet then it’s likely that you won’t see results. Living a happy life with junk may not kill as opposed to living a conflicted life with raw. I have worked with someone who was a raw vegan but suffered a high bp. So unless you are at peace with anything, it’s a crime to your body in doing it. Make peace with ur lifestyle or follow something that your heart asks. You may be wrong, but you will come back to the right reasons overtime.

Hi, you can boil few leaves of kadi patta in coconut oil. After it cools down, you can add baal jhad herb to it. Apply it overnight and shampoo the next day. Apply it thrice a week.
My husband has diabetes (type 2) for last 10 years and hypertensive for last 20 years. He gets mouth ulcers frequently. This is a problem since childhood but now aggravated. How can i take special care for diet to keep him and his heart healthy?

Please tell him to exercise daily. He should do light exercise, based on his comfort. Deep breathing is very good as it helps eliminate toxins through breath. Also sufficient amount of oxygen reach all the cells of the body & that promotes cellular health. If cells are healthy, they can do all body functions properly & then we are healthy.
Is it ok to add Splenda in my tea?

Absolutely not. It’s an artificial sweetener. Anything that’s artificial and not natural interferes with the body functions and creates a toxic load. Toxicity is the cause of all diseases, big or small. Try adding jaggery instead.
