Hello Sudha, Vitamin D is an essential nutrient that your body needs for many vital processes, including building and maintaining strong bones. Vitamin D is necessary for calcium absorption and bone health. The dosage recommendation for Vitamin D is 600 - 1200 IU per day but some people may need heavier doses to reach and maintain healthy blood levels. Low Vitamin D level has become a problem across the globe nowadays. Here are some ways that may help you to restore deficiency of Vitamin D. Some tips for Vitamin D Get sunlight exposure daily in the morning for about 20 minutes. Some medications may also result.in decreased Vitamin D levels. So, keep a check on the medications you take. Some underlying diseases such as Crohn's disease also lead to Vitamin D deficiency. So, if you have any other underlying disease, that needs to be treated. GERD means gastroesophageal reflux disease on which stomach acid or bile irritates the food pipe. It is a common digestion related problem that is faced by many people nowadays because of the sedentary lifestyle and wrong choices of food. Intake of a high fatty diet, oily, and spicy foods results in improper digestion which ultimately leads to digestive issues like acidity, burping, etc. Vitamin deficiency means you are not getting enough vitamins to stay healthy. Vitamin B12 is also necessary for the body as it also has its own importance. It helps to make your DNA and red blood cells. And you have to take Vitamin B12 on a regular basis as the body doesn't store it for long. Along with a correct diet, the adoption of a correct lifestyle is equally important. Diet Start the day with 3 to 4 glasses of warm water on an empty stomach. This will help to flush the toxins out of the body. Drink green tea twice a day, one in the morning on an empty stomach and the other at night before sleeping. Eat sprouts in your breakfast as they are light in nature and are rich in nutrients also. Drink freshly prepared homemade fruit juices. Have fresh, seasonal, and locally available fruits and vegetables. Don't use refined oils for cooking. Instead, use cold-pressed oil for cooking. Have Vitamin C rich diet like include lemon, oranges, amla, blueberries, etc in your diet. Drink plenty of water throughout the day. Exercise Physical activities are also essential for good digestion as it improves the blood circulation in the body and also the metabolism of the body. Start the day with a brisk morning walk of at least 30min. Do plank for 5min. Perform yoga asanas like bhujanga asana, trikona asana, paschimottan asana and padahasta asana. Do pranayam regularly for 15-20min, specially anulom-vilom and bhastrika pranayam. Sleep Good quality of sleep is also needed for good metabolism. Sometimes lack of sleep or bad quality sleep also leads to digestive issues like acidity, anorexia, etc. So, proper sleep is required. Take proper sleep of at least 7-8hours daily. Sleep early at night and also wake up early in the morning. Avoid using electronic gadgets like mobiles, tv, computers, laptops, etc at least 1hour before sleeping for an improved quality of sleep. Thank you

The inclusion of vegetable juice in your breakfast will help in giving the right amount of energy for the day. The next thing is going for a head massage, daily at night massage the head with coconut oil and aloe vera gel, this will help in soothing the nerves and reduce the episode of anxiety. Increasing Vitamin B12 and minerals in the diet will help in treating mood disorders. Chia seeds, flax seeds, pumpkin seeds, walnuts, almonds are a good sources of vitamin B 12. Exercise: Taking a brisk walk in the early morning sun rays helps in treating all the problems, as the sun helps in treating the mood and freshen us for the whole day. Early morning walk is recommendable. Even Suryanamaskar will help in treating the mental issues and will help in dealing with all problems, 12 sets a day is recommendable. If you are a beginner start with 6 and increase it. Meditation: Stop using the gadget an hour before sleep, you can use a fragrant diffuser where you can use essential oils, and then with the smell itself, you will start feeling calm. The next thing is to take 10 long deep breaths, and allow your body to relax, any thought which comes let it go do not resist. Saying the affirmation, I am healthy and happy" release each breath. This will help a lot in calming you. Sleep: Sleep is a very important part of treating any mental symptom, a sleep cycle of 90 minutes should be completed in order to get a sound body. This sleep cycle should be repeated 5 times. This makes 7-8 hours of healthy sleep. This will make your body and mind strong and refreshing. Hopefully, these suggestions will help. Thank you.

Hello Raghni, Ankylosing spondylosis is an inflammatory reaction that reduces the flexibility of the spine by fusing the small bones. According to our body, it is a functional change. But the natural cause is an accumulation of all toxins. That is what is causing pain in neck and back. Our blood starts reacting to the antigens, which are the result of our chronic high fat diet and sedentary lifestyle. Even bad posture is a cause of spondylitis. It is time to make some changes in the lifestyle in order to treat the condition effectively. From the neck to the lower back, it has a tendency to make our spine more rigid. Here are a few guidelines which you can keep in mind in order to heal. Eat: • Avoid alcohol. • Include calcium-rich food and increase vitamin D intake to support bone health. • Practice a diet that is rich in fruits, raw vegetables, and whole grains which will help in the treatment of ankylosing spondylosis. Start with oranges, sweet lime, sprouts, and sweet potato in order to gain immunity from Vitamin C-rich food. • Limit fats, animal products, processed or mixed foods, and try to drink 8 to 10 glasses of water each day. Exercise: Daily physical activity is crucial for people with this disease. This can reduce pain and also improve your mobility, posture and helps you maintain your flexibility. Practising good posture can help prevent spinal fusion in a stooped or deformed position. Not everyone will have a fusion in the spine, but practising good posture can help keep your spine in a place that looks and feels better. Posture exercises should be practised daily to have the best impact on cervical to back spine. Sitting on a chair, look on the front, flex your neck downwards bring it to centre, extend upwards bring it to centre. Then slowly rotate. Do this set 10 times in order to increase circulation and your flexibility is maintained. Massage can help you achieve that perfect mobility despite your disease. Massaging for 15-20 minutes is very important to improve blood circulation in that area. Massage with coconut or almond oil after warming it. Meditation: Practice mindful meditation. Deal with your stress. Allow positivity to be part of your life. Doing a 15-minute exercise before sleep about deep breathing will help in relaxing your mind, you can use music also for relaxation. Sleep: Sleeping for at least 7-8 hours is very important in order to completely relax. In sleep what our body does is go through is the process of repair. Relax yourself by taking a water bowl and 2-3 drops of essential oil, like orange and lavender which will help in relaxing the sleep. This will aid in treating any kind of inflammation. It is time to make ourselves healthier without disease hampering our growth. Hopefully, these suggestions will help. Thank you.

Hello User, It all starts from GUT if your gut is clean and healthy it will show in different areas of body. Regular consumption of fatty diet and highly spiced food, toxins are the primary cause of gastritis, our sedentary lifestyle also plays a role in this picture. Even the early morning ritual should include consumption of two-three glasses of warm water will help in flushing out all the toxins. Including a fiber-rich food item that helps in adding bulk to the stools, for example having apples, bananas, nuts, etc. which have a good amount of fiber in them. Have one tomato with black pepper in the evening time an hour before dinner. Before sleep, take an inch of ginger and boil in two cups of water with half a teaspoon of turmeric and honey. This will be soothing for your nerves and sleep. Exercise: Sitting in the position of Vajraasana will help in the treatment of gastritis. After your meals practice, this poses for better digestion and easy stools. A brisk walk in early morning sun from 30-45 minutes, helps in treating your body to its level best. Hello User, Nail rubbing improves the blood flow to the hair follicles, which strengthens it. Stronger hair follicles drastically reduce hair loss. Apart from nail rubbing, following tips will be helpful for healthy hair growth- Drinking water is essential to be hydrated and to keep the skin and hairs hydrated. Hence, drinking enough water during the day surely helps to keep the hairs healthy. Along with being hydrated, it is essential to have a good diet also. External factors like exposure to dust, chemicals and pollution are also the reason for damaged hair. Hence, it is important to protect your hairs from external factors. Foods to eat- Start the day with 3 to 4 glasses of warm water early in the morning on an empty stomach. This will help to eliminate the toxins out of the body. Drink green tea twice a day, one in the morning on an empty stomach and the other at night before sleeping. Eat soaked dry fruits and sprouts in the breakfast to get easily absorbable nutrients. Eat fresh, seasonal, and locally available fruits and vegetables. Include salads, nuts, and beans in your diet. Have whole grains like barley, millets, oats, etc. Use cold-pressed oil to cook instead of refined oils. Local application Mix amla powder with warm water. Keep it for around 2 hours. Then, apply it on your hairs and leave it for half an hour and then wash your hairs. Don't use any chemical-based products on your hair. Apply fresh aloe vera gel on your hairs. Protect your hair from dust, smoke, etc. Thank you

Hello User, As you have mentioned all the symptoms are of hypothyroidism if we correct this function of your body then we will definitely help you get rid of all the problems. Hypothyroid happens due to what we have been putting in our body, which is eating a tamasic diet (adulterated, rotten and unhealthy junk is considered as tamasic). In this case, when we load our body with this kind of food, our metabolism becomes sluggish, "hypo" thyroid happens. Here, our body starts pushing on more to reach an optimal level of functioning. Now as our boy already in a sluggish state, the immunity is weakened. The main thing to treat this multidimensional illness should be about everything, food, meditation, sleep, and exercise which amalgamate for good health and reach your optimal solution.
