Polycystic ovary disease (PCOD) is a condition that creates an imbalance in a woman's hormone levels. Here in this condition, women produce higher levels of male hormones which might make the women skip the menstrual periods, which is why you would see irregular menstrual periods in women who suffer from this condition. This condition is caused by insulin resistance, some genetical history or due to inflammation in the ovaries. Symptoms like irregular periods, abnormal hair growth, acne, weight gain, male pattern of baldness, darkening of skin and headaches are common in this condition. Before understanding the changes lets briefly look into the hormonal changes and imbalance which is occurring in the body. Whenever we consume food the body converts it into glucose and the rest is stored in the body as reserves for future use. When there is an imbalance int he body, the pancreas is trying to eliminate the toxic waste and at the same time trying to maintain the sugar levels, it gets too overwhelmed due to either too much toxic build-up or insufficient rest and repair. I have both pcod and kidney stone and low bone density and body strength. The diet I take for pcod is not good for my stone as i m not allowed to eat protein because of stone. I am getting weak day by day. Unable to understand that how should i cope up with both the issues?

Proteins are not necessary. We need amino acids Naina. That's good for both your stones and PCOD. PCOS is a result of the body malfunctioning due to lifestyle. Once the lifestyle is corrected and back on track, the body gets back to normal too. Whether it was emotional stress or physical stress and wrong food choices, a sedentary lifestyle, they all help each other mess the body’s normal functioning. I believe that people who are disciplined can reverse it in a few months. But this is a lifestyle and not a diet. Cysts are growths in the body that store toxins in it. Cysts are at the hardening stage of a disease progression in the body. If those toxins were roaming freely, it would have caused more damage. It’s hence the way of locking those toxins and viruses in a sack. Once a healthy plant-based lifestyle is followed, they will melt and be thrown out of the body. Your weight will also come under control once you remove the causes that have caused this imbalance. Kidneys are one of the 5 major excretory organs with a vital function in the body. They clean the blood at least 300 times per hr. They excrete the metabolic waste from the blood including medicines and bad food wastes. Dinner 2-3 hrs before sleep with Gluten-free, oil-free, unpolished grains or dals 30% and 70% veggies. Please take enema for 30 days with Luke warm water and then slowly reduce the frequency, this is not a substitute for a daily nature call. Consult an expert as needed. Include some exercises that involve moving all your parts (neck, shoulder, elbows, wrist, hip bending twisting, squats, knees, ankles). Join a gym and start weight training. Do yoga for flexibility. See if u can go to the morning sun for at least 30 mins in a day. Ensure that you are asleep between 10 pm -2 pm which is when the body needs deep sleep. Place a wet cloth on your tummy for 30 mins daily. What to Avoid:- Avoid refined oils, fried food, packaged ready to eat foods, dairy in any form including ghee, refined salt, and sugar, gluten, refined oils, coffee, tea, and alcohol. नमस्ते प्रिया जी मेरुदंड ( स्पाइन) सीधा करके बैठें, हमेशा इस बात ध्यान रखें और हफ़्ते में ३ दिन मेरुदंड का स्नान करें। मेरुदंड स्नान के लिए अगर टब ना हो तो एक मोटा तौलिया गीला कर लें बिना निचोरे उसको बिछा लें और अपने मेरुदंड को उस स्थान पर रखें। सर पर सूती कपड़ा बाँध कर उसके ऊपर खीरा और मेहंदी या करी पत्ते का पेस्ट लगाएँ,नाभि पर खीरा का पेस्ट लगाएँ।पैरों को 20 मिनट के लिए सादे पानी से भरे किसी बाल्टी या टब में डूबो कर रखें सोने से पहले।सुबह ख़ाली पेट आधा खीरा ५ पुदीने या करी पत्ते के साथ पिस कर उसमें १०० ml पानी मिला कर पिएँ। जूस को मुँह में रख कर एक बार सहज स्वाँस लें फिर घूँट अंदर लें। २ घंटे बाद कोई bhi एक तरीक़े का फल नाश्ते में लें।फल को ठीक से चबा कर खाएँ, कोई नमक या चाट मसला या चीनी, दूध मिक्स ना करें। सलाद दोपहर १ बजे, बिना नमक के खाएँ तो अच्छा होगा क्योंकि नमक सलाद के गुणों को कम कर देता है रात के खाने में इस अनुपात से खाना खाएँ २ कटोरी सब्ज़ी के साथ १ कटोरी चावल या १ रोटी लें, ८ बजे के बाद कुछ ना खाएँ, १२ घंटे का (gap) अंतराल रखें ८ बजे रात से ८ बजे सुबह तक कुछ नहीं खाना है, खाना अच्छी तरह चबा कर खाएँ, खाने के १ घंटे बाद पानी पीएँ, खाने के बीच में या खाने के तुरंत बाद पानी पीने से खाना हज़म ठीक से नहीं होता है।जानवरों से उपलब्ध होने वाले भोजन वर्जित हैं तेल,मसाला, और (wheat) गेहूँ से परहेज़ करेंगे तो बहुत लाभ होगा। सूर्य उदय के एक घंटे बाद या सूर्य अस्त के एक घंटे पहले का धूप शरीर को ज़रूर लगाएँ सर और आँख को किसी सुती कपड़े से ढक कर। गहरा स्वाँस अंदर भरें, रुकें फिर पूरा स्वाँस ख़ाली कर के रुकें, साँस लें ते एक चक्र है ऐसे 10 चक्र करें, जितनी देर स्वाँस को सहजता से रोक सकें उतना ही रोकें। अनुलोम विलोम भी10 मिनट के लिए करें और भ्रमरी प्राणायाम 10मिनट के लिए करें।

The polycystic ovarian disease is commonly known as pcod. Although the exact cause factor is not known, there is a possibility of irregular diet habits and hormonal problems that may lead to pcod. Apple cider vinegar can reduce the symptoms of pcod as it may bring a balanced level in sugar. So there is a chance for reducing weight. Approximately 15 to 30 ml should be consumed daily. This may be taken before/ after food. 15 ml is sufficient. Pcod can be well treated through naturopathy and yoga. Learn and practice yoga daily. This will balance the hormonal imbalance and pcod problem also would be solved. Avoid snacks in any form as this is the main cause of pcod. Have lots of fruits and raw vegetables daily. A cold Hip bath daily in the empty stomach would help you. A cold /wet cloth application daily on an empty stomach would help you Mud application on the abdomen daily on the stomach would also help you. Full mud bath also would help you.

Hi, PCOD is a metabolic disorder. It is an imbalance of hormones. To understand this lets briefly see the working of the body in this context.In mature females, every month the pituitary gland which is located at the base of the brain produces 2 female sex hormones.These hormones work in such a way to create a balance in the body which leads to either fertilization or if not fertilised leads to the monthly menstrual cycle. Estrogen and progesterone are the hormones that regulate the menstrual cycle. If there is an hormonal imbalance in the body it leads to PCOS. In this condition a cyst or an abnormal growth in the uterus develops . This happens when over a period of time, the body is unable to eliminate the toxins from the body and they accumulate and form cysts. The cysts can dissolve when the right lifestyle choices are made. This includes maintaining of right body weight, physical activity and healthy lifestyle changes. That includes removal of all animal products including dairy, removal of packed and processed foods and include lots of raw vegetables, fruits, nuts and seeds. Actually it's harmonically problem. It's causes are most of depends on our lifestyle. Now a days we face too much of stress and take the junkfoods regularly. And also get our brain too much stress thus as the disorder of our hormones this problems appears. We have to meditate, daily exercise, timely arrange a tour to calm our mind. Spare some time for us. And avoid junk food and take green vegies and fruit in diet. Fix your lunch and dinner time. It will cure the problem . But will take a time
