As the stressors in today's lifestyle have increased be it for a person working at home or corporate lifestyle everything needs to be tackled in a healthy manner. A lifestyle filled with green vegetables, fruits, exercise, and meditation will sort your issues. With the following advice, we are sure you will be able to treat everything in a holistic way. Eat: Start the day with two-three glasses of warm water, this will help in flushing out the toxins and improve the state of metabolism by increasing it. The next thing is the inclusion of vegetable juice in your breakfast as this will help in giving the right amount of energy for the day. Going for a head massage, daily at night massage the head with coconut oil and aloe vera gel, this will help in soothing the nerves and reduce the episode of anxiety. Keep at least two hours gap between your food and your sleep timing at night. You can also choose to have vegetable juice in your breakfast to give your stomach relief and this is an easier way to absorb all the nutrients. Stay hydrated. Sleep: Sleep is a very important part of treating any mental symptom, a sleep cycle of 90 minutes should be completed in order to get a sound body. This sleep cycle should be repeated 5 times. Hi there, Back pain is one of the common back problem experienced by almost everyone in day to day life which can occur even without any underlying disease or conditions such as excessive use of back muscles while work out (gym, lifting weights ), overstraining of back muscles while stretching or doing exercises, wrong posture ( sitting, standing or sleeping ) etc..; It is very important to learn and maintain or keep your back healthy. Back pain may occur due to spine ailments or muscle problems ( spasm, strain ). • Avoid lifting heavyweight, this can overstrain your back muscles and cause problem to your spine as well. • Stick to the whole plant based diet which includes fruits, vegetables, seeds and nuts. They can provide you all the nutrients required to maintain your body healthy. • Correcting the postures is very important. Wrong postures including sitting, standing or sleeping can worsen the conditions. • Full or partial body massage can help relieve back pain by increasing the blood flow over the affected area. Using essential oil for massage always has a good health benefits. • Ice massage for 10-15 minutes can help reduce inflammation on the back. Apply ice directly or indirectly before strengthening exercise. • Heat application such as hot fomentation or moist heat for 5-10 minutes can help increase blood flow to the strained muscles and relief pain. •Reducing weight is the best possible and precautionary measure in order to get relieve from back pain. ADHD includes a combination of persistent problems such as difficulty sustaining attention, hyperactivity and impulsive behavior. Children with ADHD may also trouble with poor relationships, low self esteem and poor performance in studies. While treatment won't cure ADHD, it can help a great deal with symptoms. Treatment involves behavioral interventions. The exact cause of ADHD is not known. Factors that are involved in the development of ADHD include genetics, environment or problems with the central nervous system. How to prevent it? During pregnancy Avoid anything that could harm fetal development. For example, don't drink alcohol, use recreational drugs or smoke cigarettes. Protect your child from exposure to pollutants and toxins Pollutants like dust, pollens, smoke and toxins in the environment may trigger the problem. Also, cigarette smokes and lead paint may also trigger. Limit screen time Children below the age of 5 years should not watch tv, computers, video games and laptops. Rays that come out of it may harm the patient. Meditation Meditation is very helpful in curing any health issue, specially when it comes to the problems that are related to nervous system. So, practice meditation regularly. Meditate for about 30min daily. Diet to follow- Drink 3 to 4 glasses of warm water in the morning on an empty stomach. This will help to flush the toxins out of the body. Include Vitamin C in your diet like have blueberries, oranges, lemon, amla, etc. Eat soaked raisins, dry fruits, and sprouts to get them easily absorbable nutrients. Have a fibre-rich diet. Eat salads, fresh fruits, and vegetables. Also, drink freshly prepared homemade fruit juices with fibres. This will help in the movement of stool and will add bulk to the stool, so that, it can be removed easily from the body. Drink plenty of water throughout the day. Exercise Doing exercise or yoga daily will help to improve the blood circulation in the body and also to improve the metabolism of the body. Take a brisk morning walk of at least 30min. Perform pranayam regularly, specially anulom-vilom and bhastrika pranayam. Do suryanamaskar daily. Perform paschimottan asana, trikona asana, gomukha asana and padahasta asana. Sleep Sleeping is important to maintain the circadian rhythm, it also maintains our metabolism and reduces stress levels. Therefore, take proper sleep of at least 7-8 hours daily. Sleep early at night at around 10 pm and also wake up early in the morning at around 6 am. Read books before sleeping for a good quality sleep. Thank you
