Hello User, The basic pathology behind the slipped disc is inflammation, when the body gets inflammed at our vertebral column. The nerve roots gets sensitive, the disc which is a fibrous pad and helps in absorbing the shock ,the body gets during the trauma slips from its needed place. This inflammation starts because our body is having problem at the postural level, we are so much in touch with our sedentary lifestyle that our body is not getting needed blood supply due to our bad posture. That is why herniation takes place. It is both the combination of diet and exercise and achieve a good health. Take one tablespoon of gond with a glass of warm water in the morning, this will help in increase bones and muscle strength. During evenings after meal, take one inch of ginger with one teaspoon of lmon and one cup of water this will help in treating inflammation. Hot fomentation on the affected area will help in blood vessels to dilate and the blood supply in the area to increase which reduces inflammation. Exercise: Taking a brisk walk in the early morning sun rays helps in treating all the problems, as the sun helps in treating the mood and freshen us for the whole day, it stimulates our system and strengthens our immunity. Early morning walk is recommended. Even sleeping in the area where there is adequate sun and expose your back for 5-10 minutes from it, this will help in activating the cell and increasing the blood supply in the area. Matsyasana, Setu Bandh Sarvangasana, Kapotasana, perform each pose in the same order by holding for 5-10 seconds. This will hep in strengthening the back. Meditation: Stop using the gadget on hour before sleep, you can use a fragrant diffuser where you can use essential oils and then with the smell itself you will start feeling calm. Rosemary and lavender oil will be helpful. Take 10 long deep breaths, and allow your body to relax, any thought which comes, let it go do not resist. Say the affirmation, "I am healthy and happy" with each breath. This will help in curbing all your issues even in the long run. Even doing it during the episode of anxiety is very helpful. Going through a deep tissue massage is very helpful in this state as it hastens the process of healing slip disc herniation. Sleep: The sleep is a very important part of treating any mental symptom, a sleep cycle of 90 minutes should be completed in order to get a sound body. This sleep cycle should be repeated 5 times. Here let us talk about what is the change we have to keep in with diet and lifestyle and how do we correct it. Cold, cough and sore throat are co-related with each other, where the body's immunity is generally hampered and with this, we have to keep our body-safe. The body's immunity is vulnerable because of the fact that the body is continuously getting exposed to toxic things in the environment and our diet which need to be protected from. Herewith a change of lifestyle, we are not only treating the accumulated toxins at an episode level but also preventing the future in relapses. Now let us follow these four things, in order to deal with the body's immunity. Inducing legumes in the diet is also another good way of treating these symptoms. Mulethi again is a rich ancient herb to treat cold and cough, so you can start with having one teaspoon mulethi with one teaspoon of honey, make a paste and have it. You can consume thrice a day keeping an hour gap from your regular meals. A Tulsi leaf has given with a glass of warm water, empty stomach in the morning will help in removing the toxins and accelerate healing. Exercise: Now let us understand the exercise part: Deep breathing exercise like pranayama will be helpful in the treatment of the problem. Doing cat and cow pose from our yoga books helps in improving lung capacity and clear the respiratory tract from toxins. Go out for an early morning walk in the sun, which will help you in taking in fresh air and sun will activate the cells. Meditation: This is the right time to start with meditation. Don’t worry. Your body is young and you can reverse this easily in few months and manage a healthy and fit lifestyle forever. With animal products in your meals, acidity in the body increases and the body will suck all the alkaline enzymes to maintain homeostasis. If high acidic foods ( not coming under category of fruits veg veggies greens majorly) are injested, their ph is less than normal, the stomach does not need to make it acidic to process. The pancreas won’t produce the alkaline buffers to the blood to neutralise the acidity raised by the stomach. So this acidic food in its state reaches the next few levels like the duodenum which are not geared for this ph level and bile from liver and gallbladder is called to rescue this balance. As this bile continues to be overproduced, liver becomes tired. If liver and gallbladder are not in a good working condition, enough Bile is not made available in the duodenum, and this is how acidic food reaches the intestines. . As liver weakens, the body cleaning is also compromised and blood continues to carry acidic toxins that have the liver could not manage and have reached the intestines where nutrients get absorbed. I went to acidity in the blood goes up, the blood first uses of the alkaline buffers present in its blood plasma to bring the blood closer to an alkaline pH. Unfortunately because of continuous supply of acidic foods to the body, the level of alkaline buffers is often very low. If the blood pH value falls below this range, then all the bodily fluids such as urine, lymphatic fluid, semen, Cerebrospinal fluids, saliva everything starts becoming acidic. This disrupts all the cellular function in the body and disturbs the balance. To prevent such a state of decline, the blood starts reducing its acidity by neutralising it with one of the most alkaline substance in the body that is calcium from the bones. So blood starts dissolving the calcium from the bones in its self to reach an ideal pH level. This is also called leaching of calcium. Blood is a supplier and also a retriever . It will choose parts of the bone where it can leach very quickly such as the ends of the bones . As it continues to do so, that part of the joint weakens that’s producing a pain and inflammation. There will also be severe obstruction of blood flow, the viscosity of blood will be thicker. All these factors lead to the accumulation of toxins across the body. The fluids in the body comprises of 25% blood which supplies nutrition and 75% of lymphatic fluids to collect the waste from trillions of cells and take it to all the excretory organs. When excretory organs are already sluggish because of accumulation of waste that can’t be expelled as organs are unable to function effectively. Start juicing in the morning till 12 PM. Start your day with half a litre of cucumber juice followed by fruits for next hunger. Do not have any cooked breakfast. Later have vegetable Salads with greens. Only for dinner have wholefood plant-based gluten free cooked food with 30% millets and 70% vegetables cooked without any oil ( very important). Grains are also acidic as it’s not our natural food. You cannot chew and eat it raw. We are not birds. So limit the qty of grains dals etc. it’s eaten only for taste and satisfaction only and not to keep yourself healthy . You will see better results replacing this meal also with raw foods Add yoga pranayama as much as possible and improve as health gets better. Remove dairy eggs meat fish absolutely from ur life in all forms. Remove sugar , fried foods , ready to eat foods from packets , coffee tea green tea alcohol etc. Exposure to sunlight for 40 mins is mandatory Check this journey to know that bones also heal when conditions are right http://www.wellcure.com/health-journeys/70/strengthening-brittle-bones-a-child-s-shift-to-good-health-against-all-odds Thanks Be blessed Smitha Hemadri (Educator of natural healing practices)

I had tennis elbow few months back and was cured after medication from a doctor. But now again I got the same problem. Should I consult the doctor again or should I try the same medication as before?

Suppressing a problem with chemicals is not always the solution. The solution is to get to the root cause of tennis elbow and address it. If you had done that, you would not have faced the same issue. Bone weakness has become a common ailment. Almost all the ladies beyond 35years of age have leg pains, knee pains, heel pains. All these are due to the eroding of calcium in the bones. Where is all the calcium going? Did your body stop making it? No, your body is continuing to make it, but your acidic lifestyle is sucking the calcium to maintain homeostasis in your body because calcium is a great antacid. This continues to get worse if you don't change the foods you consume and how you live. My own mom has suffered this a lot and is now pain-free only because she has changed her lifestyle. Foods like milk, dead animal tissue, eggs, fish, grains, beans, etc are acid dominate foods that mean more inflammation in the body. Inflammation is simply just a reaction caused by acid accumulation in the body. Over time, this accumulation leads to systemic acidosis and inflammation in the body. If you eat foods that are alkaline such as fruits, veggies, and greens, they clean the body and promote the detoxification process then you can avoid creating a problem where the body is forced to rob calcium from bones. In addition to this, expose yourself to plenty of sunlight daily. Sun energy helps to make vitamin D and promotes the healthy production of essential minerals needed in the body. Avoid all animal foods especially stay miles away from all forms of dairy, refined sugar, processed junk, fried foods, gluten, oil, etc. all of these add to the acidity already in the body. Slowly as the problem starts healing once you are following a disciplined plant-based lifestyle, then start functional exercises to strengthen the arms in addition to the overall body. If you want to reach me and go through a guided step by step relief from all your problems, then reach me. Be blessed Smitha Hemadri (educator of natural healing practices)
The basic rhythm of our glands
Today there is a big rise in hormonal issues like PCOS and Thyroidism (Hypo or Hyper). Hormones take care of many functions of the whole body and help us continue our day to day activities with ease. But hormones are out of sync in today's lifestyle. How can we take care of this issue? Hormones get imbalanced because our glands do not release and stop them at the correct time i.e an overproduction or underproduction. The mechanism of systematic functioning is necessary for the harmonious function of our body. The feedback mechanism includes sending of hormones to the particular organ as per need and the gland controls when to stop sending hormones. But in some cases, this feedback mechanism stops functioning smoothly and this is when the disease starts. So how we can make our glands healthier with the correct diet and exercise for the Seven Major glands? 1.Testes and Ovaries: The sexual glands - testes in males and ovaries in females are the reproductive glands Pr

Read this article https://www.wellcure.com/body-wisdom/6/can-you-make-changes-to-relieve-your-cervical-spondylitis My mom had a similar issue which she absolutely reversed via lifestyle and exercises. She got it when she was quite stressed and hardpressed for time as a teacher and long-standing hrs and hand usage writing on boards. So good news is this can heal brilliantly. Lifestyle changes combined with the right food and exercises only work. People have also healed from slip discs. Please remember that you may have got injured as a child and those bones may be weak too. You can’t blame your lifestyle issues on a weak bone. Yes, to balance the acidic body environment, blood can choose to target that area to leach calcium. With animal products like dairy meat eggs fish in your meals, acidity in the body increases and the body will suck all the alkaline enzymes to maintain homeostasis. If high acidic foods ( not coming under category of fruits veg veggies greens majorly) are ingested, their ph is less than normal, the stomach does not need to make it acidic to process. The pancreas won’t produce the alkaline buffers to the blood to neutralise the acidity raised by the stomach. So this acidic food in its state reaches the next few levels like the duodenum which are not geared for this ph level and bile from the liver and gallbladder is called to rescue this balance. As this bile continues to be overproduced, the liver becomes tired. If liver and gallbladder are not in a good working condition, enough Bile is not made available in the duodenum, and this is how acidic food reaches the intestines. Unfortunately because of the continuous supply of acidic foods to the body, the level of alkaline buffers is often very low. Blood is a supplier and also a retriever. It will choose parts of the bone where it can leach very quickly such as the ends of the bones. As it continues to do so, that part of the joint weakens and produces pain and inflammation. There will also be severe obstruction of blood flow, the viscosity of blood will be thicker. All these factors lead to the accumulation of toxins across the body. Know about acid-alkaline balance https://www.wellcure.com/body-wisdom/1/do-you-know-about-the-body-s-acid-alkaline-balance Follow. High raw foods - Start with juices till 12, fruits greens for lunch, veggies post that for 10-15 days. Then add cooked gluten-free and oil-free for dinner. Respecting the circadian rhythm https://www.wellcure.com/body-wisdom/15/circadian-rhythm-of-the-body Natural Hydration to ensure body has enough to maintain homeostasis - 2-3 lts Enough exercise like yoga as possible Breathing - Pranayamas possible Mental poise - mental peace and positive thinking Resting well - sleeping in time and following circadian rhythm Experience natural elements - exposure to sun daily Not medicating the body to suppress any eliminations - are chemicals used to suppress natural elimination from the body. Not overloading the body with toxic foods the body can’t recognise - things unnatural that we can’t chew and digest in its raw state. Man-made fake foods using Dairy eggs meat fish sugar wheat maida refined oil white rice salty store-bought foods fried foods etc Freeing the body off digestion every few days - fasting Spending time Connecting with oneself the form of meditation Ensure that your bowel movements are regular Apply a cold wet towel and rest in the area of pain for 30 min Once u feel better, following exercise must be done daily 6-7 time 1 ) stand with feet apart but comfortably. You can sit if you cannot stand. Put pressure on the forehead with the palms backwards while the head is trying to lean fwd. similarly, head leaning backwards while palms at the back of the head pushing fwd. 2) relax and do some warm-ups with neck exercise like bending on all sides 12 counts 3) shoulder rotations CW and ACW 3) apply cooling wet pack and relax It's best to know your lifestyle fully to suggest specific lifestyle chart and guide your way out of this issue. Hello Sano: You can try the following things to treat external fissure. 1. Application of Aloe vera gel on the area will help in the improvement of the piles. 2. Cold compression helps in soothing the pain with the dilation of blood vessels in the area. 3. Grated potatoes when applied also act soothing, and relax the burning sensation. 4. Consuming green chili, raw with pink salt and cucumber aids in piles relief. Thank you
