Hi. My son is 2 years 11 months old. I have never given him the prescribed de-worming medicines. Can someone suggest natural home remedies?

Thank you for your question! It would help many people to go deeper into the aspects worm-infestation and its management for babies. I would take this as Organism, nothing else! A worm is nothing but organism only, and it follows the similar principles of Nature as any other organisms do follow! Organisms are attracted by the food, perennially. A worm does not have any enmity towards a specific individual, it has just interests towards food! In any way, there are infinite organisms, stay inside our body in active or nascent stages. Most of those are in line with our internal chemicals and do not disturb us, hence we do not sense any discomforts. When we feel any discomforts, it is due to the toxin accumulation within the body. There are few segments of the organisms (Micro and macro, both) whose food is our toxins. The stated discomforting worm-infestation happens due to the uneliminated toxins within the body. Now, to get rid of the discomforts, which is just a symptom, if we target the worms (as it is termed as deworming), it is a shallow approach. It may bring a momentary relief but then, what about the toxins which were the CAUSE of the SYMPTOM? Natural toxin elimination can happen ONLY through CONSISTENT CONSERVATION OF VITALITY, nothing else! The child needs to be guided and shown the path of the VITALITY CONSERVATION to align herself with NATURE to celebrate her LIFE to the fullest! THE VITALITY CONSERVATION happens through consistent RIGHT FOOD HABITS, BALANCED PHYSICAL ACTIVITY INCLUDING QUALITY SLEEP and STRESS-FREE MENTAL ENVIRONMENT. Thank you... First make sure there is no piece of glass. You can apply honey or aloe vera mixed with pinch of haldi. Make your child rest a lot for body to work on healing. Also, keep him on raw natural diet so that more of body's energy is available for healing than digestion
Hi when i am on a raw diet of fruits and vegetables. My stool comes out with difficulty. Is this constipation? And what is the remedy for same.. When i eat a diet made with cooked vegetables with rice or wheat i never face any difficulty. Why is it so?

I am not sure about the answer to the first question. It depends on how many days you started a raw diet and how many days you have been raw. Initially it will be difficult till your gut adjusts to the new food. For the second question, grains have hard to digest fibre which irritates the colon. It tries to throw out such food faster. Please observe that on the days you eat wheat and rice, elimination may be faster but you will feel sluggish and there will be a feeling of heaviness in the body

Hi! While it may not click with our rationale immediately, I read in an article that skin health like our overall health is deeply related to sleep as well. It is highly recommended that we get a peaceful, good night's sleep of 8 hours, in complete darkness, on a daily basis. May be that's why its called beauty sleep! The logic is, sleep is the time when your body does all the repair and correction work. That applies to the skin as well - the body would work on the skin to get rid of dry cells and replenish with new cells. So try getting good sleep, regularly!

Any skin ailment is clearly a sign of toxic accumulation... little wonder then that you are constipated as well.Strike at the root cause which is your compromised elimination issue . Find out why is it .... your acid alkaline ratio is imbalanced .... are you sleep deprived?Repair / rejuvenation / healing occurs only in our 3 rd body cycle that is from 8pm to 4 am. Therefore it’s Mandatory to get quality 8 hour sleep more so in your case. Elimination occurs from 4am to 12pm .During this time it’s best to either fast or eat fruits ONLY but refrain from any cooked breakfast.Make cold pressed green leafy juice a lifestyle change . It’ll help you detox well.Do not use any deo/ perfume / anti perspirants on the body . Movement is very essential to get the lymph system going .Dry air brushing is also helpful. Include lots of raw in your diet. it goes without saying that gluten / oil / sugar / dairy should be avoided . My sister was a classic case of chronic ultricaria for years. With due respect to all the “pathy’s” nothing worked until she changed her lifestyle. Her ultricaria was life threatening it was so bad ... She used to literally get disfigured with the rashes . Now she’s Ultricaria free only because of adopting a holistic lifestyle and rid of all medications.

This is sign of immunity build up either due to food or due to physical contact with pathogens may be while playing outdoors. Our body specially of a child is equipped to deal with it naturally if one helps the body. Avoid refined flour and milk products, increase fruit intake and keep him away from junk food. Try this immunity Booster:- 1. 7 parts turmeric (organic/pure) 2. 4 parts cumin (jeera) 3. 4 parts coriander seeds 4. 7 parts fennel seeds (saunf) 5. 2 parts dry ginger powder 6. 2 parts whole black pepper 7. 1/2 part of cinnamon powder 8. 3 parts of elaichi (cardamom) Roast cumin, coriander, fennel, cardamom, black pepper for 2 minutes (without burning) and grind into powder. Add turmeric, cinnamon and dry ginger to this mix. Start with 1/4 - 1/2 tsp a day - ingest with water or sprinkle on food.
I am 40 plus! Have been having backache of and on for last 1-2 years years! Right now acute again! What should I do?

Back aches typically come due to strenuous activities over a period of time. I’m a mother of a 2.5 year old boy, sometimes when I excessively carry him around I get a backache. What I have noticed is that if I become more disciplined about my food on days when I know I’ll be superbly busy running after him, I’m able to manage much better. So fruits till noon and veggie juices before lunch - just these 2 things itself have such a big impact!! I’ll strongly suggest you follow this too as your problem has been lingering for a while now. In addition to that, ensure you don’t strain ur back. Don’t sit in same posture for long. Do yoga for back strengthening, google for the relevant poses. Regular massage will also give you relief. While taking bath, try putting water on your back through shower, alternating b/w hot and cold, do 3 rounds. I think this will really help you.

Toxin accumulation is the prime cause of diseases, they happen from three sources - physical, chemical and emotional. Physical is the environment you live in, primarily air we breathe and water we drink must be clean. Chemical constitutes all food we have, soaps, shampoos, creams, etc that we put in our body must be clean. Emotional toxin is one aspect that is 100% individual's power to control, meditation and prayers are the best. Since you asked for 10 things, I will try to complete the list as under:- 1. Get up at 5 AM daily. 2. Oil pulling. 3. Deep breathing for 30 minutes. 4. Meditation for 30 minutes. 5. Start your day with green leafy juice at 12 PM. 6. Two percent of body weight will give your approximate intake of fruits and raw vegetables daily. If one is 60 kg then the 2% is 1200 grams, this means one must have 600 grams fruits and 600 grams raw vegetables daily. 7. Simple stretching exercise or yoga asanas for Spinal Cord. 8. Use of only Organic Cold pressed coconut oil for skin. 9. Minimum two bananas daily. 10. Minimum two sqaure inch of coconut giri daily.
I am unable to sleep at night.. Too anxious.. Any suggestions?

Take a ripe banana, cut the ends. Put the whole banana with skin in a pan with two cups of water. Boil till the water reduces to one cup. Remove the banana, strain the water and drink before sleeping. Continue for 30 days, if sleep doesn't improve, please comment your experience.
Hi …What are the alternatives to dairy milk? ? Are super market based organic milk really organic?

Goodmylk in Bangalore sells pasteurised cashew and oat milk. You can make coconut milk at home ( 1:1:: grated coconut : water ) ; almond milk soak and use fresh water to extract its milk etc. one more book has got released recently - https://www.amazon.in/Rasoi-Everyday-Milks-Step-Step-ebook/dp/B07LG9715G/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1545733964&sr=8-1&keywords=raw%20rasoi%20milk Organic milk is also not for human consumption. My family has suffered their ailments even with it. Plants are the only and best food source for humans.

Hi, you can boil few leaves of kadi patta in coconut oil. After it cools down, you can add baal jhad herb to it. Apply it overnight and shampoo the next day. Apply it thrice a week.
I have this long running itching issue in my body and none of mainstream (Allopathy, Homeo, Ayurveda, naturopathy) seems to have worked. There is itching after interaction with water (bath, pool, rain drench etc) in almost entire body except lower side of hand/legs, butt and face. It last for 20-30 mins. Can someone throw some light on the why and on similar experience, if any?

Hi! Rest, relaxation and focusing on sleep to restore the balance – may be the key here. The body always does work towards the optimum health. For health, thoughts and emotions play a very role. How are you emotionally, frenzied, anxious, holding onto a lot from the past? It may be worth looking into and important to cool down the frenzied thoughts. Maybe for the next few months, you could look at seriously connecting with nature both at the physical and mental level. Nature is the best relaxant and the best coolant. Go gardening, re-establish your connect with the soil, and grass Walk on wet grass (as you mentioned that part does not react) Absorb more of the sun (not the heating afternoon one, but early morning fresh air one) Breathing and Yoga are also known to help with ‘incurable’ ailments (Isha foundation especially focuses breathing to heal within) Mediation is a great tool - you may want to attempt it to help you bring the balance back!
I have periodontal disease and been researching natural ways to help with it. I read that oil pulling can help with gum inflammation and tighten loose teeth. Any thoughts on that would be greatly appreciated.

In addition to what Pramodji has suggested, I would advice that you go on water fasting for one day and then followed by juice fasting for one day and then followed by fruit fasting the third day and then full raw for 10 days ensuring that you don’t chew vegetables so much but taking it more in vegetable juice form and then chew some soft vegetables like tomatoes, capsicum etc In future, please brush twice daily with a vegan toothpaste and floss daily. Avoid diary, meat , fried , sweets of all forms except dates and fruits from your lifestyle. If any of these have comforted you in the past, they have also led you to this stage. So better to say goodbye to them. After those 13 days of routine I mentioned, you can fast till 12 and then have fruits for lunch, followed by veg salad and veg juice and a simple cooked food in the night.

My 14 year old daughter has been getting a lot of pimples off late. Have tried giving her lot of fruits and keep her hydrated, not of much use. She is very frustrated. I don’t want to put her on any medication, is there any natural remedy?

Its true. I have a daughter who has small acne on her forehead too. She has healthy eating habits and we use only whole foods at home that are organic. At this age there will be some harmonal fluctuations and over time it will stabilize. Turmeric helps..but healing is typically an inside out approach and not outside in. Unless she is on full raw / high raw with only dinner cooked, body will continue to act funny in this age.
Strawberry Black Grapes Slush
This simple to make, healthy fruits ensemble is yet another all time favourite. You could quickly blend ripe strawberries and sweet, black grapes to pour out a glass full of fruit power. It's a visual delight too! Strawberriesand black grapes both come into season for a very short time, during Jan to Mar period. Bring your favourite glasses out and make the most of the nature's bounty!
