You can try natural remedies whenever pain comes. Whenever ever pain comes just put a wet cloth on her abdomen part where she gets pain for 20 mnts. Then alternate and place a hot pack / towel for 10 minutes. Also u can apply castor oil. Avoid oily foods which is the most important reason to trigger pain. I made life style changes n am still going on by god's grace without out surgery. Adding raw n cooked raddish to the diet helps a lot..
Acid levels in uric acid test slightly high…what’s the solution?

You could try having a concoction of lemon juice diluted with equal amount of water. Have it every 3-4 hours. Basically with high uric acid your body is more acidic than alkaline, u have to restore the balance by upping the alkaline foods. Hope you don’t take dairy and wheat? These leave a high acidic residue in the body. Start your day with soaked raisins. - they are highly alkaline.

1. Oil pulling. 2. Deep breathing for 45 minutes daily. Three seconds inhalation and seven seconds exhalation. 3. Simple neck rotation exercise, preferably early morning. 4. Sun bathing 30 minutes daily. Cervical spondylitis is sign of nervous system signal congestion in neck region. Check why this increase of signals is taking place. Heart, lungs and face are the place where you got to look for toxins accumulation as all nerves from these region concentrate in cervical region of spinal cord.

Back aches typically come due to strenuous activities over a period of time. I’m a mother of a 2.5 year old boy, sometimes when I excessively carry him around I get a backache. What I have noticed is that if I become more disciplined about my food on days when I know I’ll be superbly busy running after him, I’m able to manage much better. So fruits till noon and veggie juices before lunch - just these 2 things itself have such a big impact!! I’ll strongly suggest you follow this too as your problem has been lingering for a while now. In addition to that, ensure you don’t strain ur back. Don’t sit in same posture for long. Do yoga for back strengthening, google for the relevant poses. Regular massage will also give you relief. While taking bath, try putting water on your back through shower, alternating b/w hot and cold, do 3 rounds. I think this will really help you.
I am 45 years of age! My hair was never heavy but lately I have been observing that it has thinned out considerably and decreasing further! Could you pl help?

If you are on a healthy detox diet then hair fall is very common . It will pick up in a year or two. Hair is not essential for life or it’s not one of the vitals for living and hence hair falls and regrows as healing is happening and when body finds surplus resources and vital force to pay attn to hair, it will. However, if you are on a sedentary, stressful non vegan lifestyle then toxins are catching up. Please look up other posts here to see how you can get back to a healthy lifestyle. But there is no immediate fix for hair fall. I have posted a recipe for a natural hair wash. Hi. I'm Having Fever. What To Do If Diagnosed With Dengue Or Chikunguniya?
Smitha Hemadri

I had chikungunya and my kids have suffered from dengue. I was on a liquid diet for a week and fruits for few days and cooked later. I healed faster, I slept well, I managed some house work too and slept a lot. Liquids keeps the temperature from impacting the body adversely. Kids also have recovered from these by being on liquids majorly during fevers and slowly being on fruits thereupon. Keeping the digestion to almost nil will help during fevers
I find it very confusing and overwhelming to figure out what to eat and what not to eat. Healthy feels boring, but am doing it because someone told me to. Do I have to be on raw all through my life?

Lifestyle is a way of life that you love body mind and spirit. If you live a conflicted life, your mind and heart being elsewhere and you looking at a healthy way of life as a diet then it’s likely that you won’t see results. Living a happy life with junk may not kill as opposed to living a conflicted life with raw. I have worked with someone who was a raw vegan but suffered a high bp. So unless you are at peace with anything, it’s a crime to your body in doing it. Make peace with ur lifestyle or follow something that your heart asks. You may be wrong, but you will come back to the right reasons overtime.
Hi …my 12 months old child is teething. He has fever and low appetite. Does not want to eat anything at all!! What should I do?

You can keep some cucumbers, tomatoes chilled in fridge and let him chew on it to soothe the gums. Know that during this period he will be clingy and low on appetite but would always be comforted by breast feeding. So if you can keep, it up. Massaging the gums also helps. In our case the cooling teething toys didn’t really help. We just rode the phase out with patience knowing that the fussiness will continue and body will bounce back when the work is done!
I am 2 months pregnant. I have been getting headaches. I tried to link it to hunger and yes it is correlated to some extent. But at times i have eaten well or am not feeling hungry at all, still the headache starts. I know my body is going through many changes, but i hope headache is not because of low bp or some other issue? Besides, these days i get super fatigued in the afternoon and sleep crazily.

Pregnancy surely is a time of many changes and surprises! Your body is going through so many changes. During this, I believe we need to take good care and listen to our body. I hope you are making sure that your daily intake of nourishing foods i.e fruits, salads, nuts etc. is quite high. Along with healthy diet you must sleep well - at least 8 to 10 hours of sleep, in complete darkness. Also focus on breathing during this period. When you wake up in morning, inculcate a lot of deep breathing exercises. This should also help.

Is it ok to have broccoli soup at night? Or will it make me gassy when I sleep?
Pramod Pathak
09:46 PM | 19-12-2018
If you have broccoli soup for seven days the trouble will vanish, it's toxin elimination which started due to broccoli which is causing these symptoms. We often attribute such beneficial changes to change of lifestyle and give up pre-maturely. Give all changes minimum 21 days for the body to make the natural change before making any conclusion.
