Interestingly, I was suggested by my mother in law to apply 'Baasi thook' ie your own saliva before you have brushed, on the affected area. And it indeed helped! And I now use that as a remedy for any pimples I see on my skin, and find it pretty effective for that too. Having said that, I am fully aware that baltod / pimples are all ways of my body throwing out excess acidity & toxins via the skins. So long term approach always comes back to restoring balance of more raw foods and rest in my routine. Other answers have captured the to-dos for long term pretty well. Hope this helps!

Hi. Pick one habit at a time, follow it for 10 days & then add the next. As you change your habits, your taste buds will change!! Which one you want to pick first, depends on you. I will say start with the easiest and then keep picking up more & more difficult ones. Here's my list of 10 - Replace tea/coffee with healthy teas or drinks. Replace cooked breakfast with fruits. Have vegetable juice every noon & evening. Have raw veggie salads with lunch & dinner, atleast 50% to be raw. OR have cooked lunch & raw dinner. Replace milk with nut milk. Replace wheat roti with other grain rotis / dosas / chillas. Replace white salt with rock salt - this is very easy to do as there is no change in the taste. Replace packaged snacks with roasted makhanas, peanuts, chana, murmure, seeds, nuts, fruits, salads, etc. Avoid white sugar products like mithaai, cakes, pastries. Replace evening snacks with fruits.

Do you eat three hours before bedtime? If you eat just before bedtime, body is busy digesting food and it may be uncomfotable to get into sleep mode. Are you on your electronic device before sleep? The blue light is known to interfere in sleep patterns. So try to be off your gardgets atleast an hour before you sleep. Sleep on time. Body likes regularity. Offload your worries by journaling before bedtime for a restful sleep. My grandmom applies some sesame oil to her feet and covers with socks before sleeping. Hi! While it may not click with our rationale immediately, I read in an article that skin health like our overall health is deeply related to sleep as well. It is highly recommended that we get a peaceful, good night's sleep of 8 hours, in complete darkness, on a daily basis. May be that's why its called beauty sleep! The logic is, sleep is the time when your body does all the repair and correction work. That applies to the skin as well - the body would work on the skin to get rid of dry cells and replenish with new cells. So try getting good sleep, regularly!

If you are on a healthy detox diet then hair fall is very common . It will pick up in a year or two. Hair is not essential for life or it’s not one of the vitals for living and hence hair falls and regrows as healing is happening and when body finds surplus resources and vital force to pay attn to hair, it will. However, if you are on a sedentary,stressful non vegan lifestyle then toxins are catching up. Please look up other posts here to see how you can get back to a healthy lifestyle. But there is no immediate fix for hair fall. I have posted a recipe for a natural hair wash. Physical is the environment you live in, primarily air we breathe and water we drink must be clean. Chemical constitutes all food we have, soaps, shampoos, creams, etc that we put in our body must be clean. Emotional toxin is one aspect that is 100% individual's power to control, meditation and prayers are the best. Since you asked for 10 things, I will try to complete the list as under:- 1. Get up at 5 AM daily. 2. Oil pulling. 3. Deep breathing for 30 minutes. 4. Meditation for 30 minutes. 5. Start your day with green leafy juice at 12 PM. 6. Two percent of body weight will give your approximate intake of fruits and raw vegetables daily. Take a ripe banana, cut the ends. Put the whole banana with skin in a pan with two cups of water. Boil till the water reduces to one cup. Remove the banana, strain the water and drink before sleeping. Continue for 30 days, if sleep doesn't improve, please comment your experience.

Hi, you can boil few leaves of kadi patta in coconut oil. After it cools down, you can add baal jhad herb to it. Apply it overnight and shampoo the next day. Apply it thrice a week.
