Hello Santosh, Irregularity in the period when happens, our body becomes insulin resistant, due to the action pancreas which releases insulin becomes sluggish. The lifestyle which is filled with complex food items, a sedentary lifestyle, and toxic food habits lead to hampering our normal physiological cycle. During irregular periods, we tend to miss out on our ovulation days where the egg is completely ready to fertilize with sperm and automatically our conceiving chances reduce. That is why we have to correct the menstrual cycle to conceive. Taking a step holistically increases our metabolization and helps in strengthening our body. Eat: Starting your day with something light in nature and easy to digest is what your breakfast should be. Even the early morning ritual should include consumption of two-three glasses of warm water will help in flushing out all the toxins. Take one teaspoon of methi seeds in the morning with warm water to increase insulin sensitivity which will help in regularising menstrual cycle. Have two dates very time with your breakfast to increase the iron content and one glass of jaggery water with one tablespoon of lemon. Beetroot is a very good source of folic acid. Hello Selina, Anxiety is the indication about our bad mental health which is mainly due to incorrect lifestyle and incorrect eating habits like having a high fatty diet, not taking enough sleep, etc. But everything can be cured naturally by making just some small changes in the daily routine and eating habits. Here are a few tips that will surely help you: Meditation Meditation is the ultimate key to achieving good mental health. Just like our physical health, our mental health is also equally important and meditation is the best to achieve the same. Give 20 to 25 minutes from your busy day for meditation. Practice it in sukhasana or padma asana and concentrate on your breathing. Daily meditating will surely lead to a healthy and happy mind. Diet Diet also has an impact on our mental health as our metabolism depends on the foods that we have which in turn affects the hormonal secretions. Drink a glass of warm water with lemon juice in it in the morning on an empty stomach. This will help to boost the metabolism at the start of the day. Have soaked raisins and other dry fruits to get the easily absorbable nutrients. Eat sprouts, nuts, beans and salads. Include Vitamin C in your diet like blueberries, amla, orange or lemon as they have antioxidant properties. Drink plenty of water throughout the day to eliminate the toxins out of the body and to be hydrated. Avoid dairy products and animal products as they are not meant for the human digestive system and hence it results in the accumulation of toxins in the body. Avoid processed, packaged and preserved foods as they have bad effects on our digestive system. Yoga Daily yoga is very effective for achieving a good balance between the mind, body and soul. Practice suryanamaskar daily. Do bhujanga asana, paschimottan asana, gomukha asana and padahasta asana. Do pranayam regularly for 15-20min, specially anulom-vilom and kapalbhati pranayam. Take sunrays early in the morning. Sleep The quality and pattern of the sleep also determine the state of our mental health as it affects the circadian rhythm and in turn the hormonal balance. Sometimes, lack of proper also leads to mental illness. So, take proper sleep of at least 8 to 10 hours daily. Avoid electronic devices like mobiles, laptops, computers, tv, etc at least 1hour before sleeping to improve the quality of sleep. Thank you

Hello User, Hypothyroid and PCOD both come from the same source of imbalance in our hormonal activity. In both conditions are hormones are not working actively in a way that they can help our body achieve the state of homeostasis. Hypothyroid happens due to what we have been putting in our body, which is eating a tamasic diet (adulterated, rotten and unhealthy junk is considered as tamasic). In this case, when we load our body with this kind of food, our metabolism becomes sluggish, "hypo" thyroid happens. Here, our body starts pushing on more to reach an optimal level of functioning. Now as our boy already in a sluggish state, the immunity is weakened. Our metabolism is surely going to become slow leading to low metabolism and difficulty in losing weight. as well as PCOD comes in picture. The main thing to treat this multidimensional illness should be about everything, food, meditation, sleep, and exercise which amalgamate for good health and reach your optimal solution. Eat: The first thing in the morning is to start your day with something light in nature. Easy to digest is what your breakfast should be because they are the kind of nutrients that get absorbed easily. Even the early morning ritual should include consumption of two-three glasses of warm water will help in flushing out all the toxins. The ideal diet would be to depend on fruits and raw vegetable intake for at least one month and refrain from something oil-based. One inch of ginger boiled in two cups of water with one tablespoon lemon, boil them for 5-10 minutes. Consume this mixture during evening time to accelerate metabolism. Consume methi seeds one tablespoon with a glass of warm water in order to increase inulin sensitivity and the menstrual cycle will become regular. High selenium diet which is peanuts, almonds, mushroom, etc helps to increase the function of the thyroid. Exercise: Pranayam helps in detoxifying the body. Practicing it early morning in an area that has good sunlight will help in improving blood circulation. Suryanamaskar, daily 12 sets will help in increasing the blood circulation of your body. Cat and Cow pose helps in increasing the function of the thyroid gland. Meditation: In any kind of disease, stress comes complementary to it. But with our assurance and positive attitude, we can treat anything. The best thing to start with is breathing mindfully before sleeping with the help of music to stay positive. In a room take a bowl of water and add two-three drops of orange or lavender essential oil. This will help in soothing you and the aroma will relax you and keep you away from any kind of disease. Use a 15-minute relaxation technique before sleep by hearing a piece of soothing music and deep breathing will help in relaxing your mind. A positive attitude will help you to deal with everything in life. Sleep: Sleeping for at least 7-8 hours is really helpful in dealing with any problem. Sleep is our body's natural response and helps the body to heal. Sleep relaxes the muscles and strengthens our body. During sleep, our body goes into a repair mechanism where it heals itself. Hopefully, these suggestions will help you. Thank you

Hello Mann, Galactorrhea is a milky nipple discharge unrelated to the normal milk production of breastfeeding. Galactorrhea itself is not a disease, but it can be a sign of an underlying problem. It usually occurs in women even in those who never had children or after menopause. The main reason behind this is hormonal imbalances. Certain medications, some drugs and birth control pills may also lead to an imbalance of hormones and result in galactorrhea. It is very essential to follow a correct lifestyle along with the diet to maintain the circadian rhythm and in turn the hormonal balance. Here are some tips that will help to maintain the hormonal balances. Diet Start the day with 3 to 4 glasses of warm water on an empty stomach. This will help to flush out the toxins from the body. Have fresh, seasonal, and locally available fruits and vegetables in your diet. Include salads, sprouts, nuts, and beans in your diet. Have a light, easy to digest breakfast like a bowl of sprouts and soaked raisins and other dry fruits. Drink freshly prepared homemade fruit juices. Drink coconut water. Use cold-pressed oil in place of refined oils. Have whole grains like barley, millets, oats, etc. Exercise Regular exercise is also important for improved blood circulation and metabolism. Take a brisk morning walk of at least 30min. Do 12 sets of suryanamaskar. Perform tada asana, trikona asana, vriksha asana, etc. Do pranayam regularly for 15-20min, specially anulom-vilom and kapalbhati pranayam. Take sunrays early in the morning. Hy.. I highly suggest you to first try to rule out the real root cause of the problem, there are so many types of acne which can be due to Hormonal imbalance- pcos, pcod Wrong eating habits. Digestive problems/ indigestion Increased sebum production Decreased intake of water/ dehydration. Try to find the root cause and then solve the problem accordingly. Tea tree oil is an anti-bacterial, anti-inflammatory in nature wash your face and apply the tea tree oil on affected area keep it for full night and wash your face in the morning. Short fasting of 2-3 days(Juice fasting) will help in solving the digestive system problems like acidity etc which can be one of the leading cause. If acne is seen on chin and jaw line it can be due to hormonal imbalance then i highly suggest you to follow good plant based diet and exercise changing lifestyle bring alot of changes in correcting hormones. Apple cider vinegar is a great healer for acne. Mix 50% of water with 50% Apple cider vinegar put it in a spray bottle and use it regularly in the night and wash it with water in the morning. Consume and apply aloe vera. Add in your diet as well as an application on the affected area. Thank you, Dr. Ruchika Sharma

Hello User, Hypothyroid and PCOD both come from the same source of imbalance in our hormonal activity. In both conditions are hormones are not working actively in a way that they can help our body achieve the state of homoeostasis. Thank you

Hello Vinay, Our stomach and mind are directly proportional to each other and they both have direct effects on our daily lifestyle. The kind of food we eat is directly in sync with the kind of reactions it shows on our moods and affects our mind. Consumption of fatty diet on a regular basis and highly spiced food, toxins are the primary cause of any health issue. What needs to be taken care of now is, that a major change in lifestyle and diet will have to be made to cure this problem. It is not only heartburn, with the consumption of this kind of food, what becomes an issue is from the esophagus to rectum everything gets disturbed. The toxins are in the body, call it acidity or infection they relate to the same cause. Now let us understand what changes we can make: Eat: Start your day with something light in nature and easy to digest. Breakfast should be of the kind of nutrients that get absorbed easily. The early morning ritual should include consumption of two-three glasses of warm water, it will help in flushing out all the toxins. Including a fiber-rich food item that helps in adding bulk to the stools, for example having apples, bananas, nuts, etc. which have a good amount of fiber in them. One tomato with black pepper in the evening time an hour before dinner. During evening time, take an inch of ginger and boil in two cups of water with half a teaspoon of turmeric honey, this will help in beating inflammation caused by indigestion. Fennels seeds after food aids clearing bowels easily. Exercise: Sitting in the position of Vajraasana will help in the treatment of any digestive tract. After your meals, practice this pose for better digestion and easy stools. This will treat acidity. A brisk walk in the early morning sun for 30-45 minutes helps in treating your body to its level best. Sun is a great source of Vitamin D that is why walking in the sun and connecting with the sun also help in activating our cells and rejuvenate us for the whole day. Meditation: In any kind of disease, stress comes complementary to it. But with our assurance and positive attitude, we can treat anything. The best thing to start with, is, breathing mindfully before sleep with the help of music to stay positive. Sit crossed-legged on the floor, and say " I am healthy and happy". Repeat it with each breath and imagine yourself to be healthy. This will help a lot in the long run. A positive attitude will help you to deal with everything in life. Sleep: Sleeping for at least 7-8 hours is really helpful in dealing with any problem. Sleep is our body's natural response and helps the body to heal. Sleep relaxes the muscles and strengthens our body. Hopefully, these suggestions will help you Thank you.
