Please tell him to exercise daily. He should do light exercise, based on his comfort. Deep breathing is very good as it helps eliminate toxins through breath. Hello User, Your condition is termed as heartburn which in simple terms known as acidity. Acidity is all about handling the pH of the body, and skin becomes the reflection of all our problems. Consumption of fatty diet regularly and highly spiced food, toxins are the primary cause of any health issue. What needs to be taken care of now is, that a major change in lifestyle and diet will have to be made to cure this problem. It is not only heartburn, with the consumption of this kind of food, what becomes an issue is from the esophagus to rectum everything gets disturbed. The toxins are in the body, call it acidity or infection they relate to the same cause. Now let us understand what changes we can make: Eat: Start your day with something light in nature and easy to digest. Breakfast should be of the kind of nutrients that get absorbed easily. The early morning ritual should include consumption of two-three glasses of warm water, it will help in flushing out all the toxins. Including a fiber-rich food item that helps in adding bulk to the stools, for example having apples, bananas, nuts, etc. which have a good amount of fiber in them. One tomato with black pepper in the evening time an hour before dinner. Whatever may be the conditions in the body caused due to Lifestyle and tjat was not existing when you were born is reversible given dicipline and time. We all know that the role of the Heart is to pump blood. So the story goes like this, you eat some food, the food gets into the stomach. And for that To digest, it has to go through the entire Gastrointestinal tract. Among this liver, the gallbladder and pancreas plays a major role in trying to understand and assimilate the food . Liver is one of the organs where it understands whether the food you eat in is right for the body or not.Any food that is not available directly from nature is something that the body does not understand. In any food that the body does not understand gets accumulated in the liver and the surrounding organs. One of the major functions of the liver is to thin the blood from all the fats that you constantly been feeding day after day. This might be in the form of Tadka it might be in the form of fried food it might be in the form of dairy it might be any form of animal products that you have been consuming. Please remember that coldpressed Oils are also oils but definitely better than refined but any oil is an oil. Over period of time these fat deposits gets accumulated in the body because we don’t have vim and pril to scrub these in the body. What we do have is bilirubin that does the blood thinning work by reducing the fats by thinning down the fats. If you have a high concentration of fats and other form of toxins in the blood the oxygenation level in the blood will be extremely low. This low oxygenation level can pose a risk to your heart and brain. The heart actually expects a purified form of blood from the liver. Initially when you’ve had a high fat diet the liver would have handled the situation. But one cannot expect this to happen over and over and over again. Over a period of time all the things that the body does not need starts overflowing from the liver and liver efficiency reduces. When the efficiency of the liver reduces it means that the blood will also be contaminated. If you are the heart and you will have to suck crude oil from a certain distance you will definitely have to put that effort isn’t it? Now if the heart has to do this over and over again on a daily basis what would be its status after few months or years? नमस्ते शरीर (elimination)निष्कासन की प्रक्रिया में लगा है। निष्कासन (elimination) सुचारू रूप से नहीं हो रहा है।अत्यधिक अम्लीयता (acid) बढ़ गया है। शरीर सही माध्यम से विषाणु (toxic) तत्व को नहीं निकल पा रहा है। आहार शुद्धि से हाज़मा भी ठीक हो जाएगा और पाचन तंत्र (digestion)साफ़ भी रहेगा। सुबह ख़ाली पेट आधा खीरा 5 पुदीने या करी पत्ते के साथ पिस कर उसमें 100 ml पानी मिला कर पिएँ। जूस को मुँह में रख कर एक बार सहज स्वाँस लें फिर घूँट अंदर लें। 2 घंटे बाद कोई bhi एक तरीक़े का फल नाश्ते में लें।फल को ठीक से चबा कर खाएँ। कोई नमक या चाट मसला या चीनी, दूध मिक्स ना करें। दोपहर 12 बजे पालक 10 पत्ते + पुदीना 10 पत्ते पीस कर 100ml पानी में मिला कर पीएँ। सलाद दोपहर 1बजे बिना नमक के खाएँ तो अच्छा होगा क्योंकि नमक सलाद के गुणों को कम कर देता है। रात के खाने में इस अनुपात से खाना खाएँ 2 कटोरी सब्ज़ी के साथ 1कटोरी चावल या 1 रोटी लें, 8बजे के बाद कुछ ना खाएँ, 12 घंटे का (gap) अंतराल रखें। 8बजे रात से 8 बजे सुबह तक कुछ नहीं खाना है।हफ़्ते में एक दिन उपवास (fasting) करें। केवल नारियल पानी पर रहें। खाना खाने से एक घंटे पहले नाभि के ऊपर गीला सूती कपड़ा लपेट कर रखें या खाना के 2 घंटे बाद भी ऐसा कर सकते हैं। मेरुदंड (स्पाइन) सीधा करके बैठें। हमेशा इस बात ध्यान रखें और हफ़्ते में 3 दिन मेरुदंड का स्नान करें। एक टब में नाभि तक पानी भर कर 20 मिनट के लिए उसमें बैठें। सूर्य उदय के एक घंटे बाद या सूर्य अस्त के एक घंटे पहले का धूप शरीर को ज़रूर लगाएँ। सर और आँख को किसी सूती कपड़े से ढक कर। जब भी लेंटे अपना दायाँ भाग ऊपर करके लेटें ताकि आपकी सूर्य नाड़ी सक्रिय रहे।
