Eating something raw when the stomach is already full with heavy food is a bad idea! It will cause further fermentation and bloating. Raw should be eaten before cooked food. I would suggest rather than food, take a 20 minute stroll or try some gentle yoga stretching poses which helps relieve bloating. Also skip the next meal to give digestive rest.

Wrong food combinations are mainly the culprit for acidity. Understanding food groups, eating cycles (circadian rhythm) and eating more in tune with nature helps. For example relook at if you are eating a lot of food groups together i.e grains, cooked veggies, legumes, dairy and non veg all together? The best would be to simplify your food intake as per food groups. Keep your morning light with ample fruits intake. You could do an early lunch with lot of raw veggies as salads. For some days, keep grains and milk out of the lunch and dinner. In evening snacks also, go for fruits or veg juices.

Roast little bit of ajwain on a tawaa & have it with a glass of water. You may add little rock salt in ajwain for taste. Walk briskly for 15-20 minutes or try the yoga pose - pawan muktasana, its called the gas releasing pose, google it.

There are no quick-fixes to chronic medical condition. Too much of gas/burps is a signal your body is giving that everything is not alright inside you. Burp can have many causes. Common among them is eating or drinking too fast or too much leading to improper digestion (indigestion can itself have many causes). Eating or drinking too fast without ample chewing will mean that the food reaches stomach without adequate amount of saliva (amylase), which is the first step of chemical process of digestion. Having missed this vital step food will not digest properly and the indigested food will start putrefying in the stomach/intestines and create flatulence which will find its way out either through burps or farts. And this inconvenience is just the beginning of complications. An unhealthy stomach leads to most of chronic diseases. Take care in what you eat and how much you eat. Keep yourself off of oil,dairy, meat and refined items like sugar and salt (minimum intake if you can't eliminate) for three days, eat small portions of meal, stay hydrated, get ample sleep, go for a long walk (minimum 1 hr) and feel the change. हेलो, कारण - एनोस्मिया में सूंघने की क्षमता कम या पूरी तरह खत्म हो जाती है। सर्दी जुकाम, एलर्जी, साइनस संक्रमण या प्रदूषण एनोस्मिया के आम लक्षण हैं। एनोस्मिया के अन्य कारण हैं, नाक में पोलिप्स (Nasal polyps), नाक में चोट, विषाक्त केमिकल के सम्पर्क में आना, कुछ प्रकार की चिकित्सा जैसे एंटीबायोटिक, एंटी डिप्रेसेंट, सूजनरोधी दवाएं, ह्रदय से संबंधित दवाएं आदि। शरीर में अम्ल की अधिकता खराब हाजमा के कारण होता है और खराब हाजमा उपरोक्त लिखे बीमारियों का मूल कारण है। प्राकृतिक जीवन शैली को अपनाकर पूर्ण स्वास्थ्य का लाभ उठा सकते हैं। समाधान- 1. ऐसा खाना जो कि देर तक पछता नहीं है उसका त्याग करें। जैसे दूध, गेहूं, मैदा, रिफाइंड नमक और रिफाइंड शुगर और पैकेट फूड। फल, सब्जी, और कच्ची सब्जी का जूस को प्रतिदिन ले। ऐसा करने से पाचन शक्ति मजबूत होगा और आंतों की सफाई हो पाएगी। 2. सूर्य की रोशनी में 20 मिनट का स्नान सूर्य की रोशनी से करें 5 मिनट सामने 5 मिनट पीछे 5 मिनट दाएं 5 मिनट बाएं भाग में धूप लगाएं।दुख हमेशा लेट कर लेना चाहिए धूप की रोशनी लेते वक्त सर और आपको किसी सूती कपड़े से ढक ले। सूर्य नारी मंद होने पर इन्फेक्शन अधिक होता है अतः आप जब भी सोए अपना दायां भाग ऊपर करके सोए। 3. प्रतिदिन अपने पेट पर खाने से 1 घंटे पहले या खाना खाने के 2 घंटे बाद गीले मोटे तौलिए को लपेटे एक तौलिया गिला करके उसको निचोड़ लें और उस तौलिए को 20 मिनट तक अपने पेट पर लपेटकर रखें ऐसा करने से आपका पाचन तंत्र दुरुस्त होगा। 4. हर 3 घंटे में लंबा गहरा श्वास अंदर लें उसको थोड़ी देर रोकें और फिर सांस को खाली करें। खाली करने के बाद फिर से रुके और फिर लंबा गहरा सांस ले। यह एक चक्र है ऐसा दिन में 10 चक्र करें केवल एक शर्त का पालन करें जब आप लंबा गहरा सांस ले रहे हैं तो अपनी रीढ़ की हड्डी को सीधा रखें ऐसा करने से आपके शरीर में ऑक्सीजन की मात्रा का बढ़ेगी और ऑक्सीजन का संचार सुचारू रूप से हो पाएगा। जीवन शैली - 1. आकाश तत्व - एक खाने से दुसरे खाने के बीच में अंतराल (gap) रखें। फल के बाद 3 घंटे, सलाद के बाद 5 घंटे, और पके हुए खाने के बाद 12 घंटे का (gap) रखें। 2.वायु तत्व - प्राणायाम करें, आसन करें। दौड़ लगाएँ। 3.अग्नि - सूर्य की रोशनी लें। 4.जल - अलग अलग तरीक़े का स्नान करें। मेरुदंड स्नान, हिप बाथ, गीले कपड़े की पट्टी से पेट की गले और सर की 20 मिनट के लिए सेक लगाए। स्पर्श थरेपी करें। मालिश के ज़रिए भी कर सकते है। तिल के तेल रीढ़ की हड्डी पर घड़ी की सीधी दिशा (clockwise) में और घड़ी की उलटी दिशा (anti clockwise)में मालिश करें। नरम हाथों से बिल्कुल भी प्रेशर नहीं दें। 5.पृथ्वी - सुबह खीरा 1/2 भाग धनिया पत्ती (10 ग्राम) पीस लें, 100 ml पानी मिला कर पीएँ। यह juice आप कई प्रकार के ले सकते हैं। पेठे (ashguard ) का जूस लें और कुछ नहीं लेना है। नारियल पानी भी ले सकते हैं। पालक पत्ते धो कर पीस कर 100ml पानी डाल पीएँ। दुब घास 25 ग्राम पीस कर छान कर 100 ml पानी में मिला कर पीएँ। कच्चे सब्ज़ी का जूस आपका मुख्य भोजन है। 2 घंटे बाद फल नाश्ते में लेना है। फल को चबा कर खाएँ। इसका juice ना लें। फल सूखे फल नाश्ते में लें। दोपहर के खाने में सलाद नट्स और अंकुरित अनाज के साथ सलाद में हरे पत्तेदार सब्ज़ी को डालें और नारियल पीस कर मिलाएँ। कच्चा पपीता 50 ग्राम कद्दूकस करके डालें। कभी सीताफल ( yellow pumpkin)50 ग्राम ऐसे ही डालें। कभी सफ़ेद पेठा (ashgurd) 30 ग्राम कद्दूकस करके डालें। ऐसे ही ज़ूकीनी 50 ग्राम डालें।कद्दूकस करके डालें।कभी काजू बादाम अखरोट मूँगफली भिगोए हुए पीस कर मिलाएँ। लाल, हरा, पीला शिमला मिर्च 1/4 हिस्सा हर एक का मिलाएँ। लें। बिना नींबू और नमक के लें। स्वाद के लिए नारियल और herbs मिलाएँ। रात के खाने में इस अनुपात से खाना खाएँ 2 कटोरी सब्ज़ी के साथ 1कटोरी चावल या 1रोटी लेएक बार पका हुआ खाना रात को 7 बजे से पहले लें। 6. एक नियम हमेशा याद रखें ठोस(solid) खाने को चबा कर तरल (liquid) बना कर खाएँ। तरल को मुँह में घूँट घूँट पीएँ। खाना ज़मीन पर बैठ कर खाएँ। खाते वक़्त ना तो बात करें और ना ही TV और mobile को देखें।ठोस भोजन के तुरंत बाद या बीच बीच में जूस या पानी ना लें। भोजन हो जाने के एक घंटे बाद तरल पदार्थ ले सकते हैं। हफ़्ते में एक दिन उपवास करें। शाम तक केवल पानी लें, प्यास लगे तो ही पीएँ। शाम 5 बजे नारियल पानी और रात 8 बजे सलाद लें। 7. उपवास के अगले दिन किसी प्राकृतिक चिकित्सक के देख रेख में टोना लें। जिससे आँत की प्रदाह को शांत किया जा सके। एनिमा किट मँगा लें। यह किट ऑनलाइन मिल जाएगा। इससे 200ml पानी गुदाद्वार से अंदर डालें और प्रेशर आने पर मल त्याग करें। ऐसा दिन में दो बार करना है अगले 21 दिनों के लिए। ये करना है ताकि शरीर में मोजुद विषाणु निष्कासित हो जाये। इसके बाद हफ़्ते में केवल एक बार लेना है उपवास के अगले दिन। टोना का फ़ायदा तभी होगा जब आहार शुद्धि करेंगे। धन्यवाद। रूबी, प्राकृतिक जीवनशैली प्रशिक्षिका व मार्गदर्शिका (Nature Cure Guide & Educator)
