Adenomyosis is a condition where the uterine lining also encroaches the muscles of the uterus and hence this extra growth leads to all the symptoms that are being experienced. We have not got a similar case here, but in nature cure the cause for all the issues is a toxin body where it accumulates the toxins that does not see a channel for release. The condition when Adenomyosis happens is also due to the cause that there is a high estrogen build up in the body. There is more than what the organs have naturally produced for you as a female. When there is an extra Harmone, this build us in the liver and clogs it. Overtime when liver cannot take the brunt of things, it channels it to the uterus. You must know that the liver is one of the sewage systems in the body. It takes all the toxins we eat , it takes a hit and filters all the junk our tongue enjoys. So it tries to hold extra estrogen, extra fats and all the extras that the body is not designed to handle.. in a hope that it will balance out one day and it will find a proper channel via the intestines and colon to release it , but when it can’t in this case, the uterus takes a hit. My friend's 4 1/2 year old daughter doesn't want to drink milk. She gets a stomach ache after drinking milk. I understand we can give yogurt, cheese as substitutes for calcium. But would anyone know how much quantity to give. Is there some chart to understand how much quantity approximately of let's say yogurt or any other item with calcium be consumed to reach daily calcium requirement.

You don't need to have milk to meet calcium requirements. The fact that the child is getting stomah pain shows that she is not able to digest it well. In fact , 3 in 4 Indians cant digest milk products well. Give the child a varied diet of fruits, veggies and nuts and calcium requirement is autmatically taken care of. Greens, beans and nuts are high in calcium too.

Hi. Pick one habit at a time, follow it for 10 days & then add the next. As you change your habits, your taste buds will change!! Which one you want to pick first, depends on you. I will say start with the easiest and then keep picking up more & more difficult ones. Here's my list of 10 - Replace tea/coffee with healthy teas or drinks. Replace cooked breakfast with fruits. Have vegetable juice every noon & evening. Have raw veggie salads with lunch & dinner, atleast 50% to be raw. OR have cooked lunch & raw dinner. Replace milk with nut milk. Replace wheat roti with other grain rotis / dosas / chillas. Replace white salt with rock salt - this is very easy to do as there is no change in the taste. Replace packaged snacks with roasted makhanas, peanuts, chana, murmure, seeds, nuts, fruits, salads, etc. Avoid white sugar products like mithaai, cakes, pastries. Replace evening snacks with fruits.

Hi I am suffering from hypothyroid for last 16 years. It happened right after giving birth to my son. My thyroid over time has gone up and so now I am taking 150 mcg everyday. I have gained at least 20 pound in last 1 year and my cholesterol is through the roof - 190 for ldl and overall total cholesterol as 275. Please advise

Hi. Hypothyroidism, also called underactive thyroid or low thyroid is a condition in which your thyroid gland doesn't produce enough of certain important hormones. It upsets the normal balance of chemical reactions in your body. While we commonly refer to 'thyroid' as a health issue, it is actually the body’s way of indicating to us that the hormones are out of balance. Our body always works for us to be in good health. We just have to support it correctly & this can be done by staying in-sync with nature. Hence avoid all foods and all products that are unnatural. Chemicals are a key reason for hormonal imbalance because chemicals are hormone disruptors. Where do these chemicals come from? These chemicals come in our food when we eat non-organic food. Chemicals come in packaged food as preservatives & other artificial agents. We unknowingly put chemicals in or on our body when we use toothpaste, mouth wash, shampoos, soaps, make-up, perfumes and talcum powders. Hi! Staying in Delhi I do understand your concerns viz-a-viz polluted air! We can’t really do much about the air but work at our level to combat the ill-effects! How about yoga! Breathing exercises like pranayam are helpful to get in more oxygen in our blood stream. Even in a busy schedule we must try to take out sometime to do these breathing exercises.

Wash over repeatedly with diluted Rose Water (easily available at chemists). Please ensure it is diluted. Wash eyes. Also rest and avoid TV or reading as well as sunshine.
I have periodontal disease and been researching natural ways to help with it. I read that oil pulling can help with gum inflammation and tighten loose teeth. Any thoughts on that would be greatly appreciated.

In addition to what Pramodji has suggested, I would advice that you go on water fasting for one day and then followed by juice fasting for one day and then followed by fruit fasting the third day and then full raw for 10 days ensuring that you don’t chew vegetables so much but taking it more in vegetable juice form and then chew some soft vegetables like tomatoes, capsicum etc In future, please brush twice daily with a vegan toothpaste and floss daily. Avoid diary, meat , fried , sweets of all forms except dates and fruits from your lifestyle. If any of these have comforted you in the past, they have also led you to this stage. So better to say goodbye to them. After those 13 days of routine I mentioned, you can fast till 12 and then have fruits for lunch, followed by veg salad and veg juice and a simple cooked food in the night.
My son is 2. 5 years old and is having eye allergy last 20 days. Have been administering eye drops but still allergy isn’t going without the drops. Any alternate suggestions please?

Hi. When our eyes come in touch with something that raises a red flag in our immune system, our body releases a substance known as histamine. This causes the common symptoms of an eye allergy - tearing, red eyes, itching or burning sensation, and stringy eye discharge. You may also find that your eyelids get puffy and swollen. Hence, an allergy is body’s way of fighting an external threat. It’s a natural process, we need not worry that something has gone wrong, we should be glad that body is doing it’s work. Our focus should be to help the body do it’s work and there are many things you can do. For external relief, you should keep cleaning your son’s eyes with a clean cloth soaked in clean cool water. You can also put cucumber slices on his eyes. For internally helping the body - give him concoction of 1 tbsp lemon, 1 tbsp honey and pinch of haldi every 4 hours. Let him eat light as only when body gets digestive rest it can focus on healing. So feed him only when he’s hungry. Give fruits, soups and coconut water. It will be good if he starts his day with soaked raisins as they are one of the most alkaline foods and body heals best in an alkaline environment. This also means u should reduce acidic foods such as grains, dairy, non veg, white sugar, refined oil, refined salt, packaged foods, etc. I myself have a son who is 2 years and 4 months old, so I can totally imagine your agony. But hang in there, do whatever you think is do-able. Also rest is very important for healing, so try to let him sleep as much as possible.
