When is next 10 day detox program starting?

I am a 25 year old female. I am following a plant based diet for a couple of months (detox juice in the morning, fruits breakfast, grain meal lunch and soup or salad for dinner). I do yoga everyday. Have seen a lot of reduction in my allergy levels. However I am experiencing irregular periods. I am trying to conceive and have mild PCOD. My cycles came once in 50 days for past 2 months. Now it's more than 60 days and I have not got my periods. Facing hairfall and constipation too.

Hello User, A lipoma is a slow growing soft mass of fat (adipose) cells that are typically found between the skin and underlying muscle in the neck, shoulders, back, abdomen and thighs. Lipomas are not cancer. Since they pose no threat, there is no need to get panic.  Causes of lipoma: There is no medical consensus on the cause of lipomas, but it is believed that genetic factors might be a reason for their development. Apart from genetic factors following factors are responsible:   Obesity High cholesterol  Diabetes  Glucose intolerance  Liver disease  What should be done ?   Lipomas are not cancerous and they don't pose any threat. But it can be treated in a natural way by treating the causes that lead to the development of lipomas. Obesity, high cholesterol, diabetes, etc are the reasons for the development of lipoma. Hence in order to treat lipomas, it is essential to focus on the overall health. Diet to follow: Have a low fat and a low salt diet that includes fresh fruits and green leafy vegetables.  Have apples, grapes, strawberries as they are rich in pectin and helps to lower the LDL. Include soybeans in your diet as they also help in lowering cholesterol.  Include nuts, beans, sprouts, salads to your diet.  Have whole grains like barley, millets, oats. Have okra as it has soluble fiber. Drink 8-10 glasses of water during the day. Foods to avoid: Avoid sugar and sugary foods.  Avoid alcohol and smoking. Avoid oily and spicy food items.  Avoid processed foods and packaged foods.  Avoid tea and coffee.  Avoid carbonated drinks. Avoid fatty foods. Physical activity: Performing physical activity is also important for maintaining normal level of cholesterol as well as for obesity. It may be performed in the form of yoga, exercise or any sports.  Start your morning with a short morning walk or jogging for atleast 30 minutes.  Do plank for 3 to 5 minutes. Do 12 sets of suryanamaskar daily.  Do bhujanga asana, paschimottan asana, gomukha asana, sarvanga asana, padahasta asana daily (under expert guidance) Do kapalbhati pranayam.  Take walks after every meal, for 15 minutes. Sleep: Sleep is also important for the body and mind. It provides rest to the body and mind and also bursts all the stress. Sleep for atleast 7-8hours daily.  Sleep early at night at around 10 pm and also wake up early in the morning at around 6 am.  Avoid using any electronic devices 1hour before sleeping for having a good quality sleep.  Thank you

Hello Anshu, Eye health greatly depends on the diet and the products that we use. It also depends on the surrounding pollution.  What to do? Wash your eyes with cold water 3 to 4 times a day. Put 2 drops of gulab jal in your eyes. Eat fresh green leafy vegetables and fresh, seasonal fruits.  Include salads, sprouts, nuts, and beans in your diet.  Protect your eyes from dust, dirt, and pollution by using glasses. Avoid the excessive use of electronic devices like mobiles, laptops, computers, tv, etc. Drink plenty of water throughout the day.  Sleep Sleeping is important as it relieves the stress. Take proper sleep of at least 7-8 hours daily. Sleep early at night and also wake up early in the morning.  Exercise and yoga  Perform shirsha asana. This will improve blood circulation.  Do pranayam, specially anulom-vilom pranayam.  Thank you 

Hi, I have developed fissures. I have a family history of it. Though I'm new to it, it's mild. I get it once in a month, it's painless & then heals automatically. Should I consult doc? It can be cured by following a correct lifestyle and by having a correct diet.  Yes, you can definitely have the beetroot juice. Along with the beetroot juice, you can follow the following tips to improve your health status. Some reasons that may cause fissure Taking fatty foods. Having spicy foods. Eating packaged and processed food items.  Tea and coffee.  Not taking proper sleep. Stress Wrong sleeping pattern. Sedentary lifestyle.  What should be done to cure fissure naturally? You should focus on complete nutrition and balanced diet.  Reasons for diabetes  Sedentary lifestyle  Family history  Wrong eating habits.  Hormonal imbalance  Obesity Diet- Have only plant-based natural foods.  Include sprouts, salads, beans, nuts, dry fruits in your diet.  Have coconut water and fresh homemade fruit juices.  Avoid dairy foods and also avoid animal products.  Cook oil-free or use cold-pressed oil.  Avoid tea and coffee.  Include whole grains like barley, millets, oats in your diet.  Avoid sugars, chocolates, carbonated drinks.  Physical activity  Doing some physical activity is very important to cure diabetes.  Walk around 2,500 steps in the morning and the same in the evening. Traditional treatment for sleep apnea includes wearing a CPAP mask at night. Though effective, some people may find it uncomfortable. Some home remedies may offer the same benefits.  Here are some tips to reduce sleep apnea symptoms - Maintain an appropriate weight It is better to reduce weight if you are obese. Obesity, specifically in the upper body, can increase the risk of airway obstruction and narrow nasal passages. Maintaining a healthy weight can keep your airways clear and reduce sleep apnea symptoms.  In some cases, reducing weight can eliminate sleep apnea. However, if you regain the weight, it's possible for the condition to return. Yoga  Regular exercise or yoga can increase your energy level, strengthen your heart and reduce sleep apnea symptoms. Hello User, Cysts development in the ovaries is a condition known as Polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS). It is a hormonal disorder which is common in women of reproductive age. Women suffering from PCOS may have prolonged menstrual periods or infrequent periods. The exact cause of PCOS is not known. However, Obese women and women having a family history of PCOS are more prone to this disorder.  Diet to follow-  Eating processed and preserved foods may contribute to inflammation and insulin resistance. So, avoid processed, preserved and packaged foods.  Add fruits, legumes and vegetables in your diet.  Eat nuts, sprouts and soaked raisins in the morning.  Add iron-rich foods like broccoli, spinach to your diet. Have magnesium-rich foods like almonds, cashews and bananas. Include turmeric and cinnamon in your diet.
