Hello Mansoor, Drinking cold water when you are thirsty may make you feel good but it is not good for the body. It is always best to drink water at room temperature. Our body is made up of five elements i.e. akash, vayu, agni, jal and prithvi. Feeling thirsty indicates that the jal mahabhuta is getting out of balance and it needs to be balanced. The best way to maintain your body's jal mahabhuta in equilibrium is to drink water with gratitude towards it in a certain way. Keep the water in a copper vessel and that vessel should be kept at a place where it is not surrounded by anything. Whenever you drink water from it, have a gratitude towards it for keeping your body healthy. Drinking water from copper vessel is best as it has many benefits. Itching in neck, cough and cold indicates that you have allergies to some food products. Food allergy results due to our immune system malfunction. Our immune system considers some foods as pathogens and reacts to them resulting in allergies. Certain foods become intolerant for the body in this condition. Common symptoms that a person experiences are tingling in the mouth, burning sensation in mouth and lips, skin rashes, itching, etc. Foods to eat Start your the day with 3 to 4 glasses of warm water. This will help to flush out the toxins out of the body. Eat only plant-based natural foods. Drink green tea twice a day, one in the morning on an empty stomach and the other at night before sleeping. Have whole grains like barley, millets, oats, etc in place of refined grains. Avoid refined grains, refined oils, and refined sugars as they may trigger the allergic reaction and are also not good for the health. Avoid dairy foods and animal products as they may also be the reason for allergies since they are not for the human digestive system. Drink plenty of water throughout the day. Say no to alcohol, tobacco, and smoking. Drink freshly prepared homemade fruit juices. Exercise Start the day with a short morning walk of at least 30 min. This will help to increase blood circulation in the body. Perform 12 sets of suryanamaskar daily. It involves 12 asanas and is very beneficial for the whole body. Do plank for 5 minutes. Perform anulom-vilom and kapalbhati pranayam. Take early morning sun rays daily for 20 minutes. Sleep Sleeping pattern affects the circadian rhythm. Hence, it is essential to have proper quality sleep daily. Take proper sleep of at least 7-8 hours daily. Sleep early at night and also wake up early in the morning. Read books before sleeping for an improved quality of sleep. Thank you

Include whole grains in your diet like barley, oats, millets, etc. Boil the water and consume it in room temperature. Have fresh coconut water. Include nuts such as almonds, raisins, dates and apricots. Include pulses like green moong and toor dal in your diet. Avoid late dinners. Yoga and pranayam Practice 12 sets of suryanamaskar daily. Hello, Herpes zoster is a viral infection that causes a painful rash. Although it can occur anywhere on your body, it most often appears as a single stripe of blisters that wraps around either the left or the right side of your torso. Shingles are caused by the vericella zoaster virus, the same virus which causes chickenpox. After you've had chickenpox, the virus lies inactive in nerve tissues near your spinal cord and brain. Years later, the virus may reactivate as shingles. Symptoms that may appear Pain Burning Itching Red rashes Fluid-filled blisters Sometimes, fever, headache, fatigue may also occur. Local application Take 2 tablespoons of baking soda or cornstarch and 1 tablespoon of water to make a paste. Apply this paste on the rashes. This will help to reduce the itching. Use this 3 to 4 times a day or as required. Apply lotions or creams on the rashes. They will give you a comfort feel. Use naturally prepared creams instead of using scented lotions and creams. Apply fresh aloe vera gel on your rashes. Cold compresses To relieve the pain and itchiness associated with the rashes, apply a cool and moist compress. Do it 4 to 5 times or several times a day to get relief from the symptoms. Soak a cloth in the cold water. Wring out the water and apply the cloth on the affected area. This will help to relieve the pain and itchiness. Do not use ice packs on the rashes as they may increase skin sensitivity and worsen the pain. Baths Take a cool bath or shower to soothe the skin. Do not use hot water as it may worsen the blisters because it increases the blood flow. When you take a cold water bath then the coolness of water eases the pain of the blisters and also calms the itchiness. Dietary changes Avoid dairy products and animal foods like eggs, meats, milk, etc. Avoid spicy and oily foods. Always have plant-based natural foods. Drink freshly prepared homemade fruit juices. Drink coconut water. Include salads, sprouts, nuts, and beans in your diet. Include Vitamin C in your diet like blueberries, amla, orange, lemon, etc. Drink plenty of water throughout the day to be hydrated. Thank you

Dear Venkat, Thanks for sharing your query with us! We do appreciate your concern about your current health condition. First of all, we need to understand our body, its symptoms, and discomforts from nature cure's perspective. This will help you arrive at an answer to your question. Digestion is the most basic function of our body and as far as our lifestyle (food as well as non-food aspects like sleep, sunlight, emotional health, movement, etc) is aligned to the Laws of Nature we can expect to have a healthy digestive system, free from issues like gas, acidity, constipation, etc. Only natural foods (like vegetables, fruits, nuts, etc.) are easy to digest and absorb. All animal-based foods like dairy, meat, eggs, etc. as well as refined and processed foods leave a toxic residue in the body. This, in turn, results in various health issues or discomforts of the type you mentioned. Our body works as one whole unit and any imbalance/disturbance in one part affects the overall functioning of the body. So, when digestion is not good it may lead to inability to lose weight as well. You would now be able to appreciate that you need to work on the root cause of all your problems i.e get rid of the toxins inside your body. Once that is achieved your body would automatically be able to achieve its optimal weight. We would encourage you to adopt a natural lifestyle to deal with your condition. You can explore our Natural Health Coaching Program that helps you in making the transition, step by step. Also, we suggest you read real-life natural healing stories of people who cured digestive issues just by following Natural Laws. All the best! Team Wellcure
