I am 26 years old. I see red spots on my body (hives). I consulted 2-3 Dr they told it's due to allergy or some eating habit which doesn't suits my body. The main cause is the accumulation of toxins that triggers the disease or due to some allergy against which the body reacts. An incorrect lifestyle and wrong eating habits lead to such health issues. Reasons It may due to an overactive response of the immune system. Genetic factors or family history may also be the reasons. Physical allergens such as detergents, soap, makeup products may also lead to skin problems. Local application Take 1 tablespoon of turmeric and mix glycerin and water in it. Apply this to the affected area. Keep it for 5 minutes and then rinse it with plain water. Mix aloe vera gel and Gulab Jal. Apply the mixture on the affected area. Diet Start your day with a glass of warm water with a few drops of lemon in it. This will help to flush out the toxins out of the body. Eat light, plant-based natural foods. Our body is made up of five elements i.e. akash, vayu, agni, jal and prithvi. Feeling thirsty indicates that the jal mahabhuta is getting out of balance and it needs to be balanced. The best way to maintain your body's jal mahabhuta in equilibrium is to drink water with gratitude towards it in a certain way. Keep the water in a copper vessel and that vessel should be kept at a place where it is not surrounded by anything. Whenever you drink water from it, have a gratitude towards it for keeping your body healthy. Drinking water from copper vessel is best as it has many benefits. Local application Take 2 tablespoons of baking soda or cornstarch and 1 tablespoon of water to make a paste. Apply this paste on the rashes. This will help to reduce the itching. Use this 3 to 4 times a day or as required. Apply lotions or creams on the rashes. They will give you a comfort feel. Use naturally prepared creams instead of using scented lotions and creams. In this new skin cells move to the outermost layer of the skin too quickly. Skin cells build as thick and scaly patches on the surface and sometimes develop redness and sometimes the skin lesions develop pus also. Reasons for psoriasis Stress Family history Bacterial or viral infection Obesity Smoking Alcohol consumption Vitamin D deficiency Certain medications containing lithium. Diet Start the day with warm water and some drops of lemon in it. This will eliminate the toxins out of the body and vitamin C in it always help in all the skin problems. Take 1.5 - 3gm of turmeric daily as it has antimicrobial properties and is very good for the overall health. Avoid spicy foods, oily foods, packaged foods, and processed foods. Take a healthy natural diet. Include fresh fruits, vegetables, sprouts, salads, beans, dry fruits in your diet. Avoid dairy products because they are not for human consumption and may increase the problem. Avoid animal products also. Avoid alcohol and smoking. Some things to do Avoid chemical-based products like perfumes, scented soaps. Keep your skin hydrated. Apply aloe vera gel and Gulab Jal on your skin. Take sun rays.
