Hy... It can be frozen shoulder, in that case, i suggest to follow a good regimen including- 1. Acupuncture therapy 2. Hi there, Cervical spondylosis is nothing but wear and tear of the spinal discs which is very common and worsens as the age progress. It is also referred to as degenerative arthritis of the spine and is common with every individual but only some people experience pain and associated symptoms on the back and neck. It can lead to disc herniation or prolapse which can further cause radiating pain, tingling sensation and other symptoms of nerve damage. • Degenerative disc diseases comes naturally as the age progress mostly due to wear and tear of the tissues and cells. हेलो, कारण - कशेरुक (वर्टिब्रे: कई कशेरुक मिल कर रीढ़ की हड्डी बनाती हैं) की गंभीर सूजन का कारण बनती है जो अंततः गंभीर पीड़ा और अक्षमता का कारण बनती है। कई गंभीर मामलों में, सूजन के कारण रीढ़ की हड्डी पर एक नई हड्डी बन सकती है (बोन स्पर)। इससे शारीरिक विकृति भी हो सकती है। इसमें, पीठ में कशेरुक एक साथ फ्यूज हो जाते हैं जिससे कूबड़ होता है और लचीलेपन में कमी आती है। कुछ मामलों में, इससे पसलियां भी प्रभावित होती हैं जिससे सांस लेने में कठिनाई हो सकती है। जोड़ों और ऊतकों में पहले से सूजन, व्यायाम न करना, मोटापे से ग्रस्त होना, नशीले पदार्थों का सेवन, ग़लत posture में सोना उठना बैठना, लम्बे समय तक ख़राब हाज़मा। समाधान - दर्द वाले जगह पर धनिया + खीरा का पेस्ट लगाएँ 20 मिनट के लिए। दिन में दो बार तिल के तेल से घड़ी की सीधी दिशा (clockwise) में और घड़ी की उलटी दिशा (anti clockwise)में मालिश करें। नरम हाथों से बिल्कुल भी प्रेशर नहीं दें। शारीरिक और मानसिक क्रिया में संतुलन बनाए। सुप्त मत्स्येन्द्रासन, धनुरासन, मकरासन, पश्चिमोत्तानासन, अर्धमत्स्येन्द्रासन, शवासन करें। 10% कच्चे हरे पत्ते और सब्ज़ी का जूस बिना नमक निम्बू के लेना है।30% कच्चे सब्ज़ी का सलाद बिना नमक निम्बू के लेना है।10% ताज़ा नारियल सलाद में मिला कर लेना है। 20% फल को लें। पके हुए खाने को केवल एक बार खाएँ नमक भी केवल एक बार पके हुए खाने लें। पके हुए खाने में सब्ज़ी भाँप में पके हों और तेल घी रहित होना चाहिए सब्ज़ी की मात्रा 20% और millet या अनाज की मात्रा 10% हो। वर्षों से जमी टॉक्सिन को निकालना ज़रूरी है। किसी प्राकृतिक चिकित्सक के देख रेख में पहली बार लें। एनिमा किट मँगा लें । यह किट ऑनलाइन मिल जाएगा। इससे 100ml पानी गुदाद्वार से अंदर डालें और प्रेशर आने पर मल त्याग करें। ऐसा दिन में एक बार करना है अगले 21 दिनों के लिए। ये करना है ताकि शरीर में उपस्थित विषाणु निष्कासित हो जाये। शरीर पाँच तत्व से बना हुआ है प्रकृति की ही तरह। आकाश, वायु, अग्नि, जल, पृथ्वी ये पाँच तत्व आपके शरीर में रोज़ खुराक की तरह जाना चाहिए। पृथ्वी और शरीर का बनावट एक जैसा 70% पानी से भरा हुआ। पानी जो कि फल, सब्ज़ी से मिलता है। आपका मुख्य आहार ये हुआ तो बहुत अच्छा हो जाएगा। 1 आकाश तत्व- एक खाने से दूसरे खाने के बीच में विराम दें। रोज़ाना 15 घंटे का उपवास करें जैसे रात का भोजन 7 बजे तक कर लिया और सुबह का नाश्ता 9 बजे लें। 2 वायु तत्व- लंबा गहरा स्वाँस अंदर भरें और रुकें। इसके बाद फिर पूरे तरीक़े से स्वाँस को ख़ाली करें, रुकें, फिर स्वाँस अंदर भरें। ये एक चक्र हुआ। ऐसे 10 चक्र एक समय पर करना है। ये दिन में चार बार करें। खुली हवा में बैठें या टहलें। 3 अग्नि तत्व- सूर्य उदय के एक घंटे बाद या सूर्य अस्त के एक घंटे पहले का धूप शरीर को ज़रूर लगाएँ। सर और आँख को किसी सूती कपड़े से ढक कर। जब भी लेंटे अपना दायाँ भाग ऊपर करके लेटें ताकि आपकी सूर्य नाड़ी सक्रिय रहे। 4 जल तत्व- खाना खाने से एक घंटे पहले नाभि के ऊपर गीला सूती कपड़ा लपेट कर रखें या खाना के 2 घंटे बाद भी ऐसा कर सकते हैं। नीम के पत्ते का पेस्ट अपने नाभि पर रखें। 20मिनट तक रख कर साफ़ कर लें। मेरुदंड स्नान के लिए अगर टब ना हो तो एक मोटा तौलिया गीला कर लें बिना निचोरे उसको बिछा लें और अपने मेरुदंड को उस स्थान पर रखें। मेरुदंड (स्पाइन) सीधा करके बैठें। हमेशा इस बात ध्यान रखें और हफ़्ते में 3 दिन मेरुदंड का स्नान करें। 5 पृथ्वी- सब्ज़ी, सलाद, फल, मेवे, आपका मुख्य आहार होगा। आप सुबह खीरे का जूस लें, खीरा 1/2 भाग + धनिया पत्ती (10 ग्राम) पीस लें, 100 ml पानी मिला कर पीएँ। यह juice आप कई प्रकार के ले सकते हैं। पेठे (ashguard ) का जूस लें और कुछ नहीं लेना है। नारियल पानी भी ले सकते हैं। बेल का पत्ता 8 से 10 पीस कर I100ml पानी में मिला कर पीएँ। खीरा 1/2 भाग + धनिया पत्ती (10 ग्राम) पीस लें, 100 ml पानी में मिला कर पीएँ। बेल पत्ता 8 से 10 पीस कर 100 ml पानी में मिला कर लें। दुब घास 25 ग्राम पीस कर छान कर 100 ml पानी में मिला कर पीएँ। कच्चे सब्ज़ी का जूस आपका मुख्य भोजन है। जो की आपको ज़बर्दस्त फ़ायदा करेगा। 2 घंटे बाद फल नाश्ते में लेना है। फल को चबा कर खाएँ। इसका juice ना लें। दोपहर में 12 बजे फिर से कच्चे सब्ज़ी जूस को लें। इसके एक घंटे बाद खाना खाएँ।शाम को 5 बजे सफ़ेद पेठे (ashguard) 20 ग्राम पीस कर 100 ml पानी मिला। 2 घंटे तक कुछ ना लें। रात के सलाद में हरे पत्तेदार सब्ज़ी को डाले। ताज़ा नारियल मिलाएँ। रात का खाना 8 बजे खाएँ। लाल, हरा, पीला शिमला मिर्च 1/4 हिस्सा हर एक का मिलाएँ। इसे बिना नमक के खाएँ, बहुत फ़ायदा होगा। पृथ्वी तत्व को शरीर में डालने का एक नियम हमेशा याद रखें ठोस (solid) खाने को चबा कर तरल (liquid) बना कर खाएँ। तरल (liquid) को मुँह में घूँट घूँट पीएँ। खाना ज़मीन पर बैठ कर खाएँ। खाते वक़्त ना तो बात करें और ना ही TV और mobile को देखें। ठोस (solid) भोजन के तुरंत बाद या बीच बीच में जूस या पानी ना लें। भोजन हो जाने के एक घंटे बाद तरल पदार्थ (liquid) ले सकते हैं। ऐसा करने से हाज़मा कभी ख़राब नहीं होगा। जानवरों से उपलब्ध होने वाले भोजन छोड़ने से ज़्यादा लाभ होगा। तेल, मसाला, और गेहूँ से परहेज़ करेंगे तो अच्छा होगा। धन्यवाद। रूबी, प्राकृतिक जीवनशैली प्रशिक्षिका व मार्गदर्शिका (Nature Cure Guide & Educator)

Namaste Spondylitis of any kind is a result of inflammation of the vertebrae. And this is caused by deposits of toxins along with less use or misuse of that particular part of the body. You are still very young, you can over come this issue if you put your mind to it. According to natures laws we just need to remove things or habits that obstruct or drain our vitality. And introduce certain practices and food habits which would not drain our vitality and let our bodies work according to its nature and heal itself. Let us see what the basic changes are that you could make in your routine: Foods to be removed 1 All packaged and processed outside food-like substances. 2 Refined flour and refined oil 3 All types of stimulants like tea and coffee. For immediate relief, rest your body for 3 full days and drink only fruit juices. Get up only for the restroom and to expose the lower body to the morning or evening sun for 1 hour. Apply a hot water pack and then cold water alternatively to find relief. For preventing such issues in future and maintaining a disease-free lifestyle follow this:- Please follow a wholefood plant-based diet. With animal products in your meals, acidity in the body increases and the body will suck all the alkaline enzymes to maintain homeostasis. If high acidic foods ( not coming under category of fruits, veg, veggies, greens majorly) are ingested, their ph is less than normal, the stomach does not need to make it acidic to process. The pancreas won’t produce the alkaline buffers to the blood to neutralise the acidity raised by the stomach. So this acidic food in its state reaches the next few levels like the duodenum which are not geared for this ph level and bile from liver and gallbladder is called to rescue this balance. As this bile continues to be overproduced, liver becomes tired. If liver and gallbladder are not in a good working condition, enough Bile is not made available in the duodenum, and this is how acidic food reaches the intestines. As liver weakens, the body cleaning is also compromised and blood continues to carry acidic toxins that the liver could not manage and have reached the intestines where nutrients get absorbed. When the acidity in the blood goes up, the blood first uses of the alkaline buffers present in its blood plasma to bring the blood closer to an alkaline pH. Unfortunately because of the continuous supply of acidic foods to the body, the level of alkaline buffers is often very low. If the blood pH value falls below this range, then all the bodily fluids such as urine, lymphatic fluid, semen, Cerebrospinal fluids, saliva everything starts becoming acidic. This disrupts all the cellular function in the body and disturbs the balance. To prevent such a state of decline, the blood starts reducing its acidity by neutralising it with one of the most alkaline substance in the body that is calcium from the bones. So blood starts dissolving the calcium from the bones in its self to reach an ideal pH level. This is also called leaching of calcium. Blood is a supplier and also a retriever. It will choose parts of the bone where it can leach very quickly such as the ends of the bones. As it continues to do so, that part of the joint weakens that’s producing pain and inflammation. There will also be severe obstruction of blood flow, the viscosity of blood will be thicker. All these factors lead to the accumulation of toxins across the body. Start juicing in the morning till 12 PM. Start your day with half a litre of cucumber juice followed by fruits for next hunger. Do not have any cooked breakfast. In the afternoon have vegetable Salads with greens. Only for dinner add to wholefood plant-based cooked dinner with 30% millets and 70% vegetables cooked without any oil (very important). Add yoga pranayama as much as possible and improve as health gets better. Remove dairy, eggs, meat, fish absolutely from ur life on all forms. Hello, Lumbar spondylosis is wear and tear of the spinal cord and it increases as the age increases. It usually doesn't show any symptoms But it can associated with pain sometimes radiating to thighs and legs and muscular spasm or muscular weakness. It can be also associated with stiffness and pinning sensation as well. Firstly i suggest making a regular yoga session atleast 30 min a day in the guidance of an expert yoga practitioner. Include wholesome food diet having high calcium, fibre and rice in proteins such as beans, green leafy vegetables like spinach, bitterguard, cucumber, beetroot, tomatoes, carrots, cabbage, radishes, cauliflower, drumsticks. Include amla, garlic water or green juice early in the morning and evening. Third, massage the affected area with mustard oil mixed with camphor in it. Heat the mustard oil and add little amount of camphor in it, let it melt and apply on the painful area and massage for few minutes if possible. You can also use cold ice pack application on the affected area cover it with towel and let it sit for 5- 10 min. Lastly, i advise you to correct your posture while sitting and lying down on bed as well. Don't use bouncy mattresses and heavy pillows should be avoided. Try to sleep on hard bed with firm mattress.
