I am assuming it is your eye. Based on the limited information, it is difficult to ascertain the cause. In the short term you can do two things: First, cucumber poultice - put grated cucumber on your closed eyes for 4-5 minutes. Do this every couple of hours Second, put a few drops of pure rose water in cool purified water and wash your eyes once every 2 hours. You can alternate between both options. My mom had a similar issue which she absolutely reversed via lifestyle and exercises. She got it when she was quite stressed and hardpressed for time as a teacher and long standing hrs and hand usage writing on boards. So good news is this can heal brilliantly. I feel too tried these days. Keep experiencing pain in some or other part of body. Last November doctor diagnosis’s was that I have fibromyalgia. Before you got to this stage of the problem with chronic fatigue and fibromyalgia, you might have had various other simple issues like cold cough sore throat rashes somehwre in the body etc. these were body’s signs to tell you that you are vulnerable to viral attacks for the toxins you have created or piled up in the body. Give him fruits and coconut water every alternate hour if he takes it. They are cleansers; should help. When u r bathing him apply coconut oil and then wash it off. Also no soap. U can use besan with rose water/water, however this may not be needed when he has a rash. You could do this once rash has subsided. Also, give lemon-honey, coconut water, melons. Cucumber juice or salad whatever he prefers. Also, remember in terms of rest he should sleep 10 hrs.

Go for only fruit, raw vegetable salads and raw veg juice diet for 1-2 days with lots of rest. Just target for a day at a time. Go for pineapples they give lot of relief in cold and fever. This is called an eye floater. I get them sometimes too. Reduce your screen time. If not possible, atleast 2 hours before bed time, do not use your phone or computer. Do frequent palming which gives rest to the eyes. Go out in nature for minimum an hour everyday and let them Sun's rays fall on your eyes especially at dawn and dusk. Sleep early. I have observed that if I work late at night in the next couple of days they increase. Avoid having oily food, high sugar and salty foods, processed foods and too much cooked food. Try going on high raw - 80% or more with lot of fruits and vegetables and you will see them reduce. For faster results, you must do intermittent fasting. Last but not least, do not stress especially about this condition. Be with mother nature!
I had my gall bladder removed in 2007 but after that I started having acid reflux issues, I’ve had it for almost 8 years now and I took medications as needed. Hey Bhagyashri, this is really a common problem in peek winters. Relax, it can be sorted out by you, easily! Let me split your question in parts and respond. 1. Why the fingers are swollen? Any inflammation in body parts is due to the accumulation of toxin. It is called TOXAEMIA* and happens because of the body not being able to expel the toxins from the blood. When the blood flow gets normal, the swollen part gets its normal shape, back. 2. Why the fingers turning blue/green? Physics-wise penetration of different colors of the light has different degrees of success in terms of its wavelength and travelling medium. If the light travelling medium restricts some colour substantially, the medium gets colored with that particular colour.
